Very disappointed with our most recent visit. Usually, wait times are already over 25 minutes if its a nice Saturday afternoon but today was unbelievable. It was a Thursday afternoon so not many people were in the store. I saw 7 baristas and just a few people waiting for their drinks but had to wait a stunning 13 minutes before my drink came. Also, only like 2 of the baristas were actually making drinks/preparing food, the others were dancing around not doing anything productive. The baristas even prioritized the people who had ordered after I did which made it take even longer. The drink didnt taste as good as other stores make it either. Service was extremely slow. Do not recommend and will not be coming back

Staff was rude. I had to repeat myself several times because she couldn’t hear me due to my mask and so I pulled it down so she could finally hear then got yelled at twice for having my mask down to help the cashier out and for having my mask not fully covering my nose (it was literally at the tip of my nose and I was far from people) she didn’t ring up my order right. Asked for two and only got one. I’m from PA and this was just a terrible experience. Will never go back!

Order caramel drink with the caramel ribbons and extra extra caramel, I didnt see or taste one single caramel ribbon... but the guy who took my order was super cool so five stars for him

Terrible Experience!!!Starbucks is well-loved not only because of the quality of its coffee, but also the quality of its service. But certainly that was not what I experienced at the Natick Mall’s Starbuck store yesterday. One of their employees supposedly accused me (an old Chinese lady) of not waiting in the line when it was my turn to order the coffee after a long wait. After I confronted them, instead of making an apology and focusing on improving their service, the store manager tried to justify their improper behavior. I wonder what made that employee baselessly think that I did not wait in the line ??? My color, my nationality, my age, my look ....

Clean coffee shop. Very friendly staff and fast service. They made no mistakes in our orders, visiting this Starbucks was very enjoyable.

Coffee and food is good when I can actually get it. Not sure why it takes 10-20 minutes even when I order a simple iced coffee and a bagel at 8-9 in the morning but I’ll just be taking a break. I’ve walked out enough times after not getting food because I’ve been late for work waiting.

I dont know what happen with this company, every single day the service is so terrible, late, late service, more that 25 min to get a ice passion tango ice tea, employee gave me a bad attitude when I asked them, saying to many people but the guy was on hot drinks make 10 drinks, while the guy on ice tea line either half, just him gave apologize for the situation while the other two not. If you sale a lot bring more employees with better customers attitude and services, there is not a dollar beverage either was has to have a great services. Not the first store happen the same... check yours customer services we are paying for your employees

They forgot to put ice in my ice Americana. though the tag said ice Americana there was no ice in the drink

Ugh poorly managed Starbucks. Ordered a simple coffee...I waited 10 min..then had to ask them where my order was...they lost it..Not the 1st time at this Starbucks.But onetime I ordered ahead and my coffee was good.

Ya know I went to this place at one point, mid 2000s & like 5 times of going I got 5 different prices! The coffee was ok, but when u pay up to 7 bucks for 2 coffees that was it for me!! & can just imagine what the price is now 2019!!

The only reason why Im giving this Starbucks a three star is due to a fewOkay, heres my honest thought on Starbucks at the Natick Mall. I dislike it . . They often make the order wrong so I never leave the store without tasting first.I have learned to pre-order if I really need a coffee.... they are a very busy store and rarely have enough help working to cover the needs of the customers who are in line plus the pre-orders.Another issue I have with this store is the lack of organization its just not neat and tidy. The counter where you add in your sugar/creamer... is dirty most of the time with spilled milk and wrappers. Like I said its a busy store but the small things matter... like sweeping the floor, trash and wiping down the counters.The attitude of the staff varies, someone of them are friendly and professional making the experience worth the $4.00 coffee... however there are times when its so busy that when the staff appears to be overwhelmed they cant stay focused on getting orders done....this is why I take a sip before leaving the building.... Ive ordered my usual tall cappuccino and have gotten a tall cup of steamed milk minus the coffee.

I work for shining crystal 3D and splat ball right outiside the starbucks and i cacan always count on them to have my mobile order ready when im done opening, always, i have no complaints what so ever, friendly staff, always quick, and perfect coffee everytime. Keep up the good work so i can stay awake to keep up the good work for my job too

Crowded, long line, but good coffee

I made a mobile order to this Starbucks while shopping. I then went to pick it up around 10 minutes after ordering. I then spent over 20 minutes waiting for my food. The drinks however were done within a minute or so of my arrival. They had never made the brownie that I ordered. I had finally mentioned to the workers that I had been waiting for a brownie for about a half an hour when they told us that they had ran out. This was very inconvenient and interferes with other activities. The experience over all was unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend others to visit this Starbucks.

Beware! There is a BOGO going on, they’ve got their storefront plastered in this, came in 15 min before ending, line is huge because theres only 1 person on register tell me how at 5 (when this deal ends) they open up both registers, was told promo ended, spoke with manager on duty who rightfully honored deal, the process was annoying, just doesn’t seem like a well organized establishment.

This is the place to have beverages in the Natick mall. Lines can be long though as it is worth the wait.
