When I was shopping for a drink after work. I was surprised I how neat the drink keeper was it was clean and the drink was real cold. When I paid the cashier was genuine or and happy to see more clients.

Even during Covid-19, this location (National City, CA) maintains a clean and well stocked store. Parking may be problematic; but the door associate does a good job at greeting everyone and establishing presence. May greatest concern involved two other customers that did NOT wear a face mask, in clear violation of a National City Ordnance requiring all persons to wear such coverings. No employee did anything. Even when these two separate customers passed by employees.

Food and service was exceptional, as always. Great date-night location!

I love this 99 because they are always well stocked with everything. Customer service is great.

Love this store. Our to go to store for a much cheaper price. They have decors, to produce even products in cold section such as butter, milk, yogurt, frozen foods ready to warm up but not much selection like other stores. They also have snacks, garden and school items. I also got cute socks here. When it comes to parking lot, theres plenty of space so no problem with that. I like parking on store side.

I always love stopping buy to this store. Aside from its being cheap, even though not all items are 99cents, you will find good deals. I love doing DIY stuffs and this is where i get most of the things that i need. They also have the best green mango in town, for only 99c each! 😋😋😋

It is okay organized, and clean. I like that staffs maintaining cleanliness and safety precautions. Very convenient for me to go for shopping after my daily jogging /walking routine at Kimball Park very near to drop by 3x a week. As long that people will follow the protocol for covid19 I will continue to shop to this place.

There were great services and great prices on the main aisle items. Great cheap specials.

That said, Im not pleased with the fact that many many items in the store now are not 99 cents.I understand that its difficult these days to make a go of it in mortar and brick business. However, if you look at their sign, it says 99 cents only.I think slowly theu will erode the 99 cent concept. Too bad. finally, on my way out of the store, I stepped into a gully right in front of the store I twisted my ankle and got my buggy stuck in it.I hope you guys will clean up your act.

You can find some great deals on different items. The 99¢ only is no longer true for they have products that cost much more than 99¢. You are able to purchase a wider range of products not being confined to the one and only 99¢.

The store is cleaning every basket before you go in, they are monitoring the number of people that may enter and I only saw one person who pulled down their mask after they entered the store. You may take your own ags in and bag yourself. They did a good job today of opening g 2 more check out lines when the line was too long. Good stock on hand. As always the checkout clerks were pleasant and efficent.

Always have a little bit of everything to fit your needs. The cashier saw there was a line an opened up another one to provide faster service.

Easy in and out. Lots of parking.

I buy ice at the 99¢ Only Stores when Dixieline Lumber runs out of ice. The 99¢ Store are not just 99¢ items sold in the stores. They have a larger selection of items to purchase for more than 99¢ and the store has lots of good deals.

Service was excellent. Alittle too on my hands if you know what Im talking about. Didnt even have any place to conceal merchandise. No pockets or purse. Maybe the worker had a hand fetish. Ewww lol.

Its alright. Its always unorganized and dirty in the store.

National City 99 cent only store is pretty well stocked. However its dirty and a bit neglected. They overstock their shelves and although its understandable because they are so busy, it makes the store uninviting and messy.

I liked it when everything was only 99 cents. But I still like it even though some items might be a lil more, but then it doesnt make it a 99cents only store anymore, they always have all the exact items I needed or wanted. The lines are always long so I cant go in realquick for a stop.so I plan my visit or at least prepare myself to b patient.or I dont go in. I love that there is available restroom, also, in emergency. Very much appreciated. Most stores dont.

You can find almost anything here but nothing ever lasts. Ive even found some cool brand name toys for super cheap

You can eat healthy foods and stay on budget. The produce was fresh and $.99!They also had a cleanser that I wanted for $3.99, which is WAY better than Amazon that has the same product for $10.99.The staff was quick and friendly and the store was very clean.I got everything I needed and didnt go broke in the process.

Could be much better! Twice I have purchased milk and it goes bad right away my husband thought it was our fridge but I stopped buying milk at this location and miraculously our milk lives til expiration day!

Though not everything is under 1 dollar.. Im more than satisfied. I always shop at Walmart next to this store and I never knew I could save up to 70% on some items of the same quality.. and its only next door. Amazing discovery!

The lines were very long with only 3 checkers working. A man called the store and asked for more checkers. No one came. The cashier said that they had no others. Many have had their hours cut, so they find other jobs. But they did have a lot of Halloween items.

Always good produce, price and items. Always have new things and employees are friendly. Store is well stocked and clean. Great community atmosphere.

Was pretty much asked to leave and not shop using my own bags that items must be in cart. Im sorry no santaizer to wipe down not touching carts. Will not come back to this store.

Called for an application status, and I was told by an associate that they are not hiring, but they still have the sign up there that they are. You people are not hiring take your sign off your building. There are good people out there looking for work, and what you are Doing is false advertisement.

Bought halloween items, guy name Robert in register said one item didn’t have a price card told me to go fetch another one basically, I go home to find out he never put it in my bag after i paid for it, mad that I had to drive all the way back, I come back and told him what happen... said I dont have time for this you can just grab it, no apologies or empathy of his mistake, got scared when his manager walked out, so he knew he was wrong and poor customer service

It was a varied store full of options. The staff was knowledgeable about there products. It was a good experience I got what I was looking for a left wanting tons more.

They are always packed with alot of cool stuff for very cheap 95% of the store is only 1$. They always are stocked up and have new items all the times. Their inventory has certainly changed since I was a kid they have things i would have never expected to have like big bags of marked brands like doritos,lays,ruffles etc. All brand candy and lots of cool help misc electronics from headphones to phone accessories.

The NC store has the most variety on items in SD county. This store is decently arranged unlike other stores. A lot of unique items can be found in this NC store. However, the lines are always long with only 1-2 checkstands open. Wait time is so bad that standing in line to pay is longer than the time spent for shopping. Avoid this place if you have time constraints. Bad customer service.

There is a variety of products, including food you can get there, although, its not all for 99 Cents as you see in the name of the store. You can still get many products for very cheap, like nice fleece blankets you would find elsewhere for $10...you can get it there for under $4. They will have to change their name soon or later though.
