The internet service on all of our phones is horrible.. unless We connected to a WiFi it’s either super slow or not working at all (not working at all most of the time).. my daughter hasn’t had internet for weeks without WiFi.. my husband on top of that can’t receive or send pictures.. we called boost multiple times and get told it might be because we used up all our data.. which is impossible because most of the time we use our WiFi.. very frustrating

Ok so i went to boost in search of a new phone. Always like boost but due to them having bad reception in my previous area i didnt get 1. So now moved i wanted a new phone. Boost had ( not sure if still promoting) a deal switch service providers and get a free phone! Which me and my wife did. No complainants about the associate that helped me, she was very courteous and did wear her mask. My issue is the call will drop signal when trying to make certain call. Video calls for example will not go through unless im.connected to my wifi. If im out in public and its showing me LTE and full signal as soon as i make a video call my signal completely drops to no bars and starts roaming. But as soon as i hang up with attempting the call everything goes back to normal. Not sure why but thats what it is ladies and gents

Had my problems in the past...but past few visits have changed my opinion. Very helpful with getting new phone and setting it up. Boost does seem more concerned bout getting new customers not in keeping their loyal ones. There arent incentives to keep customers they have. Local level staff helpful

The lady that helped me was a short hair Latina and she was outstanding Im very ignorant with phones and she not only fixed the problem with my phone but tought me how to fix it my self. I bought a phone case and a protecting screen just because good genuine customer service should always be rewarded I recommend this boost Mobil.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The employees greeted me with smiling faces. They seem to enjoy their jobs and want to leave the customer happy. I was helped by a woman with short black hair, she helped me decide which phone was best for me and afterwards gave me an amazing deal for 2 phone cases. I recomend coming here. Been a Boost Customer for 3 yrs, got my phone off of OVC or HSN. Great smartphone Samsung J7. Customer service has always been 5 star.My problem is service area... Williamston, NC (Martin Co) DEAD ZONE, NO SERVICE AREA, ZERO BARS. I get great reception everywhere else.Time for a new battery, but because no service thinking hard to switch carriers. Unable to call 4 help was scary, crazy. I dont get why ph cant ping on US Cellular or Verizon tower in area. Before Hurricane Florence I got reception, spotty but reception. I dont want to leave Boost but looks for my safety I have too.

They are dishonest, they hide the fact that current customers are eligible for a discount on a new phone. They require CURRENT customers to get a new phone number. (Cost of phone, PLAN etc) Total BS. Shop at your own risk.

Staff is very helpful explaining everything helped my friend by giving her discount on new phone an transferring information like that they value loyal customers

I appreciate the customer service I got from the ladies that work here they were A-1 service 65 years old and its a lot I dont understand but they both broke it down so that even I could understand and I must tell you I appreciate them and thats what make me keep coming to boost because of the store representatives.
