I was at prime storage location 5002 in James city NC. Whitney was fantastic. Super nice and very understanding. She answered all my questions. Very reasonable prices as well.

Prime Storage in New Bern is an excellent storage facility. I made a move from Washington State to New Bern, NC and they were very supportive and accommodating. They made room and allowed the 28 foot delivery trucks to off-load my belongings. The manager Steve and the other employees at the facility were all very helpful. They gave me information on where to fine local goods and services. They made me feel at home in this new place. If most of the people in NC are this nice, Im really going to like it here.Thanks Again Prime Storage!!!

I needed a quick storage solution when we need to move out of our rental before the home that was being built complete date got pushed back. Steve was more than helpful getting us into a unit. We ended up needing two units and both were clean and in good condition. Move out was a breeze as well. Great people and storage.

Ive had a storage unit with Prime Storage for several years. Ive never had a problem with them. They are quick to resolve any issues and they are very proactive in performing required maintenance to keep the units up and running. Recently they have been replacing and upgrading lighting and security at the location where I have my unit. They keep the facility clean and organized, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldnt ask for more.

Access is easy. Sometimes I think too easy. Place is always clean and bug-free. The temperature is always acceptably cool or warm and the building is elevated and protected so I never worry about flooding or leaks. Management checks units periodically to make sure they are locked.

There was some miss communication on both ends at first, but everything still got taken care of and it was apparent they genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of…. and the wonderful young lady helping us was soooooo sweet and even stayed late to ensure we had everything we needed…If only I could give them more stars!!!!!

The facilities are very nice and in a convenient location. The on-site staff are responsive, helpful and friendly. They are very supportive of the military and law enforcement. Steve was professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Prices have gone up sudstantially over a fairly short time after new owners took over business. I wish they could put all of my units on a single billing invoice. They waste time and resourses in not doing so.

My husband and I have two storage units through prime storage in New Bern and have always had the best experience. The storage units are clean and well mannered. The staff is always so nice, helpful, and personable. They are always eager to help and trying to get us the best deal possible. We recommend using prime storage on US-70 to anyone that needs storage in the area!

I haven’t had any problems so far. The recent increase in the fee was a bit much especially during a pandemic, but otherwise everything is good.

My brother visited to help us move and was so thoughtful in recommending a short-term storage solution to better manage the chaos of boxes everywhere which prevented us from organizing the house.We met Amy Price, she was very courteous and answered all our questions and made suggestions on what size unit we needed. The facility had all that we were looking for security, clean space, and flexible hours for access.My brother gifted the unit rental, as a housewarming gift, and we couldnt have thought of a more appropriate and useful gift.Our experience with Coastal Mini Storage was excellent and we would recommend the facility to all our friends & family.

Very helpful! The manager went above and beyond to help us. He even helped us unload some items from the truck and gave some bottles of water to us and our children. As soon as we opened the gate to our unit, we were very impressed with the cleanliness. I would highly recommend.
