Kristin helped us and is very knowledgeable. We have three students at Craven Community College and the staff is wonderful. We have had excellent guidance and support for our students. My husband has also taken classes there and we couldnt be happier with the classes offered, the many clubs, events and opportunities. A big thank you to all of the staff at and supporters of CCC for all of your hard work and dedication in educating our community.

I call to get some help with my online book code that won’t work, they put me on hold for like 20 minutes and forget I’m even on the phone, and I can hear them in the background goofing off and laughing. First, they give me the wrong directions and the wrong code. Next they won’t even pick up the phone? Wow. Horrible customer service.

It was a little rocky in the beginning (purchasing certain items off line)..... but one of the store clerks better explained the process of (shipping, ordering and returns) she was very apologetic and fixed the situation right away..... I’m very pleased... the ladies there were very helpful with helping me find books for my classes as well.... I have nothing bad to say : )

It was good. I couldnt find the books I was looking for & an employee was very helpful & found them for me. The only problem is that the price of the books are super expensive. Even renting, or buying them used is still expensive.

Service sucks and tbh its just another capitalist bookstore charging skyrocket prices and draining college students.

Holli is amazing! I had an excellent time returning my books and purchasing new ones for the upcoming semester. She is knowledgeable and made the process easy and painless. This bookstore needs more people like her.

Normally, service is fine and painless. However a recent experience was more than frustrating. Store assistant manager was more than UNHELPFUL. Borderline rude with the way she was explaining the rental process, and when there were troubles with transactions, her behavior only got worse. (Nevermind the fact that she was eating candy in front of us the entire time!) Im severely disappointed and very discouraged from ever renting something in person again.

You have to go all the way around the building to get to it. When you walk through the front door, keep walking down the hall until you come outside and then enter the bookstore.

Books are the typical college prices, and in the past two semesters, Ive yet to find a book I need in used condition. Dont kid yourself by thinking you will recoup a dime by selling them back either. I lugged in twelve books all bought brand new from the CCC bookstore within the last 2 semesters (weighing 57lbs), and got offered a laughable $12.50 for TWO books (both still in shrink wrap and with codes unscratched which I was told they were required buys for class and never once had a assignment they were needed for)!!! 😭There are quite a few helpful associates whom seem to truly care and will help you find all your books but then you might get handed off to someone who seems like your entire existence annoys them (while dropping $900 bucks with them). Remember not to portray your shock when your bill is 7x the cost of your tuition, because if you do, you may get looked at like you have 3 heads and your an idiot for not buying them used or online to begin with.Other than the 1 or 2 chronically grumpy employees and the fact that the employees themselves do not set the prices of books or buy back prices, every experience has been semi pleasant (minus the heartattack (free with purchase) every time I have to check out).

I have not been to the book store but the GED classes are great..great teachers..very nice and understanding

Getting ready to start school again an was able to get good price on 📚 books.

Very helpful staff and orderly system to find the books I need without any issues. Also has plenty of supplies you might need to use in class.

Where do I begin? I was rushed by the staff. I didnt have a clue as to where any of the material was or which shelf it was on. I did not know that teaching environments could be so dificult!!!!!
