The team at Creative Flooring is made up of the most hardworking, honest, and down to earth folks I have ever worked with. They’ll bend over backwards twice to make sure you are taken of.

Pretty decent selection. A few too many samples with unmarked and unknown prices but staff was pleasant and helpful. We will review again if we buy from them.

Had my floors done a year ago. They were not finished with enough coats. After a little research I found this out. Creative floor knew I had a dog and best practice is at LEAST 3 coats. The best coating for my floors may also not have been used for Dogs but I can’t get someone on the phone that knows anything to call me back. I was informed if dents occurred by Ricky to just call and they would fix it. Crickets. I can’t even get someone to return a call. First time, I called I was told to use boba mom refresher... uhm no that’s not going to work. Second, third and fourth time I called I was informed someone else would need to call me back but never did. Over $5,000 on my floors and they look awful. I’ll never use them again. Not sure how their tile work is but their customer service is awful and they clearly don’t stand behind their work.

Vicky, Kelly and all the guys at Creative have always went out of the way to take care of all our needs. You can’t go wrong by using these guys for your flooring needs. I have been rebuilding houses in New Bern since the hurricane and these guys have played a major part in us being successful in getting these homeowners back into their homes in a very bad and stressful situation. If you have left or given a negative rating for this company, you might need to look in the mirror for the real problem. You are not the only ones in this area that are out of your home.

Creative Flooring and Design is a fantastic company to work with. As a Custom Home Builder I have worked with Randy and Vicky for many years and they are always friendly and professional. Randy is the best tile setter and flooring installer I have ever worked with and Vicky is excellent when it comes to working with a budget and combining design ideas and the customers wishes. The whole crew at Creative is absolutely wonderful! They took care of me from start to finish and I LOVE my new carpets and laminate. They did a superb job matching the laminate to the pre-existing hardwood. They finished the job in a timely manner, and everyone is super friendly and easy to work with!

We needed a floor repairs due to an air conditioner leak after the hurricane. Guy came out over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a quote. Called their office and they couldnt even find my paperwork. I was concerned that someone might have come to my home representing them due to fraudulent things that can happen during a natural disaster and instead of reassuring me and addressing my concern she got defensive and hung up on me. I know they have high ratings but this has been the worst. And if my quote cant be found?????

Ad is colourful; but really does not fully describe what you have or can do. I am not familiar with these ads and if space is a premium, so be it. If not, then I think you should mention why you are Creative and not another floor covering outlet.Don Taylor

We remodeled our screened porch. They guided us through the porcelain tile choices and offered installation tips. We couldnt be happier with the results.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had. They took over 2000 dollars from us and kept rescheduling when theyd come. Didnt give us an update until the day before which ended up not working for us, then told us they would be there on a Thursday June 4th, when we called to check that had completely changed the date without our knowledge again and moved it to the following Friday. They finally come out after almost 3 weeks of phone tag and the tech gets here and smokes on my porch and brings that terrible smell into my home. I have asthma and so does my 7 year old. He was disrespectful and visibly upset by my telling him not to smoke. He lays the floor and then tells us that well just have to leave it over the weekend unfinished and undone because the moisture was too high. Although, we were told repeatedly hed finish it in one day. ( this could have been prevented had he just delivered the wood a couple days prior like they said they would in the first place) This company completely lacked professionalism, organization, and customer service. Dont waste your money here.
