We enjoyed our visit to this shop very much! The gentleman who own this store was very helpful and a wealth of information on the New Bern area. We bought a few New Bern bear items and enjoyed a lengthy talk of the history of the town!

Wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to. HORRIBLE customer service. So rude. You can get way better souvenirs at some of the other shops in New Bern with friendly workers.

Awful customer service. Would not buy anything from here. Took my business to Mitchells hardware where everyone was extremly friendly and helpful!
