I wouldn’t even give any stars if it was an option, but bad customer service didn’t give much info about the phones just told me to look around and let him know. I was looking for more details on deals or the best phone or anything. Being in customer service industry you are supposed to give the customer as much information and try to sellll selll selll !
I wanted to switch at&t for T-mobile, a team of associates were managing the process, but after more than one hour spending in their store they said that their system is down and they will call me to finish the process. Of course no one of them ever called, guess they aren’t too interested in acquiring new customers
Great customer service. It was the end of the day and both Sprint team was helpful and positive. As we mostly know this can be a long and tedious process, they made it an enjoyable experience.
I cannot believe this company has customers. The people who work in the stores do not get any training. All you can accomplish at a store is get a plan+devixe. Otherwise, if you have any issues plan on spending at least 20 hours on the phone trying to reach someone who may be ever to help. And, if you ever need to unlock one of their phones ... well.... good luck
Was nervous to go after reading other reviews. Actually had wonderful experience - on two separate days they helped me switch my number to a new phone that I brought in from home. Very courteous, patient with my kids, friendly. Definitely made me more likely to stay with sprint
Good t mobile location
Very nice, The manager very efficient
I’ve been wanting to switch for a while since Verizon has been overcharging me for underwhelming performance for a while now. But switching is not easy (psychologically). So after comparing when I went in it was a no-brainer. Charles was very helpful and explained all the details. I definitely will be saving with Sprint. A lot.Verizon service in NYC is terrible and I am there a lot. Often can’t get a signal for data. Sometimes no data or 3G. And the LTE is over loaded with traffic. Recently they’ve been overcharging my data and I run out faster than before. So they try to upsell me to a new more expensive plan which I was against. They said they have much better coverage in rural areas but they don’t. The urban and rural coverage is mediocre. So I am going to vote with my feet. Hopefully Sprint is better. If not it is at least cheaper by a lot!
Great customer service and very responsive employees! I always have a great experience when I head into that store.
Sales are chit-chatting while working with customer, so that I never know they are talking to me or between themselves. Prices are different every time I ask them, even within few minutes; so if you are about to buy any service - ask three times about final price.
Fair warning....RANT about the inefficiencies of Sprint about to commence....Changing over to Sprint in July of this year was one of the most colossal mistakes Ive made in years. I have wasted hours on hold each month to get my bill corrected. Dont fall for the Buy One Get One promotion!. Since July, Ive been told that I would, indeed, be credited for being overcharged for 4 phones instead of 2 as promised. Each month, I am assured that the case will be expedited to our senior management team and a supervisor will call me back. Each month, after multiple calls, the credit is applied. No supervisor has ever called. Today, I called 4 times, only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes with each call. I finally got a supervisor on the phone after an hour today. She immediately transferred me to the Retention department where I had to replay the entire scenario. As I type this, I am again on hold waiting for Shabrelle, to look into this. According to Shabrelle...Im sorry maam, theres really nothing we can do for you. Youll have to go back to the store. By the way, Ive been back to the Natick store 3 times about this issue. The end of this Sprint contract cannot come soon enough for me. If youre passing a Sprint store, RUN, dont walk past it.
I had some fraudlant activities happen at this store and after the service I received, it tells me theyre negligent with their processes and service. On the day it happened, I called twice to talk to the store manager. The first time the guy was very rude after being on hold for 10-15 mins. Even told him it was about fraud and he was still rude and said theyre busy and dont we know that theyre a Fortune company, and how do we know it was their store (said so in the contract), etc. Called back and was on hold again for just as long. So I quit calling the store manager.I had 2 unauthorized, different users added to my account. One taken off and the other purchased an iPhone 8. These individuals DIDNT even sign my name. This was an in-person transaction. How can this happen without checking IDs or security passwords twice?Had to call Customer Service to report this and theyre investigating and will credit me and adjustment which takes 1-2 billing cycles. Nightmare process. Never going to this store again.
Completely mis-leading sales tacricks where they build up the phone then heap $200+ worth of charges on you
If I could put up negative Stars I would. Not only did I feel completely taken advantage by the sales staff and lied to about what I was getting....when I called sprint to try to fix the problem no one would help me. I called Sprint and spoke to at least 5 people, three of whom said they would call me back with an answer or have someone call me but no one did. Such a HUG disappointment, I was a big fan of sprint but no longer. I will tell everyone I know NOT to use Sprint as their carrier! P.S. Brian BR140871 on the phone was a complete jerk!
Replaced my phone. Employee said he was an Apple guy and didnt know much about Android. If u work in the store u should know about all the products, not just ur personal phone chouce. He told me I could replace the battery in the phone I got but cant.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced the staff had no clue on how to do their job and the manager was condescending, inept, and a horrible representative of sprint. Made me want to discontinue my wifes service plan and never recommend a soul to use sprint!!!!!
The worst customer service. The representatives do not care. I got my first bill after I was quoted by a sales guy named Devon and he flat out lied. I will be sure to tell everyone I know of this experience that I havent already told. So unprofessional as well. Sprint SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ZERO STARS from me! The worse customer service Ive ever experienced! I could write pages of all the things that have gone wrong but I dont want to give them anymore of my time or energy! AVOID THIS STORE AND THE SPRINT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
I cant believe the interaction I just had.I walked into the Nexgen run Sprint store in the Natick Mall in Massachusetts in hopes of learning a little bit more about the plans they were offering. As I walked in there was one man sitting on the floor putting accessories into a cabinet. He half-glanced up at me and said can i help you. He couldnt have possibly seemed less interested in actually helping me. I asked to the two people working Yeah, I would just like to hear some more about the plans. At this point I approached the man standing behind the register, doing something with his phone (I get it... its a phone store.). I asked So whats the deal with the $50 dollar phone plan for the iPhone?. He replied as if I was somehow a huge bother to him 50 dollars unlimited talk and text.... 20 dollars to lease the phone. OK. I can read the sign outside. I was looking for a little more detail. I asked Data too? and he replied I said Data. and he laughed at me. I said, actually no - you didnt. He at this point got confrotational and exclaimed Yes - I did. Dont tell me I didnt say data. and went back to fidgeting with his phone. I have never received such a negative attitude in customer service. Ever. Literally this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I said You are exceptionally rude. You just lost a sale. and then I asked for his name. He said Get out of my store over and over - said that I was the one that was rude. Eventually said his name was Mike and he was the Manager - which was probably a lie because I cant imagine anyone with an attitude this wretched would be promoted into a management position. Really? Get into arguments with potential customers and laugh in their face? This was 10/17/2014 at the Natick Mall location at around 5:20 PM. Absolutely ridiculous.Their website states they WOW our customers.. Yep. Youre not wrong.
Terrible! I would not recommend to anyone, especially the manager Gerard, to lie to sell you the plans! terrible, bills every month increase!
No one said hello do you need help just mean looks
Its not the store at all, just the company that n general, at lot lies to keep you pay for ever!
Just got off the phone with Connor, who in spite of the fact that he clearly wasnt going to get a sale out of me was an HUGE help. I cant vouch for everyone, but if you are going here ask for Connor. Youll get actual customer service (something I thought was long dead).
Dreadful customer service. Have no clue.
Very kind and welcoming
Theyre just there to get you sale, and dont care on service after the sale
Great team
Awesome service!
Horrible and uncaring
