New in town..so i was reading reviews and calling shops in my area to get tires for my family suv.Katherine took great care of me right from the first phone call.... Went step-by-step and explained to me exactly what I was getting with my purchase. What their services covered from install to price match to warranty. I did need some repairs on my vehicle but they gave me a quote...(still installed my tires) Jason let me know right up front ...so there was no hidden fees and I was out the door with the original quoted price. I had an appointment at 7:00am and they promptly started servicing my Grand Caravan for the Summer Package deal plus State Inspection. Special shout-out for Kathleen. Discovered all but one technician called out. Gary the mechanic was of course there. Kathleen handled the under staff situation without a hitch. She was calm under the stress of walk-ins, updates, phone calls coming in and her calling out reminders, checking out vehicles with customers in front of the office. Usual excellent service by this store from the front staff of Jason, Kathleen, and Christine to the Garage staff. They are straight up with their customers and knowledgeable.

I was leaving on Sunday for a 6-hour trip to VA, and discovered Saturday morning that there was a screw in one of my tires. Colony was the third tire store I went to (one had no tire technician that day and the second was too busy to fit me in before closing), and even though I arrived just five minutes before Colony closed for the day, Kathleen said, “we’ll do it” and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. THAT’S good customer service! I had never been to Colony before, but I’ll surely be back!

Great till I got in my truck. Didn’t feel like my truck. They moved the seat. Don’t know why you need to move the seat to pull it in and out of a bay for new tires especially when the tech was my height. Still fiddling with the seat to get it right. Techs probably got some game going to see how many seats they can move without complaint.

Jason is the BEST!! He is so helpful and I know I am in great hands when my truck is in his care. All the mechanics are awesome! Several have worked on my truck and took excellent care of it. Took off few hours work today for an appointment here, the lady at the front desk seemed really nice the first day I arrived here and ordered my 1400$ worth of new tires. Arrived today and everyone was rude and unprofessional, I left and bought tires at another store. Got the same tires for cheaper right down the street, unprofessional and over priced.Don’t know how they have good reviews at this place it is a joke. Will never buy anything here or stop by here again. Let’s hope the rest of new bern is not like this, this store is certainly a black cloud to stay away from.

After reading the great reviews, made a decision to use this company for service of our family vehicle. Went to this place today to get $1500 worth of tires put on the truck. Upon arrival dealt with the worst customer service from the front desk. Her attitude spoke for the company- will not recommend using this company. Attitude goes a long way in the world of business- unfortunate to see a company with a good name go bad.

Car inspection and oil changed was completed in reasonable time. Even washed my windows. Very satisfied.

There is no reason in this world that it should take 2.5 hrs to put tires on my truck. I had a 2:00 Appointment and have been here for 2.5hrs.......I normally do my business in Plymouth........excuse I was give......the new guy is very precise. They ended up giving me 10% off which was nice....total time 3 hrs.

Ive been a customer of Colony Tire for years ! They always give me the best price for tires. Recently had what I thought was a tire noise/problem. I called Jason he told me to bring it right in. He checked it out, drove it and could not find the problem assured me it was not a safety issue. He asked me to return at a later day when I could leave my car for a more thorough check up. Turns out it was my wheel bearing. Car is silent now !! And as usual, their service is outstanding. They are busy folks all the time which speaks pretty strongly ..... Many thanks to Jason for getting to the bottom of my problem and fixing it so efficiently. Ladies are awesome to get you in for appointments and keep you up to date on your repairs if you choose to wait for your vehicle. Best around for my vote !!

Tire replacements were fast. Set of 4 General R43s and an inspection in an hour! Great customer service. Do note that tread wear warranties apply only to tires in the same brand. I made a change away from Toyos and will NEVER purchase another set.

The date was 4/6/2020. My mother Kim King referred me, as she has been a longtime customer of Colony Tire. I first called to set an appointment to have my oil changed. I was told that they had an 11:00am available, which I was delighted to hear! I arrived at 11:05 and was greeted by Mrs. Kathleen. The sign in process was quick and easy. She alerted the mechanics that my car was ready to be taken back and shortly afterward, they did. The chairs in the waiting area were spaced appropriately to uphold the social distancing rule. The waiting area was quiet and quaint. I waited for no more than 30 min, maybe less. The price was reasonable and they included tire rotation as a part of the oil change which, I also appreciated! It was a great experience and I definitely will be returning whenever I am in need and in town. Thank you Colony Tire.

