I went to USCellular to pay my bill. I was greeted immediately and a nice gentleman took my payment and walked me to the door.

The single best service on the east coast. I have been a subscriber for all the 11 years that I have lived here and I think I only dropped 2-3 calls during that time frame. Think about that for a while. Cost is incredibly low for the service they provide. They have not forgotten the meaning of Customer service.

Dan was my US Cellular person that greeted me & helped me clean up issues with my phone. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was also pleasant to do business with. US Cellular has a great staff & a friendly, helpful atmosphere.

Dan, the man was simply amazing to me with only a few hours left to Christmas. Of course they were slammed with customers yet Dan stayed calm cool and collected. He listened to what I wanted and needed to do and he worked it out so that when I left I had all I wanted. No high pressure selling or attitude from being tired and never once did he make me feel hurried along to get to the next person. If I have it my way Dan will be the only person I deal with there. His smile and laugh were contagious and couldnt have been more needed and appreciated to finish up the holiday gift buying. Thanks Dan! You got a great one US Cellular!

This place was great for phone deals, service..the technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. Give it a 10 out of 10.

Be very aware!! If you trade in a phone you are theirs! There is no 15 day trial in which you can backout. The day you handover your phone its on its way on a UPS truck that next day. At that point your at their mercy because now you have no phone and the money they will give in return for your phone will get you a tankfull of gas at best! I have no recourse now. UPDATE: reception is terrible in any big building. Two bars of signal with the 4G LTE symbol and it took over 5 minutes to download a 24Mb app from the playstore. Never had this issue with Verizon. Switching back as soon as its feasable!
