I arrived to New Albany AT&T at 9:00AM however they do not open until 10:00AM which is late. They had a sign on that says open. That store have short hours so I recommend go to Clarksville, IN or elsewhere.
My husband and I went to get new phones from this store at the beginning of the year. The associate that “helped us” added an extra line that we were not even aware of, we tried to have this corrected several times. The associate that sold us the phones apparently had made “mistakes” in the past and AT&T informed us that they may not reimburse us for his mistake ( basically it was our fault for letting him sell us the phone and not taking accountability for their own employee) Meanwhile, they continue to charge us $30 more a month than we are supposed to be charged with my “Nurse discount”. To top it all off they just doubled the amount they are supposed to charge us out of nowhere!!!! I will NEVER recommend AT&T!!!!! Every time we try to get this straightened out they just send you onto the next person and no one helps!
Maverick and his team were phenomenal. Very professional and friendly. They were very accommodating to our requests. I would recommend this store with Maverick and his team to anyone looking for upgrade or new service. Maverick knew his stuff and was able to answer our questions and those questions from other customers in the store. 100% confidence in knowing what my bill would look like and what my benefits were.

The person I dealt with wasnt very interested in helping me. I had to keep pushing him to help me. I went there because my tablet appeared dead. They had none in the store, he said, but could order one. Never even tried to turn on my tablet. After more than an hour, when hed drift off to talk to other customers, he suggested another place I could go to to see if they could repair it. I went there from your store -- first thing they did was try to turn on my tablet using using screen button and sound up and down buttons and it came on immediately. My tablet worked fine. I had wasted my time in your store!
Maverick was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was very patient. I left the store confident with what I got and I knew what my bill was going to look like after I left.
This store is great to work with. But I didnt see them clean after each person left. Did see them clean their hands
I dreaded having to go to the AT&T store but dealing with Maverick definitely changed my mind. He is personable, helpful, knowledgeable and actually considers the customer’s best interest in everything he does. But even after you walk out of the store he is still there to help you. I texted him with a question a couple hours after I got my phone – this was a Sunday – and I was hoping I would hear from him the next day or I would call him. But I was wrong … he actually called me that evening and spoke with me for almost 30 minutes to answer my questions. Not only does he do a great job but he goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase.
Nick was wonderfulCant begin to tell you how very helpful he is. He really enjoys assisting customers and lets you know that your needs are important. I will definitely turn to him for my AT&T supplies and questions He deserves 10 stars..
Maverick was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, & entertaining during the process of upgrading 2 phones...which could have been time consuming and not so fun. He made the experience enjoyable and did everything possible to give us a great experience!

Doug is amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and full service! He helped teach us everything we needed to know to make wise and economic choices. He has the heart of a teacher. He was skilled at suggestive selling while not being pushy. He really got a feel for which products would work best for us by asking about how we used our old devices. Doug explained things so well, my 79year-old-mother & I could understand, yet had all the specifics required by my tech savvy daughter. He was patient and such a nice man. He applied and cleaned the screen protectors, and much more. He is truly All that, and a bag of chips! We also noticed how helpful the other associates were. The guy I was with was nice but he didnt check the SIM card before I left, got home was having network error, I called the store, I had to go back and he take the SIM card from my current phone and put it in my new phone. Also added 2 different types of insurance to my account that I did not approve, very disappointed.

Went there for sim card n they did all the work for me ! Really went all out and it t was almost a throw away phone so I thank them State St. Sat. at about five.
I recently started up my own phone plan & was having trouble getting my identity validated due to my last name & address changing but Nick & Doug were both more than helpful in speaking with corporate representatives. Nick even stayed past closing hours to remain on the phone with customer service to help me. This is a rarity anymore & supercedes the standard in customer service. Both are extremely professional but also capable of relating on a personal level. Would definitely recommend this location. Much thanks to both for all of their help!
I went to the storev4 times in 3 weeks to get my phone fixed. Was told that I used 2 gigs in 4 days because of Facebook, email and the Weather channel. I do not have Facebook on my phone. I was at home, using wifi. One person shutdown every thing on my phone so I had to download each text, then find what chat group it was on. I went in and they told me I got too many jpegs. When the young man downloaded the 37 texts and saw they were words he understood my frustration. Then I could not get phone calls. All the time I was on wifi at home. Then he signed me up for unlimited just to have that not take.

I just switched carriers to at and t and I came to this store three times in the same day and each time was more frustrating than the last. By the second time, I would hope someone would have actually helped me. Instead I was greeted by a less than enthusiastic staff. By the third time, I was told Google it. Im a small business owner and if I talked to my customers this way, I would not last a day. Telling a customer to Google it is not an acceptable answer and its one of the biggest mistakes in business communication. You, as a representative of your company saying something like that, is the same as telling someone because your not going to buy anything and boost my sales commission there is no reason for me too help you which is wrong and is not reflective of what customer service is suppose to do. I came in the next day and had to argue just to get a SIM card. If you want to be a sales person, you should think about your customer retention. In your shoes, by the second time I saw someone walk in frustrated, I would have sat down at a desk with them and walked them through it in a clear, concise way. THAT IS MY EXPECTATION of what good customer service is.
Worked with Sean. Its such a lengthy process, and I am generally confused during. He was great and tolerated me and my kids throughout. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Got everything I needed!

If I have to go to AT&T, I travel from Louisville to go to this one. The manager Brian tries to make what is often a frustrating experience as great as possible! He is so helpful and will go above and beyond to solve your issues and make sure youre happy. Thats rare in a cell phone store.

The only reason the writing is so long is because I dont think an authorized dealer should be over to advertise their building has if it was in a AT&T Provider they all AT&T sign on the outside kind of light Floyd memorial way thats right fried Baptist health But Ill go ahead and give it 4 stars because absolutely amazing customer care and compassion just maybe be a little more clear with your customers about what your actual standpoint is with AT&T

Doug was awesome in helping me get my phone setup. We ran into some issues concerning getting my old phone stuff transferred, and he tried a ton of different things to get the ball rolling. Sadly it was because I forgot a backup password. He did tell me I could try a few things when I got home, that ended up working. 👍🏻

Great location! Easy to get to because its so close to the 265 loop. The staff is always so genuine and polite. I really feel like they put in the extra effort to help me with my cable, internet and cell phones.
Mark was very helpful and patient as he spent a lot of time with me, going over all the details and options. I was there at least 2 hours. He even took the time to apply the aura glass screen protector . He worked through his lunch break to make sure I was set up.

I had business to do with AT&T and R Mark Baskerville II. His name is impressive and his dealings with me lived completely up to such a name. He was most polite and friendly and needed to spend a great deal of time with me. Throughout my visit he remained the same even though some might consider me a demanding customer. It was as though I was making a new friend and most enjoyable. (Even though he was not able to accomplish what I had hoped for.) If all of AT&Ts associates could be like him you wouldnt see so many negative feedbacks on AT&Ts customer service. Happy he was there.
The service was great and the gentleman even went as far as to change the channel to the childrens movie Frozen to entertain our 3 year old, which I believe she wound up entertaining everyone in the store.
