Extremely nice and helpful, despite being busy. I needed and expensive prescription Nd they offered various coupons and saved me money
I have going for 10 years with the same scrips. Now they ask for a license- I’m 65 and once in a while I misplace things. These people are totally compassion-free. Ugh. They tell me someone else with a license can pick up the scrip…does this make any sense? They say it has something to do with COVID…..what? I really regret having all my scrips sent to this pharma-mill. No care for customer.
Stopped in bright and early at just 6am and the cashier on duty, Jean, was incredibly helpful- and a really funny guy! Having worked for CVS myself for three years in college I know how tough it can be to be up and working this early. CVS is lucky to have him - thanks Jean!
Rude staff. Long wait at the check out counter at almost any time. There are two pharmacists at the CVS whove been there for many years now and they are fantastic. Other than that this place is awful!
Pharmacist: be ready in 10 mins. Ten mins later...be ready in 25 mins...🤦🏻♂️
Drive through pharmacy services is the worst if you have free time then came to drive through
This CVS has some of the RUDEST pharmacy people I’ve EVER had to deal with! One of the pharmacist screamed out my info across the store which I was astounded at. I’m changing to another CVS I have enough to deal with, without having deal with extremely rude people at the pharmacy.
This is for Jasmine, the cashier who rudely and abrasively stated “can you wait” when I asked for my receipt after my purchase. I’m not sure if you were having a bad day or what you might be going through, but I hope you find peace and comfort during this time. Sending you light and strength 💘
Awful! On hold forever. Could never speak with a live person. Worst outcome of capitalism and profiteering.
Got this pharmacist girl at register twice, months apart, trying to pick up medication for myself. Clearly not just having a bad day, but just her personality. Awful customer service. Extremely rude both times and all I did was ask her to repeat what she said as my hearing is not that great. I dont think it was called for whatsoever, so here you go, a well earned star.
Great service at the pharmacy, always quick to fill my prescriptions.
My favorite CVS! I always drive from Framingham to shop at this CVS, everyone is friendly and helpful and they always have what I need!
I had never have any problem with them.
Cant use coupons here, got a coupon for my birthday and they wouldnt honor it because the item was buy one and get one free, I only wanted to buy the one item at full price but they would not honor the coupon because there was a sale attached. I have contacted corporate customer service to figure this out and will see what they have to say. When you go in the store you will notice that 90% of their items are on sale so what good are the coupons even if you want to pay full price.
Always check your prescription order twice b4 going (sometimes there is bad communication w pharmacy).Pro: Conveniently Open 24/7
I am very fond of some of the pharmacists at this location but after many years its time to find a new pharmacy. It is clear that the employees are being overworked and that their process can barely keep up with the demands required to meet even the minimum level of service. This location went from 4-5 stars to 1-2 stars in the matter of a few years. (only gave it the second star b/c most of the long-term pharmacists there are nice). I hope they turn things around.
Every friendly staff, the products I’m the shelves are stocked with the items I need, it’s open 24 hours, the minute clinic is a wonderful perk. I love this store. Keep up the good work.
Using this CVS15+ yrs w/ o issue as I order 4 days in advance and use drive thru... BUT, CONSTANTLY receive texts/ automated phone calls 3×DAILY at end of month for refills...it does not stop no matter my STOP..TEXT, CALLING CORPORATE, ETC.I deleted a previous review as I did not like what I wrote. I will still state that the pharmacists are overworked and in the eve, some are VERY OVERSTRESSED..It has taken a few mos with my not so often ordered med for things to flow smoothly. Pharmacist Jill has been very kind and now that she knows my routine, things have been going well.Great store, VERY, VERY BUSY PHCY! which might benefit from more help....if one can pickup after 12a.m. the store is usually empty and things flow more easliy.
Awful customer service, I called from a Drs office waited on hold for 20 min then got hung up on. Pharmacy department is rude and useless
Of all the CVS Pharmacies my family has ever used, this is the worst. The techs are great, but very overworked. I try going at off-hours to avoid lines, but sometimes even that does not work. A new CVS has opened about a mile and a half away. I will go there rather than go back too this poorly managed location. I could write 5 star reviews of a couple of other sites and I might do that just to show the i am not an insatiable critic.
This is the worst place to go to for prescription medications. Every time I go to pick up one of my meds, they tell me either my insurance is terminated (my insurance has NEVER changed) or that there was a hold put on my medication. If they say it’s my insurance I call my insurance company and they tell me nothing is wrong with it and that it is a problem with the store which always turns out being the case. I am switching to a different pharmacy when I move in a few weeks. I would NOT recommend going here.
Its nice having a 24 hour pharmacy.
Long lines
They claimed I had picked up a prescription when in reality I didnt leading to a whole debacle with my insurance. The only thing this pharmacy is good at doing is consistently getting my prescription wrong, wrong brand and wrong amount.
Very convenient being open 24 hours
Haven’t had any terrible experiences like others, but there is always a very long line and is understaffed.
How about wearing masks and observing social distancing at CVS?
Good selection but most always crowded, esp. for prescriptions.
Used the in-store MinuteClinic this morning and was very pleased. After using the sign-in kiosk, I was brought immediately into the exam room as no one else was waiting. The nurse practitioner was very friendly, thorough and answered my questions and concerns and explained everything as we went along. She prescribed some medicine for me and asked where I wanted the prescription filled. I asked to have it filled in the in-store pharmacy, which she electronically submitted. Total time in MinuteClinic: 15 minutes. As instructed, I went to the Drop Off counter to have my prescription processed and my insurance info submitted. They asked if I would wait or come back for my medicine. I told them I would wait. Ten minutes later, my name was called and I was out the door.Contrast this to my primary doctor who I had called earlier in the day and their first available appointment with their nurse practitioner was the next afternoon. Im glad I didnt wait and the MinuteClinic/CVS was able to help me, and help me quickly at that.
Understaffed store. Long wait at checkout and when phoning in. Our insurance forces us to buy our prescriptions here. I would never use CVS if we werent forced to.
Long lines, products break if you put them in a hydraulic press. Bad wifi if you open a lot of browsers, and I saw a llama once
Good customer service.
Understaffed store. Long wait at checkout.
Horrible place to go to. the pharmacist is extremely rude and there is ALWAYS a long wait in store and on the phone. Everyone seems so miserable being there.
Very helpful staff
Sometimes drive thru has closed... Why???
Great place
Even being open 24 hours is enough for 4 stars ...
