Very friendly and helpful staff I really enjoyed my experience examining my vision and picking out my frames and contact lenses. The fella there who helped me find my frames showed world class customer service!

I recently had an eye exam at Natick Eye Care for the first time, and I had a great experience. The doctor was extremely thorough. She explained every detail about my eyes. My insurance covered everything but one test which was fine. They had a huge selection of glasses. Looking forward to getting my new glasses.

Friendly service left me with a smile. The staff was very accommodating and were able to get me in last minute. Not only did I get a very thorough exam with a lot of excellent education I also was able to get one on one support to find the perfect frames for me. I will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean eye clinic with extremely friendly staff. Called them due to an eye emergency situation and they said they are fully booked but managed to squeeze me in so I got to talk to the Dr in about an hour. Very thorough examination by Dr Tomasino despite the office being so crowded.Definitely recommended!

For years I have been traveling into the city to a big teaching hospital. They were great at which is better, number two or number three eye exams. However, Dr. Tomasino goes way beyond that. She spent a lot of time helping to dial in my prescription and getting it right for various distances. The level of service from her and the staff was genuine and appreciated. My preteen daughter also got the same excellent treatment, enough that I was compelled to write this review.The optical shop had lots of options and friendly staff to help figure out what looks nice and works with our prescriptions.

I have to say, I was very impressed that I got my itemized receipt backup to submit to my reimbursement plan that same day.very happy with everything.

I recently had a very favorable experience at Natick Eye care. The staff was very courteous, professional and attentive to my requests. Dr. Tomasino is an excellent, experienced optometrist, and has an office with modern, technically advanced equipment which helped her do a thorough examination of both eyes. They also have a very good selection of frames, and I was able to find some that met my requirements. I highly recommend them to all.

Ive been going to Natick Eye Care for many years. They have always done a great job of managing my eye care.

I felt that if you have vision insurance and buy eyeglasses through them, you get treated like king. If you just want to walk in, get your eye exam and walk out with your prescription, well, you sort of get treated like the kings seventh son with no chance on the throne. The following is my personal experience with Natick Eye Care.A little background about me: I have a bad case of astigmatism with a tinge of nearsightedness. My prescription changes enough every year that I benefit from a new pair of glasses every year. I cant afford $400 glasses every year so I buy from an online discount eyeglass dealer that starts with a Z.Well, getting my eye exam from Natick Eye Care was easy, but I also got a healthy dose of discount eyeglass shopper shaming ([that place that starts with a Z] is not gonna do that for you. I also couldnt get my prescription the same day, because Dr. Tomasino always forgot to close my chart and the prescription couldnt be printed out until she did. This happened every year for three years!Now I have a new routine: I go the O.D. office next to my Costco. Apparently I dont even have to be a Costco member to get my eye exam there. They dont sell you glasses so the whole experience is much more pleasant for me. I finally feel free to shop glasses where it makes the most sense for me.

An extremely professional environment, Dr. Tomasino has initiated several extra cleanliness measures in order to ensure the safety of her staff and patients.

Originally I found this eye doctor office after having a poor appointment with another provider in the area that brought me in and sat me down at a machine and told me there was an additional charge. I walked out and went to Natick Eye Care and told them about my experience. The doctor said they would never do something like that. Fast forward a 1.5 years and when I go to schedule an appointment I am informed that they are charging extra for services that are not covered, just like the other place. Times change. Time to find a new eye doctor... again.

This is a great place to go for your eye care. The staff is very nice and knowledgable. They have a great selection of products too.

I’ve been looking for a really good eye professional business since my optometrist of 25+ years retired a few years ago and believe I have found it. Dr. Tomasino and her team were not only professional but I felt very secure in their knowledge, as I was used to from my prior experience. Highly recommend!

All of the staff & Dr. are extremely professional, nice & helpful. When I first started going here, the Dr. actually answered when I called and set me up on a day that they dont normally see patients because I was starting a new job later in the week. My finances were tight and I got a great deal on a pair of glasses. I have gotten another pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses since then. The Dr. really takes time with you and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed. The optician also really takes time with you and makes sure you are satisfied. The ladies at the front desk are great and the office manager is exceptional. Would highly recommend!! I now live about 45 miles away, but wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

I always am pleased with my interactions with Natick Eye Care. Setting up an appointment is easy, all testing is explained well and done on site, purchase and adjustment of glasses is smooth and worry-free along with interesting choices. And in times of crisis of broken or lost glasses theyve come through in a pinch. Its a friendly easily accessible place right on RT 9 east bound in Natick.

I’m so happy to have found this place ! Great amount of designer glasses for my teens. And fabulous staff and wonderful doctor. This was our first visit for my son and now I am leaving my optometrist and joining this one !Highly recommend and very happy with all parts of the service. They were extremely upfront about what my insurance would and world not pay for and my son and I left feeling very positive about the whole exam and the contacts were in within 24 hours . They really care about your health! Its not just an in-and-out experience that they make as quick as possible for their own sake. They make sure to really give you quality care and they are great at explaining answers to any questions you may have. Totally recommend them!

