My check engine light came on while driving on the interstate. I called this location and was able to speak to Ragan to see if they could help. Obviously in a panic as this was super frustrating. He told me to come on over and that they would be able to check out what the issue was. They were busy, but they were able to diagnose my issue, explain it to me, get the part and I was out of there. This team is phenomenal, they are nice and friendly. I was so relieved. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire in New Albany!

I live in Louisville, but this has been my go to car shop for everything since getting a flat tire in the area last year. The customer service is unbeatable with great pricing (a combination tough to find). I hardly write reviews, but felt the need to leave one after Ragan, the store manager, went out of his way to help me with a tough to diagnose car issue last week.

The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming, he acknowledged and attended to me promptly. I received great service and a timely fashion at a great price. I was greeted by name upon my next arrival I never felt I was being taken advantage of I was confident the work was done and was invited to ask any questions about the service afterwards and was comfortable doing so. This was the best service Ive received in a long time. I am now a lifetime customer and I passed the word on every opportunity I get. Had a great experience here several weeks ago. I live in Nashville, but spend a good bit of time in New Albany and I just bought a new set of tires from Kaiser because I appreciate the great service by Raegan, the store manager, planning on making these guys my auto garage even though Ive got plenty of options back home. Good service earns my business, so Ill give it to these guys for anything non-immediate as Im in the area frequently.

The BEST place to get your car fixed by far, it is worth driving across the bridge from Louisville to take your car there, EXCELLENT mechanics, and the BEST store manager they have.

Great experience! I had gone to the dealership before for repairs and was told I needed so many repairs and the price was almost double what Kaiser charged me. The customer service at Kaiser was excellent! They went through in detail on what exactly my car needed and why, then all the different options and prices. I called ahead the day before and my car was ready to go the next day. Reasonably priced and amazing customer service. Will continue to be my main mechanics from now on!

Always a pleasure to go get oil changed, wouldnt go anywhere else

Took my car here when I couldnt remove a stubborn bolt on my suspension. They got the bolt out and finished the job. I really liked their work so the next week I had them install a set of tires on new wheels I had purchased. TheTires had the be slightly stretched on the new wheels but it wasnt a problem for them. They hand torqued the wheels when the job was done and didnt impact the hell out of the lugs. Seriously, a great place.

Didnt have my tire size. Offered to order one and then proceed to stack on so many made up extra fees that it doubled the price of the actual tire. Go to walmart better service faster and cheaper for exact same service. Im only leaving one star because it wont accept a no star review.

Absolutely fabulous experience! They saved me over 500 bucks in repairs that a competitor falsely claimed I needed. Then they gave me shocks/struts at an extremely affordable price as well as new tires.They also checked/cleared my engine codes and installed new TPMS sensors.All while behaving in a very welcoming manner and maintaining a strong level of professionalism.100% will do business again.5☆

Id never take a car to them they were supposed to fix the oil leak and still cant fix it they said it was fixed and it come find out the rear main seal leaking after they had their transmission replace then they tell me go to their transmission people and they would save me some money come find out transmission people charge them two thousand and then when I picked up my car from then they charge me 2500 I still have not got my brakes right after going three times my brakes are still sticking I would not take anybody here or send them here

I couldnt be more pleased with the service I got at Kaiser Tire Pros. My car had broke down,losing coolent. They got right on, found the problem, gave me a call, told me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. They started work that morning and called at noon and said it was done. Its nice to deal with pros that know what they are doing! They were kind and curteous and kept me informed what was going on.

Went in for alignment Then went back the next week for brakes front and rear they had a little problem with the rear adjustment but they went above and beyond to get the brakes right even replacing some parts at there own expense. Its hard to find service and dedication like that. Thanks Kaiser
