I have been with them for a while now and no complaints there helpful and always there if i need anything i order by email and they deliver in my front door.

We switched to Premium Waters from another company because Premium Waters pricing was so much better. Their delivery person is great and their overall customer service is just as good. We are happy we switched!

I signed up with them about 3 months ago prices are fair and i love my alkaline water.

It was hard for me to find a specific brand of alkaline water and i found it here very happy with the service and people working here there so nice I usually order on phone and pick up in the back with no problem

Amazing company have reffered friends and family they always delivery right away im in Milwaukee and i buy 12 cases never have an issue . Will has been our to go buy we text him what we want and its sent to us right away im very pleased with both service and customer service .I dont know why people complain to much if there customers service is amazing.

Never a customer, but I spent a summer working there a half dozen years ago. I was lied to for three months straight, promised my own truck and route, in it for the long haul. Then as summer drew to a close, I was told I was simply no longer needed. Sorry, but I have zero respect for anyone that feels a need to be dishonest like that. If you are that comfortable lying to your own employees, how do you think the customer gets treated? Yes, I’m late writing this review. This water left me with a bad taste in my mouth that hasn’t gone away yet.

Just got water and cooler delivered today. not even 24hours after contacting the company. excellent service thus far and quality water and superior customer service from Will Roth. totally satisfied and couldnt be happier thus far,

I started service with them late 2018 seeking better pricing. I got it. The local New Berlin office very responsive & helpful. I often use the online account. Except for one small glitch, everything has been great.

Just cancelled our service here. Tried returning and getting more needed water and they are not taking business at the office location anymore. Not creative enough to keep my business. Smart move Premium Waters. See ya.

I have been with the Premium Waters for a few years they are very helpful. I have never had problems getting a hold of them via the phone or email. I own my water cooler, a hot water dispenser broke and they came out and replaced it on my next delivery for FREE above and beyond what was expected of the driver. Its helpful you can pick water up directly from them as well without having to wait for a delivery!

Got a great price on Water Joe. They offer several options of water, pick ups and deliveries. Rental. I was just a cash customer. Ill be back.

Horrible ran company with rude customer service. I was a 20 year+ customer that they could care less about. Sad, sad, sad at how quick a company can go downhill so fast! Beware of the joke theyve become!!

I tryed to sign up for premium water give them my information and phone number to contact me. This was at Home and Garden show. In April so anyway the guy told me it be Friday when bring the equipment abd never showed up so i called the company and told them and never got a called back 2 months later i still waiting for that call so make wonder .

About a month ago I signed up for home delivery water from Premium Waters I n New Berlin. From the first minute I talked to someone at the office to the delivery driver to the follow up calls, I’ve had nothing but great Customer service.

They don’t even deserve one star. The Rude ass lady that oversee acts need to put her HEAD under ground with her rude ass. NEVER AGAIN. And nobody from this company but not even approach me again!!!!!!!!!

I WAS a 10 year customer and renting a bubbler from Premium Waters and one day I ask a Premium waters employee when my bubbler rental was to finish up and she checked into it and said I was done, I asked her how much the bubbler retail cost she said 199.00 and I said well after all the years I think I had more then that into it she checked on it and I ended up paying 495.00 for a 199.00 bubbler so I asked to transferred to a manager to find out why they didnt call me to let me know my rental was up and he had no answer for me and wouldnt refund any of my money or even give me a credit !!! I would not recommend anybody to do any business with PREMIUM WARTES and I no longer do eather......
