Been going at this store and just recently found they carry fairy garden items and decors and it was on sale these past weeks. Happy for that. I got decors for my miniature garden and their fairy houses are so cute too! Of course they also have other garden items and decors. Store also carries beddings, furnitures, snacks, home decors, frozen foods ready to warm up and eat, school supplies, laundry soaps, cleaners, and more. They also have an aisle for cosmetics with stuff usually on sale. They have hand soaps for only $1.

If I could give it less than 1 start I would... I been a faithful client for years until I came into this store... Most discusting experience apparently they dont check their returns and I had the terrible experience of buying a bed in a bag for $70 that had animal hair, smelt like dog/cat and had stains everywhere... They first said the product wasnt theirs broyhill purchase a week ago did not had a receive but had the purchase on my credit card statement it shows date, store # and amount spend which was more than 200 since we got bedding for 2 beds. Manager was too busy to come talked to us and send us customer care number which everyone know they never help you NEVER! Finally after waiting more than an hour for the manager, she agreed on us getting a product replacement which is exactly what we needed in the first place! So BE AWARE DONT SHOP AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS...

Great place to shop for furniture and groceries

Everything is over priced. They dont have the deals they used to have. Ross Prices are lot better for the same thing.

They had lots of things 20% off on summer equipment last time I went there

I went for curtains but ended up with a lot more. They do not have shopping carts. So that was a challenge. And every single employee that we tried to ask a question to were just plain nasty. I mean really rude. Not a good experience.

Nice store but was much more affordable when it was the old Pick n Save.

Bed bugs !!!!Do not buy no furniture from Big lots especially not their mattresses their box springs or the recliners I brought $1,400 with the furniture and all fell apart and they refuse to refund me my money they are cheap scammers and ripoffs

Management needs better customer service. I understand its big lots but its an establishment where you have to deal with customers and they seem not to know how. They arent very knowledgeable about their products. I tried several times to call and just to find out if they had received an item. It took almost a half an hour get someone on the phone. The manager I delt was Lupita. I will not be buying my sofa or recliner or heater with them. I am at the moment listening to them talk and giggle and mess around while Im on hold on the counter on hold. Horrible just plain horrible.

Bought a mattress online from this location and wanted to confirm pickup date so I called. I didnt quite catch her name, I wish I did but the lady that answered was so nice and helpful I just had to write a review right away. :) If you ever get to read this thank you for being so kind and mindful.But other than that I always love going to this Big Lots, they always have good deals on items here.

Havent been here in a while, they have redone the place. Its looking like a whole new Big Lots. They even have features only select Big Lots are offering such as The Lot!

Good shopping experience with pleasant workers/greeters.

Cheap comfortable durable furniture. All kinds of products at cost so much more at grocery stores and there’s so much more economical at Big lots soap,towels,fragrances,Health and beauty aids so much less expensive than the grocery store. I Donely is it easier to access and not gigantic like a football field and some stores there’s less people inside, it cost less money and they have more selection of products you want. From furniture to facial products. . I like big lots always have.

(That was a poor rhyme)Review: Came from the Pinoy market, given that our cars and truck was parked in the Huge Great deals car park. (Sorry) We determined to look into the Lots. It was active, the structure behaved. I have not been to Large Lots in a while. Yet there was food, such as Icy foods, such as Ice Lotion, frozen meals, and frozen deep-fried poultry. (What?) Processed food such as candy as well as various other my 600 Pound life food. (Sorry if its annoying) Cleanser than Walmart or Target. A lengthy line, and also bed linens. Not bad. Not bad.

Was not too impressed. It had been a long time since I have been to a Big Lots. They have changed a lot. I used to be able to find just about anything I needed, now not so much. They are turning into a furniture store!

My shopping trip here was so much more pleasant, the crew they had stocking were friendly and very helpful they should have them out on the floor all the time. Knew were everything I was looking for could be found and even the ones I didnt ask anything pleasantly returned my greetings.

Bargains to be had.As I recall, I had help loading a futon and frame into my vehicle by a pleasant member of their store team.

Good variety of furniture and matress deals, they even offer a convenient freight service(fee is extra); too bad the nearest location is in National City since they closed the one on Broadway in Chula Vista a while ago. You should check their friends and family specials.
