Fantastic and welcoming atmosphere with excellent food and service to boot!One tiny suggestion: If possible, a few more wall hangings in the corners will help dampen the echoes from rejoicing groups, so that a conversation across the table can flow.For the food and service - Id still go and wear ear plugs next time.

Awesome store! Lots of nautical themed gifts and trinkets and the owner greets you immediately upon arrival. I chose to buy a book about New Bern and the Civil War and it was at a great price. Parking is convenient as you can park right on the street; I suggest Middle Street or Pollock Street.Enjoy!

Unique items, great and personable owner, neat location. Five stars!We had orders from my brothers wife to buy t-shirts here, so we sidetracked from our primary mission and got the shirts. The shop is located in a tidy old section of New Bern just a stones throw from the place where somebody invented Pepsi. I loathe Pepsi, but if you are on an historical foray, check out that, then pop in and buy something here.

Lovely nautical items and the Boat House mascot Toby is a joy to meet. Unique items and great sailboat paintings on old nautical maps by local artist, Blaine Kruger.

We all love Toby, especially the shirts that now feature his photo. Always have unique merchandise and I love the long & short sleeved t-shirts.
