Should’ve read the reviews before coming! Went in to do an exchange of my broken ring and the worker told me it wasn’t covered over the warranty. After asking him to explain the warranty, he tripped over his words and said the ring had to be broken (hello???). After he raised his voice at me, in front of the whole store, I had to disengage to which he continued to taunt me over the exchange as I was leaving. I didn’t know Pandora hired aggressively rude workers but I’m shocked and disappointed from the lack of professionalism and elegance I thought Pandora stood for.

If I could, I would give this 0 stars. I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected this bad in my whole life. I went to this disgusting store, and the manager demon 👹 or Damien, whatever his name is, told me I couldnt browse the store. HOW ELSE AM I GOING TO SHOP THEN!!!!. The only good thing about this store was that beautiful and friendly young lady. I think her name was Yas. She was the only reason I would ever go back there again.

Today I was mistreated by the manager. I went with a friend to buy a bracelet. When we were getting into the store the manager yelled at us from behind the desk, that we have to wait outside. There were three employees and one customer inside. When we moved to the door he insisted that we had to wait MORE outside, we felt so bad that we left. The manager then sarcastically yelled at us again “have a good day” It was really humiliating. I’ll never set a foot in that store again.

The managers there when I went Damian and Shellieanne were not helpful at all. Their attitude towards the customer was disrespectful. They have zero customer service skills. The girl manager was too busy being distracted by flirting with the security guard instead of attending the customer. They need to hire a new managers that are not extremely rude.

First, Nikki W. was very helpful explaining the bracelets and sizing. My issue was with Damien, the store manager when I went to make a charm return. My total purchase was originally $207. I returned a charm that was $45. By my calculation with tax it still totaled just over $150, which entitled you to a free bangle bracelet. Damien tells me that the way I did my calculation is not correct and they need the bracelet back. I didn’t have a problem with giving it back and I should have returned my entire purchase because of Damien’s tone and I professionalism. His name truly fits him 👹

I went in last saturday and both managers, Damien and shelly anne were extremely unprofessional. Damien was rude and shelly anne was too busy talking to security. If I could give the store 0 stars I definitely would. Corporate, please do a better job picking your management teams because these reviews are showing that you’re losing customers, including me.

That manager Shellianne told us we cannot look around. We had to look online to figure out what we wanted and to do it outside. When we are ready to come in the store and buy it fast. Because she was trying to figure out if she should go out with a security name Carlos or they guys in the barber shop. She made us wait 20 minutes to pay because she was outside the store with the security flirting and laughing. She is a manager and that is how she treats her customers

I love my pandora charms and recently purchased one for my niece online and to save shipping had it sent to my local pandora store, received the email saying that it was at the store and ready for pick up but when I got there four days after I ordered it I was told that they only keep orders three days. I didnt notice that it stated that in the email they sent me. So just a heads up to anyone purchasing online and picking up in store. I will continue to buy pandora but they need to keep items for a week so people have a little time to put picking up in their schedule

Terrible customer service. Bought this ring for $125 and it made my finger gray which really shouldn’t happen. Wanted to return it and they refused to give me a refund. I asked for store credit and she said they don’t offer that and I needed to just exchange it for something of equal or more value. The lady’s tone was condescending when she told me it states that they only return unworn items on the receipt. I wore it once it was in new condition but they gave me the excuse that it’s been worn so they can’t resell it which makes no sense because people try rings on in store all day and they sell those same rings to you without a problem. All round bad customer service. Even the cheapest low end stores will offer you store credit with a receipt and won’t treat you that way.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Store manager was very rude. She was using as an excuse of hygiene and Pandora’s policy and did NOT allow me to return or exchange the earrings which did not fit me (brand new did not wear it all, just tried them) Later, I google Pandora’s policy and guess what I did not see any terms that says you can’t return or exchange earrings. I do NOT recommend Natick store of Pandora. Worst manager…..!!!!!

Using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service is a shame. As this location has reduced hours I was very surprised to arrive just after noon yesterday to find the shop closed for cleaning. I had reserved a charm on Saturday and was not told about any pending closure. I saw 2 employees in the store so I called to see if they would just allow me to pay and pick up the charm - I did not need to browse or enter the store at all. I traveled a long way (from the Cape) to get the charm as it was sold out on line. The employee ended up hanging up on me.To add insult to injury I had already had a prior service issue as I ordered the charm for curbside pick up at the Prudential Store and the receipt indicated the correct charm, but the box apparently had the wrong one. I never opened the box as it was a gift - shipped it off to my niece in CT just to hear back that it was not what was expected. So I spent an extra $55 plus shipping for a present I did not plan to give.I gladly took my business elsewhere as it seems others have also done based on other reviews.

