I had a wonderful experience at United. Jade was extremely friendly and helpful, and the procedures in place to prevent the spreading of Covid-19 were very safe. Definitely recommend stopping here for any barber needs!

Literally the worst customer service i ever experienced. The owner is very moody, one minute they are very short and get angry when you ask a question. The next minute after they get your money they try and act happy and smile at you. When you call on the phone the owner always answers and if you ask for another employee to speak to she always says they are not available.. she has issues to say the least. I am not sure why she is in this business if there is a communication barrier.I took my oster to get repaired and they charged me $20 prepayment. that is something they never did before. On top of that they tore my clipper apart and said this has been modified we cant work on it.. I had it worked on by someone else who works on clippers and puts stronger parts, so after they found out they were upset.. Neither of them are oster authorized so its neither here nor there.. they left it in a ziplock all apart in peices and still charged me. I should have told them to put it back together as it was brought in but i thought it’s not even worth arguing for. I left the bigger person and i will definitely not be back there. Its more cost efficient to buy supplies online where the cost is 40% lower. The old owners 15 yrs ago were the best, i wish she still owned it.

I came in for a clipper trimmer Duo the lady helping me was very kind and made sure the product worked before I went home 😁 I bought a pair of clipper trimmer Duos 6 years ago here and was satisfied so thats why Im back thank you for your service it was great!

I took some clipper blades to get sharpened, however when I used them they were more dull than when I dropped them off. I ended up needing to buy a new set of blades. When I called to ask for a refund I was told there were no refunds and that I must have installed them wrong, its not that difficult to re-install clipper blades. Its only $12.50 so Ill live but I am upset about the service and the lack of ownership.

Good place for professional barbersThe Asian lady is nice only when your buying. They are always watching you when browsing stuff makes me feel like they think Im a thief.

The rudest ladies work there. I went there to buy Salon equipment and the lady would not let my mom and I in, even tho we both were wearing a masks she made us wait at the front door for over 10 minutes then came over very rudely and said what do we want and only one could come in. No one was in the store but her!!! Needless to say I will never be back there, I don’t support rude people!

Very well supplied and good prices, I always come to this place to restock on products or clippers.

The last two times I bought blades for my clippers and trimmers they sold me used non sharp blades, and they did the same to one of my coworkers. Lately low quality blades and items. Not going back anymore.
