ABC delivery as promised, I was able to pick up my new appliances the next day. I had previous ordered a washer & dryer from a big chain store, and after numerous delays from the delivery company I had enough and canceled my order. Neelu was very helpful, and called the next day letting me know they had both washer & dryer there at the store. When it’s time to replace my other appliances I’ll definitely check ABC WAREHOUSE first.

Don was very helpful. We were very adamant on leaving today with our new fridge and he worked very good with us on price & availability.

Stopped at chesterfield mi store. Told salesperson looking at refrigerator. Salesperson Told us in back. We were looking for a compact one.. The display was not good..hard time with prices..tags.. and when person came back finally to check on us and we said compact model she lost interest and left..so did we..bought elsewhere.

Yesterday, 06/22/2021, I ordered a TV online and went to pick it up that evening. I arrived at the store at 7:10 pm not realizing that the store closed at 7:00. I spoke to an employee who was leaving after locking the front door and I told him that I came from a long way away to pick up my item. He went back in the store and brought out the manager, a gentleman named Glen, who was very kind and helpful. Glen went back inside, found my TV in the back room, and brought me into the store to pay for it. Glen and his staff demonstrated excellent customer service and went above and beyond for me even staying late after their shifts ended. All in all a great experience from Glen and the crew at ABC Warehouse in Chesterfield, MI.

The one in Utica, salesman was a liar, I was just sick to my stomach when I left there.Went Chesterfield ABC and it was night from day.

My sales lady Neelu was wonderful. She helped me find all the key features that I wanted on my stove. Even helping turn knobs for kitty proofing my new stove/kitchen. She helped me pick a gas stove with full graits across the top & ez to open drawer/warming tray under stove. We made many trips back n forth between stoves n microwaves so i could be happy with my choices. She is a great sales lady. It felt like i was shopping with a girlfriend & picking out the best ones! I always find what Im looking for at ABC. It took me less than 15 minutes from walking in to walking out to buy a refrigerator. And it was delivered in 3 days! I had done the research before I went to purchase. I checked a couple of the big box stores and was far from impressed and delivery was a big issue. So off to ABC I went. Got a great refrigerator at a great price and it was in my house in just a few days.

Got what I needed at the covid inflated price. Sales lady was very professional, courteous & did what she could on all 3 items. All in all we are happy.

Great place to shop. Great sales people, not pushy just great! Our delivery people were also excellent and would give them a 5 star also! Nancy was excellent and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy! She was very informative about the products!

The worst return policy… I went to return a dishwasher that wasn’t even opened with the box and all packing material. The manager wanted over $150 for a restocking fee to return it. Take your money over to Best Buy and do yourself a favor.

I have been there a couple times to look for a fridge once by myself, and then today with my wife and each time they were great when helping us. They were wanting to help by coming up with the best deal.

After making me wait 2 weeks for my order to be shipped to the store because they had almost no air conditioners in stock (I want to replace mine now rather than when its already 85° out) the person ordered the wrong type of AC (a wall insert AC rather than Window AC). I never even heard of a different kind than the Window ones and they never asked me to specify. We have bought appliances from this store for years, heck I even got a different AC for another window last year and it was fine. This is the first time Ive had such a bad experience and Im really irritated about it.

The store was empty,as customers go.Quite a few employees all chatting with themselves I saw two other customers in the entire store I needed to buy a washer I went up to the girls at the register and I was told that I cant buy one unless I go check my name in first cuz they were too busy apparently.Put my name in to wait on there waiting list 15-20 minutes wait time nobody I walked out.These employees have got more conversation going between them that they do trying to help a customer and make some money So I wentimmediately to Lowes and I dropped my $2,500 down there on a washer dryer .Will never shop abc again.And theyre higher prices than lowes on items too.ABC/ A Big Con

Went in to purchase a specific refrigerator for daughter onTuesday. SalesPerson checked inventory, showed me they had 27, 22 in line. Processed sale, set up delivery for Friday. Daughter is a nurse working nights, she received a voice mail on way to work to call store before 7 pm Thursday evening, when her shift starts so could not return call before closing. I was receiving delivery for her on Friday as she was sleeping. She had forwarded an email showing no delivery scheduled. I called at 9:30, salesperson asked if he had told me they had fridge or it was on order, even though he had taken my money and scheduled delivery. Apparently they had none to sell or had sold it to someone else.. Her old fridge which was limping along, was already disconnected and her food in coolers. He offered another brand she specifically did not want nor was I about to make the swap on her behalf. I requested a refund, called Lowe’s on Friday and fridge was delivered on Saturday. Luckily it was cold outside and she didn’t lose her food.