This location has the worst customer service ever, especially from the manager there. I have gone to the Natick Pandora on 2 separate occasions and both visits I felt uncomfortable by the manager and disrespected. After the 1st time i swore i wouldnt return to the Natick site but i went back because i thought maybe it was just a bad day. After my second visit i will definitely NOT RETURN. I’d rather travel 1 hour before going to the Natick branch.

If I could give zero stars I would, I have never been so mistreated in a store in my whole life, I was treated poorly on Sunday when I bought my bracelet and today when I returned, the manager Kayla gave the worst customer service ever, didnt take back one of the charms because it was a final sale and nobody informed me that when I purchased, she told me she doesnt have to inform her 1000 customers that enter the store every day. Hello?And when she returned my money she gave all cash when half was paid with my card, and I told her she called me a lier because for some reason the receipt said cash and not a split pay, I tried to show her my card statement to prove that was done over the card and she told me to leave cause I had the money already, that she wouldnt help me anymore and call security on me, and guess what that was all done at the door, for some reason she wouldnt let me enter the store, and I did want to buy another bracelet, now I dont have a bracelet, am $55 short, and a charm that I dont have where to wear it.Thank you so much Kayla for the worst experience I have ever had in a store, I have never felt so discriminated before today.

Have purchased for our 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters over the years. Went today to purchase more to add to 2 of our granddaughter’s collections as their birthdays are in 2 weeks. We were rudely told “you can’t come in the store... you have to wait outside around the corner”. She was with 2 guys for 25 minutes. Half of that time they were on their phones. She was constantly taking items out of cases and putting them back. We were there to purchase, we could have been making our selections. A sign outside said “up to 8 people” allowed in store. We questioned her about that as there were 2 customers and 2 salespersons only. She said, “ He’s the manager and he doesn’t do sales”..”The manager” never looked up or acknowledged us. My husband told her we would take our business elsewhere. She smirked at us, “Have a nice day”. I’ve got news for Pandora, from what we heard as we shopped, other store staffhave heard complaints about Pandora.Many stores are shuttered in the Natick Mall, if Pandora thinks it won’t happen to them? Think again ! This isn’t the time to be so cocky and rude in retail. I might add that these are not the same Pandora employees we have dealt with for so many sales over the past several years. Will be contacting District Manager and corporate staff. Garbage treatment of customers.

I don’t recommend this place,when you come here to buy something everyone is nice and kind, but I am trying since December to clean my bracelet, and I went 4 times to see if they could do it,they give me only excuses the las time I was there they offered me a bottle of something to clean my bracelet for $15!!! Such terrible customer service. I went to return a charm that was meant for a mother that I got in another store location. The person there didn’t know that the charm opened into a book and said “to my mother”. I explained my situation and the girl said “oh well you wore it our of the store so we can’t take it back and it says so on the receipt.” It does but she was so rude about it. Won’t be returning there. Had to buy another charm and kept the one I wanted to return. I’ll be selling it online. Make sure you look at every centimeter of your purchase before you leave the store!! And don’t go to this store location.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’m currently getting the contact information of the district manager because obviously this complaint aims straight at the store manager, Damian. Surprised? I don’t think so, if you read other reviews. I got in line to get into the store, and waited quite a while just for an employee to come out and answer a question I had. Damian came out after finishing up with a customer as I was second in line, and he had rudely told two ladies waiting for their daughter in the store to move away from the door and get out of line. Now I know there’s a better way to treat guests, because I work at the starbucks downstairs! As I was waiting in line up next, I asked “hey I have a quick question”, and he replied with such an attitude “I have a customer and you need to stand behind the table”. The 3 ladies waiting behind looked at me and told me how rude he was and because of that left the line. I waited a couple more minutes not because I was going in to buy anything at that point but to ask for his name, so I could leave a review for anyone else that might come by this awfully run establishment. If anything, it gave me more of a reason to treat my customers with utmost best experience because the last thing retailers want is 4 people walking out on them because you can’t do your job. Btw, my question was “are we allowed to come in to browse the store or do we need to make a purchase”, now I wonder if I would’ve really wasted that much of his time with a yes or no question.

Damien provided such great service whilst I was there, nothing was too much hassle, was happy to help with everything I was looking at, as well as offering to clean my current pandora rings whilst I was trying on the new ones. When my cousin and I went to the store to get matching rings, I was disappointed to hear that even though we already new what we wanted, we didn’t know our size. Normally this would be okay, they usually can check your size but the store manager refused to let to do so and didn’t let us into the store. I will now be going to the Pandora store in Wrenthem outlets where I am able to see a wider variety and actually try on the ring before I buy it. I Recommend you to drive a bit longer if you want a better purchase. Everything is much cheaper at the outlet mall for the same thing rather then the natick mall. Provides better customer service as well.

I went to the store extremely excited to buy my first pandora (I would buy online due to covid but I wanted to make sure about the size at the store). I ended going somewhere else to make my purchase because the employee at the door (probably the same manager as other reviews mentioned) treated me ridiculously rude. I felt embarrassed. I’ll never go back to this store again and I will advice my friends to do exactly the same. I am pretty sure you will find a store that the staff will be more welcoming and empathetic with you.

