I gave them two stars because they charge a 15% restocking fee if you return something. I can see charging a restocking fee if something is a special order but not when you buy it right off the shelf. The restocking fee was never mentioned on the invoice and I didnt notice any sign by the register when I made my purchase. The sign is on the wall right below the ceiling where nobody can see it. Even the salesperson said people dont see it.
