Wendy was fantastic! I went to get a pair of glasses but they were closing but she still took her time to help me out and explain the process. She also went out of her way to adjust my current glasses so they were no longer falling off my head. They exceeded my expectations.

Brought my glasses script. Found frames. Associate contacted my insurance co while I was there . Was told I had a great insurance plan, so they upgraded to best lenses and options. My portion was calculated and I paid it in full. Now insurance co says the vision center is not in their Network and we have to pay the entire amount ourselves. IF I had been told this I would have gone to another provider where my insurance counted, instead of being scammed. Never again. They cant be trusted.

Its the only place Ill go. They care about you and your eyes, they understand about your phobias. I wont go anywhere else.

Never got my glasses when they said they were in says open at 7 but when i called 7 times at 5oclock nobody answered are already paid for.....

Quick in and out service never had a problem
