We just had new quartz counters fabricated and installed by Richie and Kim . The counters look fabulous! Care was taken to measure my slightly-kilter kitchen, Richie worked hard to make sure everything fit correctly, and all seams were hardly noticeable. He and his sister are friendly, hard-working, and take pride ina job well done. I couldn’t be more pleased!

The owners of this business are the ones that run the business and are there to ensure the product that is ordered is correct and installed properly.Just sat down with them to get an entire kitchen of cabinets ordered and the countertops ordered and installed. Local, friendly, owner/operator on site.

Just got my piece of marble that I ordered. I choose one type which they confirmed they had a piece. Waited nearly two weeks. They said two or three days. All they had to do was cut and grind certain corners. They substituted their own marble which is the one in the showroom on their counter top. Not the one I choose. On top of the they cut it wrong. What a waste of time but fortunately not money. Stopped payment on credit card.

Weve used Wright in multiple properties (granite and quartz) and we are always pleased with the process and the end result. We would highly recommend them and enjoy working with Dineen.

Wright Countertops designed and installed custom kitchen cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops for my house in New Bern. They were prompt, friendly, reasonably priced and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their kitchen.

NO NO NO! Dineen is a liar. Saw her in public two times and she acted like she didn’t even know who I was. Says she will get the estimate to me and never does. Had multiple excuses when I confronted her. When my husband and I first went into her store, it stunk and was unorganized but gave her a chance anyways. Found a quartz we liked, sent her a sketch of our kitchen - asked for an estimate and a week + still no estimate. (Other places no matter how busy, got one in a day or two) She said she only prefers texts and emails bc she gets so many solicitors. Really?? You know when a customer is calling because I’ve texted you my number and you have my number... I have called, texted, emailed and never got an estimate or update. NO RESPONSE. Horrible business.

Wright Countertops did an excellent job at reasonable cost. They were on time and thorough, and recommended a fine plumber.

We made 2 appointments and they showed up for neither. I think that is all I needed to know.

Their dog Chevy is very nice, gentle and lovable. Thats the only positive thing I have to say about Wright Countertops. We had a contract for a small granite counter top and a small vanity for our Bath Room. It was to be unfinished and not your typical cabinet. We needed a custom cabinet you couldnt just buy off the shelf. We provide a picture out of a magazine of what we wanted and it was very simple to make. The contract stated that the lead time would be 4 to 5 weeks. We provided the under mount sink and a 50% deposit of $393.00. Keep in mind it was to be unfinished and installation was not required. Five Weeks!!! The quote…$786.00 Size…21d X 25w X 34h. So simple. The second week I stopped by to see if they had started the cabinet. Dineen stated the parts had been cut and the face frame had been made. I asked if I could see it. I wanted to make sure it was going to look like. She stated she did not know where it was and her husband was out on an install. Week later I stopped by again. Same story but they had just sold their house and were only given two weeks to move their stuff out, and the shop was a mess. Therefore it would be difficult to find our cabinet. Dineen stated see would find it and call me the next day so I could come look at it. She never called. Week 4…we stopped by again. Same story. We stood firm and wanted to see what had been done so far since their story never changed. We were taken into the shop and Dineen look around the shop for the face frame to our cabinet. I stated to Dineen that I felt we had been lied to and nothing had been done and there was no cabinet. Dineen told us the cabinet would be complete by the end of next week. The next day we received an email stating they would not produce our cabinet for us because we insinuated they were lying and we could get back our refund and sink. This confirms that they had not started the cabinet. What business would be so willing to make a full refund if had any cost in it.Our opinion of Wright Countertops - They can not be trusted for their word. They have a very disorganized business and shop and they treat their customers the same. They will feel they can back out of a contract without proper cause and suffer no consequence. There are plenty other cabinet and counter shop out there. Shop some place else and save the stress. Avoid this business.