You think during these difficult times, a brick and mortar business would be going the extra mile to provide customer service..Just the opposite happened during my last visit ..Picked up a few small items for Christmas, No line, but waited almost 10 minutes before being rang up at a register, Employee would not match online prices and would not honor a posted price in the store on a discounted item. In the past I have bought numerous major home appliancesFrom ABC.but do not believe I will be going back.. So unless you like poor service and a high price stay away from this store..

About a month late in posting this review ABC Warehouse in Chesterfield for their service and the quality of a Tempur-Pedic Mattress. This is one of the worst mattresses Ive owned and the lack of support ABC Warehouse in Chesterfield is equally is awful. For only one person that sleeps on this mattresses its unbelievable how soft it has become and the lack of it comes back to form once i get off of it. I am not an over-weight person either. This mattress comes with a 5 year warranty that the salesperson kept telling me about when i purchased it. Recently when i was in ABC Warehouse (Chesterfield) to inquire on the warranty,, seems like the salesperson wanted noting to do with me since i was not buying anything. He was short with me and made me seem like was an inconvenience to him. When i could get his attention about the warranty, his first question to me was if there was stains on the mattress, Really!! Than he basically said the 5 year warranty was worthless. Im in the market for a new washer and dryer and I will not be visiting the ABC Warehouse in Chesterfield. So glad there is a Lowes and Home Depot close by. Ill also stop by Sargent Appliance in Mt Clemens get prices.Well done ABC Warehouse - Chesterfield!!

This place is an absolute joke! Went in with cash in hand and have never been treated so rudely in my life by a sales person! When your people dont have many sales take a look at how they are treating customers. I walked out and took my money somewhere else.

I put a freezer in layaway I guess its got soldwhen I went to pay it off it wasnt there horrible service then it first east charged for delivery to begun with bcuz the sales person forget I told him should be free then I wound up buying a different freezer

Bought a mattress couple years ago, it failed this year they handled the warranty pretty fast I came in and picked a new mattress Glen was very helpful ask for him when you go in.

I have been waiting now 4 months for my refrigerator to come in. I call every week and get put on hold for 20 minutes before they finally tell my it’s still not there and there is no way of telling when it’ll come. They offered to cancel my order and order elsewhere after already waiting for it for 4 months. Very Rude.

Paul at this new location is just an amazing manager. These guys are the best, even price protection after finding out my $2800 tv was on sale elsewhere for close to $500 less! I was shocked to know ABC were true to their word, got a check back for the difference! These guys and this Rochester Hills location is the best!

My husband and I went in to purchase a washer and dryer. This was not something we were looking forward to because it wasn’t like we planned on buying at the time (our washer motor went). Feels like walking into a used car dealership with the salesman circling around you. On a positive they do price match if you find the appliance cheaper somewhere else. But I left and went to the cheaper store in which was Home Depot across the street from them. And let me tell you best decision to do so because I just didnt get it cheaper they also gave me $20. Kelsey the small appliance manager assisted me with a phone call First promptly look up my information to see if I had a warranty on my item that I have purchased confirm that I had a warranty pulled one of the products for me immediately so I would have it instead of be ready within 5 to 10 minutes. She is phenomenal super nice very customer-oriented if you have an opportunity to be graced with her presence I suggest you come in and ask for her specifically and small appliances she will make you experience the best one possible abcwarehouse. And to clarify I did get my new speaker system with no hassles do to her diligence and again excellent customer service.

