This is the best auto parts store I have ever shopped at! They provide expert as well as honest service and are very knowledgeable about their products.

This past Saturday I went to the New Berlin,WI AutoZone for a battery.I had initially purchased one that was the wrong size therefore I went back. Randy at that location went the extra mile by looking for just the exact battery that matched mine. He went through at least 6 on the shelf before he found the exact size.All the while he did this he kept a very courteous and cheerful attitude. Kudos to Randy for great customer service.

I first visited for a check engine light diagnosis. I just needed a new gas cap. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Randy ! Then I went back to get a tire repair kit. I had a stroke in 2011 so my left side doesnt work very well. Randy patiently helped me with the gas cap tether and the tire repair . He is a super nice guy and he knows his stuff. Thanks Randy

Auto zone helped put in a back brake light. I appreciate the additional service & will go to Auto Zone before any other auto parts place. Auto Zone is the only one that offers to put in the light bulbs if you buy the item at their place. Thank you for providing this additional service at no additional charge.

Stopped in to buy some oil and wiper blades. Randy assisted in the selection and checkout. At the checkout he asks if I want him to replace the wiper blades on my car, free of charge. I said sure and within 5 minutes, done.. Excellent customer service that will keep me coming back to New Berlin Autozone.

Car battery went belly up shortly after 2 years 😱🏃. It was a Duralst Gold and had a great free replacement up to 3 years...👍yippee...I had excellent...I mean excellent customer service from JoAnn and Trinity. 👍😄They made a great team...one of the gals checked my warranty out with some speedy computer skills 🏃🏃🤹 and the other tested the old battery and brought out the new product for me. They were great...The whole transaction took less than 7 minutes 😲👍😍. Time for a pay increase for these 2...definitely great at their job and customer interaction..Making me thinking about switching my car needs from Advance Auto Parts to this NB Autozone...👍🏃😎...hmmmJerry W

Late last night, my husbands car died in a gas station parking lot. I went to Autozone to see if I could get a new battery. I wasn’t completely sure that the battery was the issue. Randy at Autozone was phenomenal. He met me at the gas station to test the battery first and then jumped the car. Even after the jump, the vehicle wouldn’t drive. So I couldn’t get it back to Autozone. So after his shift, on his own time he came back with the battery and installed the new battery for us!! I was blown away by the customer service I received and how wonderful Randy was to us!

Have been to Auto Zone a couple of times and the employees are always helpful. This time in particular, I have to say Joey was above and beyond with his customer service. Got me exactly what I needed and even installed a battery in my wife’s car. Much appreciated! Thanks again Joey!

Came in to get wiper blades for my vehicle. didnt know how to put them on myself. so JoAnn and Lisa were extremely helpful putting them on for me. also checked checked for me my battery and alternator too. EXTREMELY HELPFUL..

My Car battery died suddenly while grocery shopping across the street. Shaun/Sean from AutoZone was immensely helpful going back and forth from the store to my car. He helped troubleshoot the problem and confirmed my battery died and replaced it with a new one. Awesome customer service, he really helped me out!

I went to this Auto Zone location yesterday evening to get a replacement headlight for my vehicle. Even though the store was full customers, the staff was down one person, and one of the staff members was scheduled to leave about a half-hour earlier, you couldnt even tell. The two employees that helped me, made me feel welcomed and not rushed. They were very helpful in replacing not just the one headlight that was burnt out, but both the headlights on what could easily be said as a troublesome vehicle (nothing is easily accessible). I was extremely happy with the level of service that they provided. I would recommend this location in a heartbeat!

Excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in I was offered help. Sean was able to help me pick out the correct headlights for my car. He then installed them for me while answering questions I had about installing them. Definitely will be returning to this location and would recommend it to others.

The employees at this location are A-1, my cars battery died a block away from there store on one of the windiest days of course, so I walked to the store and was greeted promptly by a young man named Shawn, I explained the situation and he grabbed a jumper box and walked the block back to the car with me. We got it going and got it into there parking lot and he replaced the battery in a timely manner. He made the situation as good as possible, so thanks you again and youll be the only part store I will attend from now on 👍👍👍

Got the wrong battery from the Miller Park location AutoZone. I lost my receipt, the Miller Park location entered the wrong vehicle wrong battery in their system, were not very helpful. The guy even rolled his eyes at me. I went to this location, they resolved the problem, in less than 5 minutes Im out the door with a new battery, new warranty. They apologized for the mistake and were very helpful and polite. Thanks guys.

I want to send some appreciation towards Peter at the New Berlin Autozone location. My wife called from work with a dead battery which is never good news. I then called and a young man named Peter answered the phone. He asked all the right questions and had the answers to solve everything. When my wife and I finally arrived at the store Peter offered to install the battery as well. It was such a relief with all the stress the situation created. We want to extend our appreciation to Peter for his work, and let the company know how valuable he is to their organization.

Best location hands down...they have been nothing but helpful an always willing to help with any question!