After an exciting experience of ditching efforts to avoid deer on my way to work, I had 2 blown tires. I was towed to them and when they opened they were able to immediately get me 4 new sets of tires plus a free rotation, which was done in about an hour. Honestly easy and comforting business, they were able to help me after not so great morning and I was able to make it to work that same day with there help. Cant recommend them enough!!

Amazing service! I hydroplaned on highway 70 and got a flat tire and on a moments notice, they fixed my tire back on the rim, and reattached a loose panel all for free! I can’t thank them enough!

After posting the one star review seen bellow the manager reached out to me by phone. He was professional and very apologetic. He offered to do my next tier rotation for free. I took him up on this, and my second visit was much better. They rotated my tires, changed the oil, and topped off my fluids. Also, when I pointed out that my anti-freeze was low they were responsive and topped it off right away. A much better experience than the first time. They demonstrated that they do care about their customers.___________________________________* 1 StarColony Tire lied to me today when I took my car in for an oil changed and tire rotation. When I came to pick up my car I asked them why they had not rotated my tire. They insisted that they had rotated them, but I told them that I knew that they hadnt because I wrote numbers 1-4 on the tires before I gave them my car. Even then, they kept claiming they had rotated them and tried to say I was lying. Normally I would cut them some slack since it could have been a mistake, but they tried to pull the same scam word for word when my sister took her car to them. I wonder if they even changed my oil. I am disappointed. I had simply hoped for better quality and honest service.

Fast and friendly service. No surprises to the bill upon pickup.

I went to another local repair shop because I was having from end issues. The other shop told me my wheel bearings needed replaced, they did the work and sent me on my way. 2 days later I was back. My car still felt all over the place. They looked at my suspension and said nothing was wrong, that the issues were just from tires. This brought me to colony. Because there tire financing program is great! After they installed the tires they did a courtesy check on the alignment and found that I needed 2 ball joints and a tie rod, what I originally though the problem was, and what the other shop missed 3 times. The tech even told me he saw that I had brand new bearings and couldnt believe the other shop missed it. I could tell he actually looked at my car. After the work was completed for a very reasonable price, and very quickly, I finally have a vehicle that feels good again. Next time Ill just skip the other places and head straight to Colony!

Husband needed 4 new tires, he stopped in, they made an appointment and ordered the tires he wanted. Day of, We dropped off the car, picked it up about 2 hours later. Price was reasonable and service was quick. Happy to give them our business.

Five stars for the tires and fairly quick turn around.I initially contacted them via the online chat. They told me they could get me in no problem. Which they did. When I arrived however they assumed the tire option and were going to charge me $480. I had to ask for the other options which saved me $100. Just make sure you ask them before you agree to a price. Also, I did not receive a call back when my car was done. They said 1.5 hrs and I finally made my way back after 2 hours. Little things to improve upon.

I dropped in to get windshield wipers. I was waited on promptly by Kathleen. She found what I needed and asked someone to put them on. He immediately did so. I was driving on 4 horrible, dangerous tires and thought I could only afford to replace 2. Colony Tire got me such a great price I could afford to do them all at once. They also had them in stock, got me in immediately, and even offered me a ride back to work if I didnt want to wait while they swapped them on. Always take my truck to colony tires for great service

Been using them for several years on different vehicles but unfortunately this time I had a horrible experience. They ordered the wrong tires for the same vehicle they put on tires 2 years earlier and was in their system. Then tried to get me to buy better tires felt like i was being hustled. Told me they would take care of the alignment then wait and put on the tires not possible. Then told me I need an alignment every year twice a year Ive had vehicles for 30 years and never needed to do that not to mention my mechanic said it needed to be done every 2 to 3 years. Very disappointing I will never go back.

I was given a couple of discounts which was appreciated. Service took a while (actually only 90 minutes for new tires and alignment), but I also was told when checking in that they were busier than expected and would take a while longer. Waiting area was comfortable enough. Staff at desk was courteous. And most importantly, I am happy with my new tires.

I have been there several times and I have been given excellent customer service each time. I was impressed with how fast they did the repairs and the prices were very reasonable. Always great and friendly Care, but I think either because Im a woman or I just couldnt see what they were doing. My tires werent rotated as per one of my reasons for bringing my vehicle. I take Care of my vehicle myself, I like my vehicle to look nice, smell nice, run great. Ive been played before so now I do things to my tires to see if they were rotated and my vehicle also lets me no. So, no! they were not rotated. Took it back and was told they didnt reset it. Lies. They just put air in it. But I did get a discount. Thank you for that. But I like my car to get what I ask for
