The manager Percy was very professional and helpful. Any time my car has issues I am able to get seen within an hour. Percy hooks me up with good deals and points out and explains the issue as well as show me on the car the issue.

DONT GO HERE! I went for a simple rotation & afterwards they we’re rushing me into signing papers without reading them - the papers were for my consent to pay an increased price for the service provided. To top it off, my AC just magically stopped working even though it’s never given me any problems and was 100% functional before the service. Thanks for giving me every reason not to come here again. Seriously go anywhere else to avoid being shafted.

I Found this Place through Good Reviews,and I will Post My own Review about My Experience at Tire Choice.I went In On Thursday June 10th to ask about Tire Prices so I Was Able to Get Some Good Tires That Day and came in Almost at the end of the Day,They Finished installing all 4 new Tires along with a Synthetic oil Change it was Done Fast and Professionally,As I Drove Home I Saw that the Oil Sticker was not placed on the window so I Decided to Check The Oil to my Surprise I Thought they Had Not done it because the Oil was kind Of Dirty,So I Called Monday Jun 14th And Spoke To Jose The Manager and He told me That they Would not scam people like That,That He knew his Crew would never Do That,so He told me to Bring it In and he would Check It For Me,So I brought it in And Sure enough the oil Had been Changed he showed me the new filter and I Was Ok and Then He asked me to Feel Sure He Could Change it right before me to Make me Feel comfortable and So They Did At No Cost,But The Thing That kind of made Me Feel Great was Joses Attitude, With out a doubt he was awsome,Then I had An Alingment done for My New Tires but that same weekend i Got some new shocks and Struts Put in and while I was Getting my second oil Change they asked me if The Shocks and Struts were New and I Said yes, They told me I would need To Align the Car once again,So Jose Said No Worries Ill Do It For You again No Charge,This By Far Was one Of The Best Customer Service Experiences I Have Ever Had,Jose The Manager is Awsome

Just got off the phone with Jorge... Called to ask if they worked on a specific model of car and he had quite the attitude. He asked what was wrong with the car and when explaining to him, he kept cutting me off and yelling to speak over me. He was very unwilling to help and had the poorest customer service. Sign outside said oil changes were $19.95. It costed me $80 and I dont appreciate the bait and switch/slightly false advertising. The technician was sarcastic and slightly rude during two different interactions which I didnt appreciate at all. The second opinion I got on the stuff that they said needed $1200 in repairs didnt match up.

Had my rear left tire go out Sunday. Reading reviews on this place helped me feel comfortable to bring it here. Kevin was straightfoward, honest and even showed me the nightmare of a tire I had. He gave me truthful guidance on what I should do and what work can hold off. I went in for an initial tire replacement, changed all tires and they replaced my serpentine belt because it was ready to go at any moment. He showed me the work done and the old parts to ensure my confidence.It is always hard finding a trustworthy place to get your car serviced, this place is my go to from now on. Ask for Kevin, dude will take care of you, and recommend what should be done, and what could wait.

As a woman, it’s hard for me to trust any place that has to do with cars, since often I feel that male business owners take advantage of female clients in terms of prices. However, this place is an exception. Jorge has exceptional customer service skills and takes the time to explain the different tiers of tires and to explain details such as the mechanics of tire balancing, and why it’s not advisable to balance tires when they have been unevenly worn/not rotated frequently. The first time I happened upon this place with a flat, and Jorge and his team helped me quickly. Today they helped me to replace the rest of my tires, to balance my tires and to change my oil, all for a reasonable price. They’ve earned my loyalty for life.

Scam center, they will charge you more than the original agreed upon amount. And to top it off they will make problems exist out of thin air to get more money from you. Do not use their service

Very Professional; actually all members of staff were excellent. They worked with my Budget & gave detailed info on each tire. I know, its just my opinion, like everything in life, its opinion based. I love this location! Esteban & Isaac were extremely helpful and polite. I was really concerned about my tires and they helped me out no problem. This shop is clean, very welcoming and has a nice waiting area, they had me in and out of there all within my lunch break.

I purchased my four tire here that cost over $1,300 with warranty for all tires and I payed double for the alignment So I can get my tires aligned when ever I need to. I went after acouple of months later to fix my tire that had a hole on side so they couldn’t fix it. They told me I had to buy a new tire... I ask about my warranty I purchase and they said that the business changed names and so basically my warranty doesn’t exist anymore WOW!! So I had to purchase a new tire after buying them a couple of months ago. NEVER AGAIN!! Jus go to DISCOUNT TIRED the biggest tire shop in the nation where they won’t change names on you

I drove about 2.5 miles to this National City location, with a flat tire that when inflated to check for a puncture, exploded due to damaged caused by driving on it!Tire was replaced by a new one in no time! (My tire was $200.00+ and to replace it just $89.00!)I totally recommend them for your cars needs and as far as me, Im coming back when needed!