Tom Sandoval was amazing. We were treated to a fantastic sleep system demonstration. He was very knowledgeable and a not pushy at all. Our new bed is like a dream(no pun intended, maybe). He is our new go-to salesman.

Quick service, but the salesman called another store to check if they had a washer in stock and they didnt answer. He told me the computer only said they had 1 in stock, so it was probably a floor model and I was taking a huge risk going over there, because they wouldnt have it. When I arrived at the other store they ended up having 4 in stock ready to go plus the floor model. This guy was just trying to keep his numbers good instead of getting the customer the product the quickest.

I did have an issue but it was handled by the regional manager who was in the store that day. He is a very nice man who tried very hard to make the situation better. He did a great job & did more than expected. It was greatly appreciated.

3 Weeks in!I purchased a washer & dryer an after only 3 weeks the dryer isnt drying properly (took 3 trys to dry one load of sleepwear) and the control panel on the washer is loose and on 2 occasions didnt spin the water out leaving the clothes soaked! I called asking about returning, I was told it isnt an option, that the units would have to be serviced. I again told them I wanted a refund, After spending 2k on a set I expect them to last a lot longer before needing repair, if the units have to be serviced after only 3 weeks, We dont want them. Whats going to happen 3/6 mths down the line? Am I going to have to have the repair man on speed dial? Smh, So now Im stuck

These guys are INCREDIBLE!!!!!!They have my business for LIFE (Sorry ABC!! Lol)They went ABOVE and BEYOND while installing my new radio system. My parents both passed away in Oct 2018. I have a picture of them on my dash, only held with duct tape.These gentlemen fixed the iv tape look and made my parents picture look FANTASTIC!!!I cried.... so so sweet!!!!!!I cannot thank you guys enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would leave zero stars if possible! I am in complete shock and awe at this horrible customer service and communication for this company. My fridge stopped working Wednesday, my management company sent in the paperwork to have a new one replaced and took them until Friday to bring me one. That being said, they never called to confirm a delivery time, showed up to my house at 8:00 am, when I was at work. First, why would you just show up to deliver an appliance without confirmation from the person receiving? Second, when I called and spoke to the gentleman on the phone he was extremely rude when I asked if they would be able to come back at the end of their route since they messed up and didn’t confirm with me prior, hjs answer was, “uh probably not”. Which is absolutely unacceptable! Why am I being punished for their error? Then I call to reschedule a time and got a voicemail, left a message explaining the ridiculousness of this entire situation and that I have 2 children under 5 and I had to throw away over $300 worth of groceries due to them spoiling since I thought I would have received the fridge before Saturday. Now they tell me after the 3rd phone call they load the truck at 7 and deliver until their done, ZERO time frame. I explained I have an appointment in the morning and I have to leave by a certain time and that I NEED a window. The woman said she could have them email me a 4 hour window. I am absolutely disgusted at the sorry excuse for customer service and inability to make a situation right that was made wrong by their hand.

I purchased a new TV here. The prices were competitive and the employees very helpful. Do your research before you go to get the best deal.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. David Mudge was quick to assist me and help me find the fridge that I always wanted. He was professional and eager to assist me. He gave me a great deal and i havent felt more confident in a purchase as I did that day walking out of the store.

Went in to check mattress prices and was helped by Zach Clore. He was very polite and after discussing our budget he found us the best mattress for our money. Even cut us a deal on delivery. Highly recommend!

Very nice nice people when coming into the store. Very friendly and making my purchase was a great experience. But the day of delivery they had me waiting ALL Day and they didnt show up. I work nights so that cut into my sleep because I was up waiting for my TV to be delivered. Finally I called to see how much longer I would have to wait then they call me back and said the TV I was waiting for got sold to someone else and thats after they approved my order and tagged it sold for me. This one particular manager of the store upgraded my TV but I still had to pay more out of pocket cost that was not in my budget.

