I would 100% recommend this shop. I got in an accident on a Sunday, so natural all the shops were closed but his was open and he took my truck in, kept me updated through the whole process and makes sure that any parts he gets is good quality and up to par. He did an amazing job with color matching the paint. I will definitely be returning if I ever need to.

John is hands-down the best in the surrounding area! I found John on Google and read his reviews before taking my car to him. I was very nervous about taking my car to anyone because of the color of my car. I knew it would be hard to find someone who could replace and paint my front bumper and match it perfectly. When I say he did an outstanding job that is truly an understatement!! Johns integrity, honesty and great communication skills has truly made me a lifelong customer!

When I first called John about my car he was very polite and he even took the time out of his day to meet me during non-work hours when the shop was closed to look at my car The quote that he gave me was less than half of what other body shops would charge. He took a job that would normally cost anywhere between $800-$1500 and only charge me $300. John communicated with me very well.He gave me a timeline and he stuck to it. He even gave me advice that would save me money instead of trying to get as much out of me as he could. went above and beyond to make sure that my car was perfect. The first batch of paint did not match the original color. John took the first batch of paint and sprayed a test card to match it with the original color and it did not match, so he ended up having the paint supply store try another brand of paint. John ended up spraying for separate test cards with four separate brands of paint until he got the color to match exactly. The turnaround time was amazing. I brought my car to him Friday evening and Monday it was ready to be picked up John treated me like I was a friend and was very professional and took the time to explain the process of what he was going to do and what he ended up doing in great detail. Bottom line I am a meticulous person and John’s work met my expectations. I highly recommend him and if I ever need anybody work done in the future he will be my first call

Great place that repaired my Mazda SUV like new, he used genuine Mazda parts, and the workmanship is unmatched. Highly recommend Carraway to do body work and collision repair.

Carraway Collision is one of the best body shops I have been to Mr. John was very personal and very nice did a great job on my 2008 Honda Odyssey. If I ever have any problems any I will use him so if you have any auto body problem call him.

I cant say enough great things about John and Carraway Collision. While every other body shop in New Bern asked me to wait months to get my truck repaired after getting hit, John worked with me to get my truck in almost immediately. Not only did he text me updates and pictures throughout the repair process, but he meticulously repaired everything to make it look brand new again. John has won me over for future work, Ive already suggested him to friends, and I highly suggest him to everyone reading this review!
