If zero stars was an option they would get that. Terrible process for covid testing. Waited in line for 30 mins when we had an appointment. 1 Lane should be for testing and the other should be for pharmacy pick up. Should not advertise appointments if you cannot keep on schedule with them. Maybe spread them out further for the time slots. Also the car in front needs to pull ahead farther to allow next car in line to be helped. Having the drop box right next to the window delays the next customer getting serviced since the car in front stops at the drop box. Move the drop box further ahead.

Terrible pharmacy service. If you plan on picking up a script, clear your schedule because you will be waiting for hours.

Took forever to get scripts filled even when Dr called them in 2 days in advance. Horrible at customer assistance, they claim to be short handed, when went in store in cluding store manager and pharmacy, 7 people working, ridiculous.

This pharmacy staff has helped me out in a way that seemed over the bounds of general expectations.

Good customer service

I was very disappointed at the customer service at this CVS pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription after my dentist office called my prescription in before I left there office. So I get to the pharmacy drive through and told the girl my name and she claim I had no prescription called in other than the prior day before which I had already picked up and I tried telling her I have a prescription there and she said i didnt so luckily the doctor office gave me the name of the person they spoke with which was Zachary. I asked her was there a Zachary that worked there she said yes and he came to the window and said my doctor office just called it in a second ago. I was very upset that Zachary lied to me when I told him I came from Farmington Hills and I was standing there when they called my prescription in 45 mins ago while I was standing in front of him he told A BIG FAT LIE!! Zachary never APOLOGIZE or anything so I called the next day to speak with a manager for the pharmacy department. Zachary sucks in the pharmacy department.

I will shop in here and fill meds if I dont want to drive all the way to where I work to fill them. Staff here are friendly; even if I dont say I need it right away and to take their time they have make sure to fill it within an hour so I can get it. I know they are running understaffed which is understandable. The techs and Pharmacists here are all helpful; anyone whining about the text messages should actually READ them and follow the directions and not just assume you have stuff filled. I can see why staff would be annoyed with patients like this that are incapable of reading. Standing in line behind people that rant and rave is amusing that dont know their meds they take.

Need more people in the early morning or at least one person whos not working in the back so I dont have to stand there and wait 15 minutes to buy my morning paper on Sunday. The rest of the time theyre pretty good stores clean they honor coupons.

Hit or miss, there are some very friendly helpful employees, but others are rude and need more training in handling customers tactfully.

Not a good expierience, the lady at the register at 10pm on 2/13/17 insulted me. It was so embarrassing. She said it loud and when people could hear too, and it was none of her or their buisness. I didnt say anything to get that kind of disrespect. I was being so nice infact. I couldve broke down in tears though. I politely put my stuff down and went to Kroger. Im never coming back and I would recommend you do the same. So rude... Didnt think buying asking for advice on an item to get would be so worth insulting me for. She didnt even say sorry.

Usually only deal with the pharmacy. Staff is usually very friendly, with a few exceptions. But with everything they have to deal with, can’t blame them. They are human.

Dropped my scripts of 24 hrs ago, they just called and said they cant fill it because they cant read the doctors name. They needed to know where I was in the hospital, I said you cant read the big letters at the top. I will NEVER come back here.

Extremely rude staff, never meeting pick up times and just plain snotty stating We are very busy without even a sorry. Lots of rolled eyes and terrible attitudes and mean tones of voice. There has either been a 30 minute wait because it wasnt ready even though I arrived HOURS after my pickup time OR something incorrect with a script every time I have gone there in the past 4 months. Even to my doctor calling in a script because they messed it up, kept him on hold for 20 minutes and then were rude to him.

Ive had great experiences with the pharmacists technicians....shout out to Joe (pharmacist) all overall Id recommend to Callens/23 mi Rd...💯

I try to go to the one in new baltimore if i can help it. it is much better.

Worst pharmacy ever. They are slower than molasses. it should not take over 5 hours to get an antibiotic filled for a sick child. they lie and tell you a time and then tell you 15 more minutes then when its still not ready tell you another time. then to get told it take 2 hours for the paperwork for the prescription. no sense of urgency at all and I should not have to badger them to get a script filled.

Constantly out of stock on medication. Sends false text messages pertaining to medication status and staff states that text messages are beyond their control!?! So in others words they know there are problems but not going to do anything about it.

They are insanely rude. I am switching all of my meds to go somewhere else.
