I called customer service and was truly impressed, no hassle, no issues just send the unit back and we will send the replacement no fuss at all. Great advice from the tech department. Wasn’t sure if I should try replacing the 36mm chokes with the 32mm chokes I had bought from Pegasus months ago, for my dcoe, discussed with the tech, who helped me decide to try it and see. He was honest in what I could expect, with an eye on eventually settling on the 34mm chokes. A great help! Thank you!Highly recommend.

The shipping options were plentiful and so were their parts list.Regretfully I ordered the wrong part and I had to make a return. The process was very smooth and timely. Within a week I had a letter saying my return was accepted and I was getting a refund.

These guys are great. Fast handling of your order and fast shipping. Ive ordered several times from them all the products are quality parts. If your making custom radiator hoses I highly recommend there hose connectors they are top notch.

Used them many times for ordering racing products and have always been happy. Spent about $2k over the last year and a half for transponders, fittings, and piping. Last order said it was delivered but I never received it. I called to figure out where it. Delivery company said to call Pegasus to resolve or fill out a claim. Pegasus said they would have to eat the cost to resend the order and didnt want to (it was less than 70 bucks). Called them multiple times and ended up ignoring me. Bought parts else where now.

Have ordered many parts over a ten year period or so and have been extremely pleased. This is a very well run business with super helpful employees. They actually enjoy talking with you when you call! Cant speak highly enough about their customer service and technical help. They really understand us racers!!

The reason for the 1 star is I am undecided. The tracking of my shipment says item was received in my city and signed for by someone who is not me. I contact courier and they inform me it was called back by shipper and I should contact pegasus. Contact pegasus the first time and I am told it would be looked into and that I would hear from them shortly. I am skeptical a follow up with the courier was done on their end, as I have just followed up with them and the only information I got was they havent received the part back yet. Will follow up again in a day or two. Im out of my money and Im out of my part with no indication of how this will be remedied if neither the courier or pegasus find my shipmentUpdate: 5 star to the lady i talked to when i followed up at pegasus, instantly sent out a new part. Unfortunately i didnt speak to her first, couldve more than likely saved me time and energy, sleuthing to find out what was going on.

I needed assistance with replacement of a fuel pump on a 40 yr old Onan generator. Tech advised me and confirmed the correct replacement. It was ordered, shipped, economy shipping was chosen. Ive been ordering from Pegasus for years and they have never let me down. Its rare to find a combination of quality parts, quality service, fast shipping and knowledgeable staff that actually race (and use their own products). If an item is available at Pegasus, i wont even look anywhere else.

Ive ordered several times from Pegasus, and these guys are as professional as they come. Theyve always shipped the same or next day, and packaging has always been appropriate for the item or items being shipped. Orders have also always been 100% accurate, even when they just consisted of odd nuts/bolts. Truth be told though, a lot of companies ship fast and accurately, but its the little things that make Pegasus stand out to me. For example, when I ordered about $20 worth of jet nuts, they put them in a small zip lock baggie and hand wrote their size on the bag. Based on my experience, a lot of places wouldve just dumped them loose into a mailer. That kind of thing might not mean anything to some, but small attention to details like that tell me whether a company actually values my business or not, particularly when Im not spending much. I also ordered some stainless braided hoses, and they consistently added about an extra inch to each hose. I assume this was to compensate for any fraying of the ends, but they cut the hoses so nice that this was a non-issue. Ive ordered similar hoses from a bigger, more well-known company before, and not only did they look like they were cut with a dull machete, a couple of them were short of the length I ordered by 1/4-1/2. I intentionally ordered longer than needed so practically speaking, it wasnt an issue, but from a standpoint of principle, it was pretty irritating. Pegasus prices are competitive enough that Ill always check here first now for the more specialized stuff I might need. The quality of their products also seem like they cant be beat, so I dont have any reservations over whether what Im ordering might be junk (unlike with some other online stores).

Unbelievable service. Placed the order late afternoon on Thursday. Needed a fuel pump for fire grass rig, they still managed to ship the part that night so we could get the unit back in service for the weekend. Wish all vendors had customer service and passion like this. Amazing job, and very very appreciated.

Ive visited here several times, and always learn a bit more than I expect.The variety of racing experiences of the staff and other customers is helpful, because they share insight about what works for different cars, different race formats and with the different manufacturers of parts.Having one shop know what is happening and developing all over, and then providing some of that insight, helps me get setup faster than I could on my own.

I heard good things about this company and finally decided to order from them as prices were good and in stock. Placed order April 2nd and they shipped out the next day! Alot of business take 3- days sometimes even weeks b4 they ship out. Ordered 3318(HAO) Hylomar Solvent Free Gasket Maker, 8oz Brush-Top Can if anyone knows this stuff is normally expensive for a small tube on other websites. Im a new customer and already feeling like this company pegasus is going to be my new go to place although they are out of state !
