This review is for the Notary services at this UPS Store. My 81yo mother needed some documents signed/witnessed by a notary, but she is in a wheelchair and can barely walk. Muhammad Nuhaily graciously agreed to come out to the vehicle to complete all related paperwork. Mr. Nuhaily was kind and friendly with my mother and for that I am grateful. Absolutely great customer service! Thank you.

9-22-21 This store is awesome, Moe is the man! I had only brought 3 of the 4 items I needed to return and it was already 7:03pm. Moe let go go home real quick to pick up the 3rd item, he opened the door at 7:10 to let me return my items (which today is the last day to return all the items back to Amazon) If it wasnt for Moe I would not be able to get my refund for all 4 items. Thank you so much Moe, you get 10 stars bro!

Monday, 24 May 2021 @ 2:25 Pm. Came in to check an amazon package that states “unfortunately, package was not delivered and holding at carrier location for pick up” . Lady at the service counter told me my package was not delivered, and I told her that’s why I’m here. She checked website and told me it states not delivered again with an attitude that seems like I’m bothering her. Then she tried to explain to me what the status on Amazon means which I did told her I perfectly understood what it means when it states “holding for pick up” and that is the reason I’m checking if they have it. Instead of telling me that UPS will try to attempt delivery again, she then again told me the item was not delivered. Total lack of customer service and does not have the right attitude to work in customer service environment. I love this location but with an employee like her, you will lose customers. If she’s not happy with that position, time to get another job.Tuesday, 25 May 2021 @2:30 pm. Went back to pick-up my package. Stood in line and was called by the same employee that provided service the previous day. She asked me what I need help on so I stated I’m there to pick up a package, she asked for my ID which I provided, after she read my name she asked me if I wanted her to provide the service. When a customer approached you and given you what you asked for so they can get what they need, that means the service is welcome, don’t create another issue or scene. Just do your job and both customer and employee are satisfied. At the end, the other male employee stepped in to complete the issue of my package and asked me to get service on another location in the future and when I asked the lady for her name, she refused and covered it with her hand. For the owner, it’s all in your CCTV for review.

Top notch customer service. Gaia I believe was the young ladys name, was able to answer all of my questions, she even went as far as helping my mom in Spanish when she heard us talking. I will be coming back!

I went into the store & saw a line out the door, I really hesitant on waiting but I am glad I did. The employees noticed the line and worked as quickly as possible. Especially this young lady named Rachell, her great attitude and smile stood out the most! She was helping multiple customers and took care of all my questions/concerns in regards to my package.

This UPS location is absolutely fantastic. I do business here daily and all of the employees are welcoming and friendly, especially Gaia who is always attentive, smiling and happy to always have my business. Wont use another UPS location for any of our shipping needs.

Had an Amazon package that needed to be returned. Arrived and gentlemen told me that the label needed to be printed and not able to scan code from my phone. He explained that I would need to email the label directly to the store. Upon asking what email address, he points behind me and tells me to look at one of the 10 signs on the other side. Asked which sign, his response is the sign by the computer(there were 3 monitors, 1 was being used by the other clerk and other 2 empty). Then asked which computer, his response is to point at the business cards that were right in front of him. I pick up the business card and forward the email with return instructions. Didnt complain when he took care of another customer and waited another 15 minutes for him to finish. When he was done, I placed the box on the scale and asked if he received the email I sent. I dont recall hearing a response, just typing on the keyboard and scanning the original barcode of the unopened box several times. Now I didnt want to question him because I am unfamiliar with their process. He then hands me a shipping receipt. Left the store with doubts and decided to look up the tracking number that he printed. Turns out, the package is being delivered back to my house instead of back to Amazon. Obviously he never checked for the email I sent with the return label. Went back inside the store and I kid you not, maybe 5 minutes passed and they are not able to find my package. Another clerk helped and told me that the Amazon return label is not acceptable. Someone please help me understand this. Also she said the return label which listing the new tracking number with a barcode was not supposed to be taped on the outside but left on the inside. So then how is UPS supposed to know where to send the package? Anyway contacted Amazon and fortunately they were very understanding after I explained the package was being sent back to my house in error. Their customer service was outstanding, this UPS store, not so much.

After a very stressed day at work needing to get many things done Rachell (who is also the manager) helped me through it all. I expected to spend at least an hour at the store, she took care of me in less than 15 minutes and i was out. Thank you Rachell i appreciate your help, youre amazing!

The only reason why I am giving this place a five stars is because it’s very organized and neat. I was greeted by Ms. Gaia who’s very friendly and attentive. She was quick to process my packages and some mails, and her vibes just light my spirit the rest of the day. She made sure I got everything I needed. Absolutely excellent service and were quick and efficient. Rachell, an excellent manager who showed really good leadership qualities; very calm, polite, and knew everything that was going on around her even while multi tasking running everything like a captain of a ship lol. I had a bad experience with my international shipment .. they did not do me well the documentation that I needed to bring .. the person who attended me is training and had no idea how to do the work .. and I did not like it. that I still pay. A lot, they made a customs charge to the person who received it and they did not give me that information ... how is it possible that you send a gift and pay and the person who receives pay is not fair ... I do not recommend sending packages internacional

Close to home and great customer service! Everybody is always so helpful. They have so many services (packing, shopping, copies, printing, scanning and notary to name a few) and their prices are good. FedEx store doesn’t do half of what they do.

I needed to pick up a package & get it to the bank by 5pm . I arranged to have it delivered to National city hub. My tracking said it would arrive by 3:00 . I arrived but my package was not there . Moe and Sam went the extra mile to help me find where my package was and help me make arrangements to pick it up . I was anxious and they helped to keep me remain calm . Because of these two amazing employees I was able to get my package to the bank before closing . I am grateful for their kindness to me. Today they are superheroes in my eyes .
