Everyone at this store had their mask either completely off, or on wrong. I get everyone is excited about probably the vaccine but still very weird that not only customers were maskless, but also the employees? Like no offense, but it’s always the older folks who go maskless. You’re gonna be the one who gets super sick, not me. Didn’t really care that much just thought it was super unprofessional. Their boss was probably off today haha.
My husband and I went into the store to look for a specific anniversary band I had seen on the website. We had showed up before anyone else had and waited as per the sign requested (I’m assuming a Covid protocol). We waited until we saw another couple just walk in on the other side of the store and they were greeted and then we were once we just decided we shouldn’t wait either. Then once the woman noticed we were there she told us to stay six feet apart from the other couple. We did. Then we were told we had to wait because we were not there first. We were, the employee just was not paying attention.Then she helped us. I told her I was looking for an anniversary band. She instantly said, those are other there (pointing to another area of the store). I pointed to a band right in front of me and said I want this one, but in white gold. She said she didn’t know if they had it; that she’d have to check. I informed her it was in fact there beside another ring after I looked around the case.She then proceeded to ask me when the wedding was twice. I told her both times-I want this for an anniversary band, I’m already married. She asked to see the rings I had. Then responded with “I don’t want to see your rings like that” implying they were dirty and then said she was going to clean them. They were not dirty and I am very particular about cleaning so I felt very insulted. She barely even looked at my rings before making that comment.She then said your fingers are too small, that we can’t size the ring you want to the size you need. I asked if she was sure because I had never had that issue before, to which she says “I’m the store manager, so I know”. Then she switched her tune when I said okay well thanks. She then said “I can send it to another jewelry store who might be able to do it”. I was not about to hand money over to this rude employee and then have her send me ring all over God’s creation. Her name is Raquel. I will be making a formal complain to customer service as well. I have worked in retail before and I never ever would have made such crass comments and ignorant statements when working with a client. Terrible.

They packaged up the necklace, put a nice bow on it, and after we were 20 minutes away called us to tell us that they actually forgot to put the necklace in the box.

This is the first time I wrote a comment on the Internet.The service was worse.I ordered the ring in the store ,The clerk said that it had to wait for two She didnt tell me there was no refund weeks, because she wanted to book the size, so she asked me to pay the full amount in advance,After a week, my boyfriend and I went to the store and said we didnt want the ring. At that time, we had to wait another week to receive the ring. The clerk was not willing to give us a refund. SHe said it couldnt be refunded. Then after she came out of the room and said that the size was reserved,But how do we know if the ring is finished? And then we couldnt help but leave disappointed and wait for next week to pick up the ring,Im not going to come back to this store and Im not going to recommend my friends and family

I am not one to leave reviews, but the store manager Eduardo D. has been so kind, helpful, and patient to me that I have to leave a great review. This place gets busy, but Eduardo always brings out a smile in his customers and he remembers you for next time when you return so you feel very welcomed. Dont you want to go to a store that cares about you if youre going to be dropping $$$ on a quality jewelry? I love the wedding ring I got for my fiance and wear the ring he got me for our anniversay here daily. -Min

This is a horrendous store! Do not do business here! Ordered a ring for my daughter, her first real ring for Xmas. I paid for it and I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for it to be sized. I called today and it’s been sitting in store for a week. No one called us. We just went to pick it up and it was sized wrong!!!!!!! My poor daughter is so upset. Worst experience and awful customer service. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Kay, but this store is horrendous. I bought all my bridesmaids a matching necklace. Last minute one cant be in the wedding so I went to this store to get it because online said they had it (necklace is also now discontinued so Im relying on a store having it still). I asked a gentleman who works there and he opened one drawer, said nope, and then wouldnt even help me find a necklace that looked similar. Absolutely terrible service.
Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Mary. She was curtious, efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with. I have not always felt this way about the staff there. In fact... I called one day and received little to no help but since my husband purchased my rings there... I had to deal with them. I decided to go in to Kays instead of calling, and dealing with the rudeness of the woman whose name I will not mention. Mary made this experience WONDERFUL!!! She handled my jewelry with care was very professional, and empathetic to my needs and concerns. Mary is the kind of person you want as an ambassador in leading customer service. The 5 stars is solely hers and she is deserving of it in its entirety. She made me feel my jewelry was in great hands and she even went above and beyond when she said I will thoroughly inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If the inspection does not meet my standards I will send it back until it does. This made me feel sooooooo good😊😊😊🙌 I didnt even mind the extra wait for my jewelry because Mary was upfront about the details and time it may take. I felt very confident that she was going to do everything she could on her end to provide me with quality results. 👏👏👏 Great job Mary!!! If you ever read this... I want you to know how much people like me appreciate you going the extra mile to provide quality customer service. I do hope your company sees your worth, and keep you happy as an employee because employees like you are what keeps companies like this in business. 2011 they collected my engagement ring for a free resizing they offer. they said they were shipping it to the manufacturer. I picked it up and it was no longer round! they had a local cut and resize it. they acted like i was crazy being upset it wasnt a perfect circle. They then sent it to the maker who had to replace the ring! Still holding my breath for an authentic apology.
I would never recommend this location to anyone. There is a young man named Sam that works at this location. I brought in my wedding ring two times while he was there to be cleaned and inspected. Both times that he touched the machine my diamonds were blown out of the setting. This last time in fact he actually chipped the prong in the machine and didnt tell me about it. I saw this when I went home. People like this should not be doing inspections. Kay Jewelers should really be more careful as they are in the hot seat so often for giving people fake diamonds and ruining their real ones. This company is a nightmare.
Worst customer service. Gave my ring for service on 10/12/17, the store received it back on 10/24/17 after being fixed. They never emailed or called me saying that my ring was available to be picked up. I just happened to stop by the mall on 11/19 and asked how much longer to receive my ring back when they said “oh, it’s back.” They received my ring a month ago, but not sure how much longer I would have waited for them to email or call me. Very very rude and unsatisfied with their customer service. Won’t recommend others to do business with them.
