We had a great experience with the team at Floors Unlimited. From walking in the store with a basic installation requirement to final installation the process was seamless. Erica explained the different flooring types and helped us make the right decision. We placed out order, only to find our our choice was on back order from the manufacturer and wouldn’t be available until January ☹️☹️. But Erica went to work and found stock for us n had it shipped to us in a very timely manner 😁😁. On our scheduled day, Isaiah, Ronnie, Jimmy, and David showed up and got to work. They moved furniture, removed old carpet and pads, and did the installation of the many boxes of LVP Coretec Plus. Three bedrooms, a hall, and a living room were fully installed and trimmed in about a day and a half. We are quite happy with the results and the experience and will b using Floors Unlimited for another room in the near future. Thanks to the Floors Unlimited Team.

We recently moved to the New Bern area and bought an older home that needed some updating. Went to a few places, but couldnt find exactly what we wanted in flooring. Floors Unlimited was recommended to us and so we gave them a try.We dealt primarily with Erica and she was awesome. She worked with my wife and I to pick out the appropriate flooring, got the area of the house quickly measured and an estimate to us pronto. Kept us up to date on what our timeline would be and they actually arrived a few days early.Installers were all great. Very professional, did a great job of prepping the floor and getting the flooring down. And everything was neat and clean after they left. That doesnt happen often anymore.Overall, a great experience and well definitely use them again.

First, knowledgeable staff, bet competitors price, was kept informed on product delivery status, hard working,polite installers..and floor looks so beautiful we plan on doing the bedrooms. Dont hesitate to go there last after checking elsewhere..they will end up being your best choice!

Floors Unlimited staff are on top of their game. They are top notch. They installed our master bathroom shower and flooring. Rebecca was so great to work with. She was so knowledgeable in helping us achieve the look we wanted throughout our bathroom project. Ronnie and Joe bent over backwards to ensure everything was installed just like we wanted. If there was a question, they did not hesitate to change or take care of whatever needed to be addressed. We are extremely pleased! They did an AWESOME job. Highly recommend them!!

We moved into a home built 2015 and wanted to replace the carpet in master bedroom with the original wood that was the rest of the home. The builder used Floors Unlimited, so we visited with Erica and she said it was discontinued but went the extra mile and called the warehouse and they found some flooring like the original and had enough to left to do our bedroom. I have had Floors Unlimited to come and install vinyl plank flooring twice in the past 4 months. I had my kitchen, dining and living rooms, laundry, bath and hallsways done in July. I just had my master bed, bath and closet done. The sales staff was a pleasure to work with you. They were very helpful in helping me pick out the flooring and working with my budget. The installation was quick. The installers were very pleasant and respectful. My experience with Floors Unlimited was well beyond what I expected. I have taken my large area rugs out. I must say Floors Unlimited went above and beyond to make our floors look amazing. When you first walk in the store you a greeted by such a wonderful staff eager to help you get the dream floors you always wanted. Rebecca was the one that helped us from start to finish. She was very patient and has the greatest ideas on how you can make your floors look so good! When you go in not really sure of what you want, she made the process so easy and guided us through all the different styles of flooring until we found the right one for us. Which in our case we went with the LVP and I must say I love it! It was like we had our own personal design decorator. Rebecca is outstanding! Now we come to the actual crew that installed our floor and the tile surrounding our fireplace. The crew we had was Ronnie, Joe, and David. These guys were AWESOME!!! They were so professional. They came in and went straight to work. These guys worked so hard to make our floors look so good. I dont think the guys even took a break, they worked from 8:30 up to 4:30 no stop. I promise you, if you have these guys installing your floors, you will have no complaints! I could have not asked for a better installation. Not only did they install the floors, but they also transformed our fireplace. Joe was the one that worked on this part of the project and all I can say is, wow! He turned our fireplace from just your simple boring fireplace, into the central focal point of our living room. Our next project is to have our bathroom floors done. We are already working with Rebecca and cant wait to see the results. If you want your floors to be done right, with a wonderful staff to help you through the entire process, then you must go with Floor Unlimted!

Had a great experience at Floors Unlimited! Waited & waited for service at Lowes one day (before pandemic) with a another guy for 45 min. In talking, he recommended Floors Unlimited & that I would be better served there. He (Helder) does their excellent tiling work! I left Lowe’s never talking with anyone who worked there!Helder was correct! Erica & Rebecca were so helpful in helping me pick out my flooring. Eager & happy to work with me! Turned out my favorite choice was on sale!Isaac was super in his installing my floors! He tore out my carpet and installed the flooring beautifully throughout my entire downstairs! He works quickly but carefully and does perfect work. I was very impressed and so happy!You won’t be disappointed, folks!

Super high prices then you get charged a FUEL surcharge and they dont include transitions! Went to Lowes, got the same carpet and pad, bought transitions, hired a carpet installer and got it ALL done for a little less than HALF what Floors Unlimited quoted...saved over $1,000 easily.
