Like all stores around Christmas, pretty sparse in there right now, and the staff seem a little grumpy (not rude to customers at all, they just dont seem happy). I hope theyre being treated well by their management, but who knows.

I preordered a certain game to receive either the poster or the figurine as a gift package. I called the store1 day ahead to make SURE! They said they could not reserve the extras... even though I paid for it. Okay...But they said they would have enough.Surprise, they didnt.Dont reserve here. Your reserve money holds nothing.

If Im looking for getting a game or maybe just the DLC to a game I own already this is the place since my town no longer has anymore brick and mortar stores. However, I never bring in old games for trade because the offered rates are terrible on the customer end. To be fair,the workers arent responsible for that, but none the less, that company rarely gets my money. Its the principal of it all.

I absolutely love GameStop. The staff in here was great and offered to help me with anything in my children needed. Me and the boys all of video games so we have several and have most of the consoles as well. We find ourselves in there almost anytime someone has a birthday or a holiday like Christmas comes along.

I was the ONLY customer in the store and it took an hour for them to offer me less then what was offered 30 min before food my phone that had no damage but she was nodding in and out and the side of my phone had a nick and she said my screen was cracked but if she hadnt been nodding she would had been able to tell rather then making me wait an hour reset my phone and then go from $64 to $28.... Dont recommend the phone selling!!!

Friendly staff is the only thing keeping this from being a one star review. I bought a pre-owned Playstation 4 console and it came with one controller. The console I expected, and the one I asked for, was the PS4 Slim, but instead I got the full size model. Was not permitted to open the box in the store to examine what I was buying. The console is black and the controller was white. Both had dirt packed in the crevices and showed signs of neglect. On the controller, the left directional stick gets stuck and the charge port is lose. Hooked everything up anyway and transferred all the profile and game information from another PS4. Halfway through the transfer I noticed that the fan was very loud, even louder than my window AC. Once the system was ready to use, I tried to insert a game and the drive wouldnt pull the game in. Then it started making horrible ticking noises and the fan got even louder! It started to sound like a jet engine firing up, that is if it had a piece of metal banging around inside it!! I will be returning this first thing tomorrow! Hopefully, the replacement is MUCH better!!**Update**I returned the PS4 to the store the next day with no problems. In fact, the clerk was VERY apologetic! She said that the girl who sold me the system was still new, and whoever originally took in the machine didnt initial or sign off that they checked everything before selling it. To apologize for my trouble, the clerk made sure I got a PS4 Slim, upgraded the storage, and extended my warranty!! The new system works great!!

Great place to get the newer system games but had no Gameboy games in store so had to use a gift card online which took a little more time and money due to shipping so gift cards arent the way to go unless you need newer games.

There were 2 employees on staff that evening. One was courteous and helpful. The other was a little younger & only worried about how much of a sale he could make and no care for the customer as a person.

I was in this gamestop when a manager was publicly and very obnoxiously yelling at another employee, very unprofessional and embarrassing for this young girl. She tried to explain her mistake and he continued to yell at her in front of customers. Will not be back

Tons of collectables, and always have cool people working the cashier that are willing to help you if you ask, or when they ask you.

Its GameStop. Be warned that the parking lot here is in such bad shape that it will destroy your tires and suspension if you go faster than a crawl.

This is a great place to buy games employees are nice there is toonsss of games here and for multiple consoles and hand helds and even pc it is a very great place to buy you games.

Not really my place but am there often with my husband. The staff are always very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.

My only complaint here is that the store feels a bit crowded with all the stuff in the middle of the walkways. I felt like Im always in someones way or bumping into another person. This is pretty typical for most GameStops though, which is obnoxious to deal with. They want to cram as much stuff into their store to try to sell as much as they can.

Prices on new games and collectables tend to be higher than every where else. Even some of the used games are priced the same as other big box stores for new ones.