Initially had a difficult time finding an employee to help us upon our arrival. Once we did, though, the service was helpful and quick. Staff was not pushy and I felt were honest in their interactions with us. Quick delivery for our item and the delivery staff was just as curteous

Jacob greeted me and my husband at the door with a warm welcome. There was no pressure on us. He told us to take our time, look around and he will check with us in a little while. As we looked around we had several questions about appliances and TVs. Jacob was very knowledgeable and friendly. when we finally decided what we wanted to buy and went to get Jacob, he made the sale go smoothly. He gave us discounts on our products and the warranties. His claim was he wanted to treat us right so we would come back for future purchases. Also one of the items that we purchased malfunctioned the second day that we had it in our home and Rick the manager had us bring the item back and he swapped it out with no problems at all. All-around we had great service from friendly employees that want to keep their customers happy and coming back for future purchases. ABC Appliance Is my new go to store!

Went in about a week ago looking for a smart TV after winning a scratch off and deciding I should treat myself. A salesman named Zach was the first one to approach me and answer all of my questions about screen size, resolution, wall mounting, etc. I told him price wasnt a big deal at all but he still went the extra mile to make sure I could walk out with a 55 inch Samsung at far less than you could find at a greedy store like Best Buy. I would definitely recommend going in to see him.

My experience with George Akkari had exceeded my expectations! He was more than willing to help me every step of the way. George was very kind, knowledgeable of all the products of my interests (despite my specific concerns) and was willing to find the answers if he was unsure, and hospitable. Went in for a radio for my car and I had no clue what anything was or what things meant...but the sales guy...his name was David...he was so nice and took extra time explaining it all to me! After going to the Port Huron location (who said they would price match and then told us they wouldnt), we didnt have high hopes that this location would help us out. We were pleasantly surprised that they were more than willing to price match for us and were extremely helpful! Robert was our salesman and he was a pleasure to work with! I hate going here...They have a decent selection of electronics and appliances. Theyre prices are decent as well. The store is well kept up and very clean. I would happily give them five stars if it wasnt for the sales people here. When you walk through the door, youll typically find a couple sales people leaning against the displays near the entrance with one or two more standing with them. They see you approaching the building from the parking lot and stand up straight and readjust their clothes as the ready themselves to make the biggest sale of their careers. As soon as you walk through the door, they attack! They relentlessly follow you around asking you questions while youre trying to look around and as soon as you show the slightest interest in anything, the high pressure sales start... Sadly I still find myself in this store on occasion because of their sales prices.

Robert was super helpful in our stove purchase! I had a Home Depot price that he matched thankfully and now I am getting my new stove delivered tomorrow... next day service!

Bought a washer and dryer in April. Sales staff was great. Paid $800 for washer and $75 for extended warranty. Maytag washer dies 8 months later. Service people come out and tell me it’s going to be at least 8 days to order a part. I’ve got two still in diapers at home which is why I bought a heavy duty washer with extended warranty, and not even a year later I’m looking at a week and half without a washer. At Christmas. Bought 3 Kitchen Aid Appliances from the manager Rick Gossett. He was very helpful and I got a LOT better deal than anywhere else. I would highly recommend this store.

I was shopping for a refrigerator and loveseat. I am new to the area and ABC was close by. The service was excellent. I was assisted by Travis Hixson and Tom Sandoval. I fell like I was offered a good deal and would definitely shop here again. They were quick to make next day delivery as I needed them this week. I was going to shop around but I don’t think I could have received a better deal or better service. Highly recommend ABC Warehouse and Tom Sandoval.

Everyone here is super friendly and wants you to be a satisfied guest. They really try their best with in their limits to give you deal that works for you. I dont feel as though they are fighting for each sale that comes in the door which can come off very annoying and sometimes just insulting at other big name retail stores. I have been to other ABC warehouses before and this one is the most nice and most organized appearance, I plan on getting all my future furniture, bedding, electronics and appliances from you guys.

Zach Clore was very helpful in helping me find the correct amp for my subs in my car... I highly recommend him for finding what you need for your car audio system!

Came in to get a new stereo not really knowing what to get. The audio guy Tom was pretty knowledgeable and was able to help me find one that suited my needs. Will return when I want to install some subwoofers!
