Cashier girl is too rude and non welcoming person.She probably had a hard day but her attitude was not nice.

They offer a great selection of item items to eat and drink. Customer service can be a gamble depending on whos working.. otherwise they would have gotten a 5 start rating

The service and drinks at this location are always top notch. My Barista Allan is always so attentive and friendly...always the highlight of my day 😁

I ordered latte, but it tasted like a water. I don’t think they even used the espresso machine to make it. Very disappointed, the worst coffee I’ve ever head. Seriously

Today, kindly asked one of the workers who wasn’t busy like the other workers to give me to go cups because I had my coffee in a mug, she was completely rude and rolled her eyes.Worst customer service experience from this place.

I always get a mocha ice storm here, ots very good. I never shop in nordstrom, but go to the nordstrom ebar just for those lol seem to have a good selection of other choices as well and employees are friendly and quick to complete your order

Pour overs of freshly ground single origin coffees, cold brew, and gourmet light lunches to go! Whats not to love?
