DO NOT COME HERE! Especially if you are a woman customer alone! This is the kind of shop that will fix one issue with your car but will tamper with another.Your car will not run the same if you get it serviced at this shop. I came in to get my catalytic converter replaced and was charged nearly 2K only to find out they tampered with my shock absorbers. These are not honest, trustworthy people, do not be fooled by their rating. If I had known this is THAT kind of shop I would have never trusted them with my vehicle! Learn from my mistake dont let it happen to you.

My brakes started to squeal and check engine light came on so I went to my usual car shop but since they were so busy they weren’t going to see me until the end of the week so I looked around and called in. Oswaldo was able to take my car in and do the brakes and rotors right away. Was affordable, professional and friendly. I will definitely be going here for my car needs. Also he gives you a rough estimate of the work, if he’s not able to get to it in time or needs to bring the car in another day he doesn’t hold your car or scare you into keeping it there. He’s always very accommodating in setting up your next appointment to get your car right.

Took in vehicle because I had a bad starter or battery and they took the time to look and found a faulty wire housing. They replaced it and didnt charge me a ridiculous amount. I appreciate Oswaldos honesty, he could have told me it was the starter and charge me for unnecessary work, but he was honest & fair. Much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

This time I brought the Ford Explorer in they were quickly able to diagnose and replace my alternator, which was causing my battery to die. They were able to get me up and running in 2 hours. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Highly recommended and will continue to utilize their services. No issues yet have gotten work done on my breaks, transmission, AC, electrical, body and trim, and cooling system.

So far so good. However, I have used National MotorWorks in the past with very good success. I will re-post at completion of work.12/19/2020. Picked up my Toyota PU; those date. Check Engine light is on. VEHICLE has stopped running (would not start - twice) Took veh back to Mr. Roldan. He checked it out and said I needed a new starter. Replaced the old starter with a new one. Mr. Roldan says to put 500 miles on his rebuilt engine then bring veh back for some adjustments and if the check engine lite is still coming on; he will replace whats causing it. The oxygen sensor. To be continued...5/13/2021 having another issue. my engine is idling and running HIGH; notified Mr. Rolden - he said to bring it in. Pending. Though this is very inconvenient for me (fourth time) I want to give him a chance to fix the problem (s) right. To be continued....

Dropped off 2007 Cadillac Cts they changed the center support bearing when I showed up they never gave me a receipt told me to stop by later on and charged me 800$ cash flat, I still dont know for what exactly 800$ was a lot for a center support bearing nd labor but okay I wont ever go back there again . They price switched me he quoted me way less stay away from this place not worth it .

I met Oswaldo when I took my car in because it was making a weird noise. He did a full inspection and found that whoever worked on my car previously left some screws loose. He fixed the problem, and my car hasnt made that strange sound again. I now will only bring my car to him. I know no matter what, hell make sure my car is safe for me to drive. I definitely recommend taking your car to him. Hes the best :)

I walk into the shop and no less than 4 people turned around and saw me. I sat and waited at the counter for 10 mins and not a single one of those 4 people came inside to service me. I was a loyal customer for about a year or so but after this display of terrible service, I’d be better off going somewhere else. This isn’t my first run-in with their poor customer service. Don’t waste your time here.

I brought my car in for a routine check-up (after recently buying a new set of tires from another company). Oswaldo found that the guys that installed my new tires, installed the tires incorrectly. For one, the guys managed to over-tighten one of the lug nuts on the front left tire. Oswaldo and his crew had to force the nut out of the thread. Fortunately, they attached a new thread, and everything was good to go! Oswaldo also noticed a loose part on the rear-right tire, which he tightened. If it hadnt been for Oswaldo, his crew, and their thorough inspection of my car, I dont know how safe I would have been on the road. Thanks, guys!
