We purchased a stove from this store in August 2020. We were told we would get it at the end of September 2020. As of today we still do not have the stove and cannot get any answer about when we will receive it. Worse than that the management seems to care less and has done nothing to help us. They have their money so they seem to think they are done. Dont buy anything from these people unless they put it in your hand. They cannot be trusted and their word means nothing

Small outlet store. Went in to see what kitchen appliances they have on show. Small selection, but adequate for store size. Sales associate was friendly and helpful in describing products and installation options.

During the COVID lockdown we decided to support our local economy and buy a refrigerator from Sears instead of Lowes after reading an article in the Sun Journal about Sears being locally owned. We ended up buying a refrigerator that had 2 dents on the refrigerator side door. The sales rep told us that we could purchase the warranty and have the door replaced under the cosmetic part of the warranty. When we received the refrigerator, we noticed another bigger dent on the freezer door that had been hidden by the the sale tag.We called the warranty company and were told that the doors are NOT covered! If she had been honest with us from the start we would have purchased a different refrigerator. Shame on you lady for taking advantage of us. I will never buy from there again.

Sears Hometown store of New Bern has been an amazing resource for my kitchen renovation needs! The customer service was top notch and pricing was more than fair! Highly recommend this business!!

They are closing down a lot of store and I am hope ours stays up. Customer service is nice and I got a great deal on a new king size mattress which was delivered to my home. Overall great experience. As of now, some of you may know that Sears is closing some of their stores. If that happens you could pick up some nice items for cheap. Lets hope it does not happen.

Love our appliances but....have not been able to hook up our new stove because the LP conversion kit has never arrived and we cant get a response from the New Bern store. Very frustrating!

Pricey but cheaper then Lowes and the delivery was ridiculous but love our new lawnmower

Friendly to the face then we tried the lawn mower and it was broken on the top, had the wrong manual and a missing part. We called to return and the manager says probably nothing wrong with it we are just using it wrong! Also since we used it we can only exchange even though we bought the warranty. Not happy at all will never shop with them again!!😡😡