If i could give a zero i would. i went in last week to make a purchase for my girlfriends anniversary and got the most rude worker. i think it was the manager as he was yelling at the other workers while i was in the store... i dont know much about jewelry so i was asking him questions to which he would laugh at me or tell me to look it up on my own and figure it out. i went to kay jeweler instead and they were way more respectful.

I was not happy to go to the store today because my 3 year old son touched the glass of the store and a male attendant ( I think it’s the manager) was rude to say that my son could not touch because he was leaving his finger marks, that is, they are concerned with attending customers or if the stores glass will be flawless without any childs fingerprints. Need to be more professional guy.

I was the only one waiting on line. The sales person offensively ordered me wait in the line. He me kept me outside waiting for 10-15 minutes in the line without letting me inside the store. It is ridiculous that some stores using Covid restrictions to their own marketing advantage. I will never come back to this store again.

Damien the manager was so rude. He would not let me exchange a bracelet I got because he needed an ID with my credit card to return. I already came once and he told me to get the correct card so I did and now he came up with some ID thing even though my name matches the card and is on the receipt. He then told me he didnt want to waste his time on me so he told me to go to another pandora. Ive never had somreone be so rude, I ended up going to another pandora and told them and they agreed that was weird and did the exchange for me and even helped me pick new charms and a ring. Will not come back to this location.

Wish I could give a fat negative star or zero for this Pandora store manager. I spent over $500 on Pandora gifts for my family on Wednesday (from a different store thank goodness). This evening I go to this Natick Mall Pandora Store to exchange one bracelet for a smaller size and the young lady (possibly Ellie/nice girl) wanted to do it but said we need to have the manager approve it. The male manager asked if I wore it, I said only put it on to bring it here and show the size. Even though he didnt see me wear it he was emphatic that since I had it on when I entered the store that it was not returnable. WITHOUT PUTTING IT ON HOW ELSE WOULD I SHOW THEM THAT THE SIZE SHOULD BE SMALLER. This manager acted unprofessional with a rude tone. Ill never go back to this store with that rude man in there and I recommend no one else does either. Wish I could post his picture standing behind the back counter. Pandora has a brilliant reputation but not this this store, LOTS of deserved one star reviews.

* Area manager need to address this situation as serious as possible*Today is Sunday, July 12th, The Sale Assosiate named MARIA gave us very bad experience at this store at 5pm regarding the $55 earings that we just purchased.She did not wash her hands after touching thousands things and used her dirty hands to handle the earings, giving bad behavior to Pandora’s value customer. The earings I got was so dirty and nasty. I will return the earings next week when I have time.Again, staffing and customer service are awful. Need to be improve/ address, or please just close the store if you cannot handle this situation.Sincerely,Pandora’s value customer.

0 “Zero” manager is a rude ####! I wait it on the line for more then 40 minutes then I got told to go sit by a nice lady that they will call me by a text msg.I went back at 9:50 pm to ask why they haven’t text me or called me. The manager manager acted unprofessional, rude man And told me to leave since he closes at 10. He said to go away it was time to close the store. I wish I could give this store 0I walked in trying to purchase a charm for my girlfriend birthday but only had the card numbers due to losing my physical card. I was first looked at and ignored because I’m wearing my beat up weekend cloths meanwhile I work making almost 6 figures. I was then asked how many numbers the card was so they could make sure it wasn’t a lot.( I quote “ how many numbers is it like a lot?”) Then told they can’t. So likewise I asked to speak to a manager due to their unprofessional demeanor. They said they were both managers and telling by their name tags they were sales associates. I then came back at 1:30 ready to speak to a manager - he’s late by 10 minutes. He yet again tells me they can’t in a rude way as if saying you should find your card then come in. He mentioned that it’s easily possible to but they can’t.Pandora should stop treating the customer like the inconvenience and get some serious training in customer care. I will hopefully be finding a better alternative to pandora. This entire visit turned me off to this brand and I’ll bring my money else where.

GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A THIEF..! I have been to this store twice before and the staff was different and very helpful. Today on Labor day 2018 whoever was the staff (a male staff) and a lady at the desk, were so rude and unprofessional! This guy had poor communication skills and pulled the tray from our hand while we were looking at the bracelet we chose as if we were running away with the bracelet. On telling him, why did he behave that way he was like you can talk to the lady at the desk and she just apologized and said we are not supposed to leave anything like that. Shameless and disgusting staff! Worst shopping experience ever in my life!

Customer service at this location is the worst. The staffs here are very unprofessional and unfriendly. It was very awkward and uncomfortable when we were helped choosing the charms by the staffs here. I rather buy online than going to this location and getting treat like you are some kind of beggar.