The receptionist told me that all scheduled tests (which I didnt need in the first place) would be covered by the insurance and then ended up charging me a hefty amount, few weeks later. They told that they missed telling that to me in advance. Very poor management! Further, they do not have an online system and they never give your own test results/prescription unless asked explicitly.

As always my experience was excellent. I feel like Im going to visit my friends. Dr Tomasino has the most amazing technology for your eyes. It seems like every year that I go, she has a new machine, computer, or program. Tammy and Crystal just make the experience that much better, if possible.

Im a new patient and I was so glad to have finally switched optometrists. Hannah at the front desk was very lovely at helping me get acquainted with everything and helped me with the pre-testing stuff. Dr. Tomasino was also amazing! She answered all of my questions and was so patient with trying to make sure my eye health was still good and even caught a chance in my prescription that my previous optometrist didnt get! I had two women help me out with picking out new frames and lenses and Im so excited to get my new pair in the incoming two weeks. I took awhile so Im very grateful for their patience and understanding that if I was going to pay over $500 for a new pair of glasses, they need to be everything I need them to be. They jumped to the rescue and searched the entire store for the type of style glasses I was looking for and presented me with over 10-15 different styles! I would 1000x over and over recommend this optometry location to any of my friends and family. This is the customer service that everyone deserves!

Horrible experience. They called harassing with voicemails and text messages numerous times before appointment. When I arrived I was told they are refusing to honor my insurance for a contact lense exam and attempted to force me into paying a $90 fee out of pocket. My insurance does cover the lense exam. I have used it for this purpose for several years and had no issue scheduling the contact exam under insurance coverage by another doctor. When I told them I will have go elsewhere they tried to charge me for not getting an exam. Wow!Be aware of this scam! Do not pay them out of pocket. You are entitled to use Mass Health insurance for a contact lense exam. They cannot intimidate you to pay after falsely scheduling an appointment.

Have never had an experience like this! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Also extremely pleased with how amazing they were with trying to save me as much money as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with answering my questions. It was my first visit and Ill definitely go back for my next exam.

I had my eye exam done in Nov but I have still not received my contact lenses prescription. I have asked for several times. They said that they would email. The email takes forever to come. I even make an order for contact lenses but the order has been there for weeks. No result despite several calls and two personal trips to there.It is illegal practice for eye doctors to withhold prescriptions from patients. In fact, federal law requires a copy of the prescription to be given to the patient whether requested or not.

Dr Tomasino is excellent. She identified my macular pucker and recommended an amazing specialist. I could have lost my sight if not for her diligence. She has worked with everyone in my family and their spouses for years. Everyone find her attention to detail exceptional. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Ive been going to Natick Eye Care and Dr. Tomasino for several years, and I have always had an excellent experience. Shes a terrific eye doctor, and the staff - especially Tammy - have an amazing knowledge of the products, and give wonderful service. I highly recommend them.

Certain front desk staff are not friendly at all. Nobody greeted us when we got there. When somebody did talk with us after 10 minutes, she was not friendly. Long waiting time to see the doctor. Would not recommend it.

Very warm staff, knowledgeable and patient. I am fearful in terms of eye examinations and Dr. Tomasino was calming and made me feel at ease. I have now been a patient for two years and will continue with Natick Eye Care without question.

One of there staff members was rude and gave me attitude. Nobody answering the phones when I call. I dont trust them to call back because I did not receive a call back when told that I would.

Horrible place of business!!!!The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant during my first visit, But as soon as I decided to cancel an order for new glasses, the customer service was disgusting!Since I was able to find another pair of glasses at a lower cost, I decided to call the office and cancel the order. The young lady at the front desk was not helpful at all...I had to call my health insurance to reverse the claim myself and make a trip out there to pick my refund check and prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses. My refund was short and they took forever to provide my prescription for contact leases. I had to make several calls and trips to the office to demand my prescription and the remainder of my refund check. I was told the delay was due to the office being extremely busy... Im not sure why it would take almost a month to provide a patient their contact lenses prescription but Im pretty sure this illegal!!!!

I only have great things to say about Dr. Tomasino and her staff. I was having serious vision problems with both my contacts and glasses (plus headaches) when I went to see her. She spent an incredible amount of time with me making sure the new prescription was perfect and that I was comfortable in the contacts we decided on. I never felt rushed, and felt comfortable enough with her to let her know if something wasnt working. Dr. Tomasino is patient and extremely bright. In addition, her staff is kind, compassionate and funny - I always enjoy the interactions I have with them. Even if you arent close to Natick, its worth the drive to see Dr. Tomasino.
