Staff here is amazing! Came in to ask questions about a primer & skin care, Nicole was not only so sweet & professional but also informed me on which were the best products for my type of skin & even provided some samples for me to take home & try out! I left so happy with her service!

The workers are very nice and helpful. But they’re always very busy.

Workers are very rude. I got accused of stealing when I did not steal. One of the workers asked me “Can i have what you put in your bag” meanwhile talking to some other worker on the ear piece, as i opened my bag for her to see i put nothing of theirs in my bag she did not even apologize for accusing me. These workers should learn to be more aware of what they are doing and they are lucky I did not contact the manager. Not to mention this store sucks. Always out of stock on everything. Would not recommend at all.

My wife and I went there to buy a gift card...literally went inside and waited in line about 24 minutes. Line is terrible and mean while theres other staff walking around saying hello to other customers.I know it looks good for them to seem like they have a line of customers waiting to pay but a 20 minute wait is ridiculous.Please keep the line moving and dont make paying customers wait. Thanks

Ive never been to this Sephora, but it was bday and I needed to stop at another store, including Sephora, to pick up my bday gift. Nicole was the ONLY associate who acknowledged me and helped me find a lip scrub. She ended up ringing me up, when I had to wait in line and wished me a happy bday (unlike Victorias Secret) and I got to pick out my free gift! It was a little warm in the store and a couple of other associates saw me, but no acknowledgement, hence the 4 stars, but Nicole deserves all 5 stars! Shes awesome!

Never buy at Sephora inside a JCP. You can’t return Items at a stand alone locations. I have been trying to return an item for months and I finally managed to go to a JCP Sephora but because 60 days passed I can’t return it and now I’m stuck with a product that I can’t use.

Ive been going to this sephora for a very long time and ever time I go I always have a negative experience. Some employees are rude and look at you the wrong way when they think you are not going to purchase anything. I went to get my free birthday gift on my birthday and the employee that was ringing me up made a face and made me feel bad for asking for my gift. NEVER COMING BACK!(Edit: 7/22/2021 this Sephora has new employees and they are a bit more attentive then the last staff but that doesn’t forgive Sephora for hiring unprofessional staff in the first place.)

The ladies there are really nice and helpful. They helped me pick the right colors and gave me suggestions for makeup and some tips too.

Staff is rude. Fat white girl roller her eyes when I asked for help, my family spends alot of money here! Another girl was complaining about needing to eat because there was no one to release her. Ill go to a different location where they are happy to work!

Went and there was only one lady employee. Ive had one experience where i got the chance to pull someone to the side to help me. Im Sorry but Im going to have to rate this two stars. Everytime i need help, there is no one to assist me! There is usually only two employees who are busy at register. Not sure if this is how sephora works. It Needs more staff :/ Always happens. Dont know if ill find the makeup that matches my needs everwithout help!

Ok, the store is comfortable, the employees are friendly, but very few so you have to wait a long time for them to help you, it is not well stocked, almost everything is out of stock.

They need more variety and people to help you
