Exceptional customer service! Mail ALWAYS ARRIVES EARLY. Packages arrive on time or earlier. I have been coming here for years. Excellent service.

Mail never arrives. Ive had my bank card sent there 3 times and it still hasnt arrived after a month. And now, even though we paid to be able to access mail whenever we want, its now only accessible during business hours because the door is tied shut. Super unprofessional and not a safe place to have your mail sent. Its definitely not worth the money or hassle.

Dumbest store doesnt ship packages for you.

This place is quite convenient especially for notary. I can get all the services from printing out paperwork, getting notary done, copy and mailing at one place. The price is reasonable too.

Once the procss was kicked into gear it went smooth and only cost me $16.00 to complete. If I have anymore offical issues that need be processed again I would know that this would be the first place that comes to mind.

WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!They lost or stole my package and when I called them they said, and I quote “since we don’t get any money on pre-paid packages we do not care what happens to your package” WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have no idea why UPS, FEDEX or any other carrier would do business with this useless store.

$1 to print a 1 page copy of a document. The price is ridiculous. The old guy with glasses acted like I was wasting his time. Ill never go back to this place

Horrible service. The lady didn’t understand me when I said $11 for all three envelopes. Then she says after putting all the labels on them. $33 ummm I just asked you if it was for all three and you did not say each!! She was kind of rude even before that..

Cranky employees, disorganized, and not a dependable drop-off point for UPS packages.Dropped an overnight UPS envelope there and it disappeared without a trace. UPS says they never received it. When I went to see what happened, the store employees refused to look for it or to help in any way.They will probably find the envelope some day tossed in a corner someplace, but they wont find me in their shop ever again.

I dropped off a UPS package at this store (an Amazon return) and it disappeared. It was never received by Amazon and I dont believe it was ever sent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGES HERE.

Excellent service, the managers are very attentive and although they do not speak much English if we could communicate without problems to make an international shipment at a very good price. They have all the material to make the shipments as well as post office boxes to receive your mail.
