Its pretty overpriced and the name is a direct copy of 7:11. Dont go here there is a WAYYY better convince store a couple miles down the road.
Kind of my new go to place. Too bad covid-19 hit. With the West Natick T in close proximity its an ideal location.
Its is a awesome place!! Very nice and friendly staff, always with a smile. I highly recommend this store.
Great coffee! They even have gallon jugs of spring water. Nice people.
Please stay away from this store. I just bought a Ben n Jerry ice cream and it looked and tasted stale. I had to throw it out. The clerk working there is rude at best
Love their 99 cent coffee. Cant beat the price. Nice staff.
I bought my gf a few things this morning while she was grabbing her stuff. The train came early and she couldnt wait for me. No big deal, right? Ill return what I bought. Not that easy. The illiterate gentleman that works there said that since I paid w debit, theres nothing he can do. Clearly he doesnt know how to do his job. Shouldnt be there. Every time infoIn there, its always something. Bring back 7-eleven!!!!!!! Needs new management for the very least. Never again!
Good Place, Nice staff. Also the coffee is good!!!
I bought one thing, a simple box of tissues, and was charged more at the register than was marked on the product. They refused to refund to honor the price as marked and refund my money after I pointed out the issue and complained. Its a small amount of money, but its the principle behind it. This is an untrustworthy business. Do not shop here!
Cash only for monthly commuter rail passes, this is such a scam that the MBTA uses sketchy convenience stores like this but doesnt enforce them to enable other payment methods.
Very good selection, speciality items, best of all the nicest staff. Good people, great place
This is the worst convenience store Ive ever seen or imagined. Avoid it if at all possible. When this was a 7-11, it was a decent store. But since it was taken over by this family and turned into a 7-days it has done nothing but go down-hill. They are constantly out of stock on almost everything - If i go looking for 3 common items they will most likely be out of 2 of them. Theyve given up on making hot dogs or any other hot food (the grill sits unused - for months it sat with the same dozen rotting hot dogs and rolled meat things sitting on it), and theyve removed any low-price options in every category. For example, they only sell single pill pain killers (advil, aleve) - for 1.00 a pill, which is clearly robbery. their coffee is at best half strength - either skimping on grounds or reusing them. They dont even provide napkins - the napkin holders that were used back when it was a good store are now piled on a shelf, empty. If you need a napkin they will tear you off a piece of cheap brown paper towel from a roll they have behind the counter. And if you complain at all they will become extremely defensive, if not offensive - at least one of them will - a very angry little jerk with a ten pound chip on his shoulder who seems to be constantly looking for a fight. They may think theyre increasing profit by ripping off their customers, and attacking any customers that dare to complain, but sooner than later theyll run themselves out of business unless they make some serious changes.Update: after avoiding the store for several months, I went in for a cup of coffee when my train was delayed yesterday. The same vicious jerk that wanted to pick a fight with me earlier thought that was the time to confront me about my review. He tried to taunt me - oh, what you have no complaint today? - I saw your review he said in a menacing and angry tone, with a mad look in his eyes, as if he wanted to start a fight over it. To be honest, it was threatening - just what a retail business wants to project. I dont know what he was thinking, but If you can imagine a business stupid enough to confront and harass a customer for having an opinion, then youve imagined this place, and this very toxic and angry little sociopath. This isnt helped by the same person playing horrible annoying music, apparently from his home country, at a loud volume, constantly. Even the family that so poorly runs this place should be smart enough to fire cousin angry nut job and send him back to wherever he came from before he costs them any more business. He has no useful skills beyond running a cash register and is openly hostile toward customers. I think his visa status is worth looking into, among other things. From the other reviews its clear that this same jerk treats all customers with the same contempt and lack of respect. These people have no idea how business is conducted in this country, no idea that insulting customers, price gouging and playing loud horrible foreign music no one wants to hear is not how to make money in the retail business in this country. The store is a complete disgrace. Its such a sad waste of space, right next to the train station, where a good convenience store would be a nice thing that could benefit thousands of people - and was before they took over.
