Only wanted a root touch up got a whole head of color that burned my scalp, turned my roots red and the rest of my hair black. And she painted my face with dye! When color was processing I seen the red coming and asked if that was going to be the color she assured me it was not. She insisted blow drying would show the color better and it only made it worse. Got up out of the chair I was so mad. She offered to redye it for me but she just killed my hair leaving the color on for a whole hour. I paid for services but didn’t tip. I went and bought two box dyes to try to neutralize the color but won’t be using it for at least a week. Thanks for ruining my hair I’m so mad.

Dolores is a life saving hair goddess! I had a really bad experience with a colorist and I called the JCP salon the next day. Dolores promptly answered and explained in great detail everything that she could do and got my in the very same day! She was so busy and she took the time to make me look absolutely amazing! The hair professionals there actually LOVE their jobs and they are all such a pleasure! Go to them!
