Starting at calling to reserve a bounce house, we went with the volcano slide the lady I worked with was very polite and professional. she helped me with all my questions and needs . Jesse was amazing setting it up very personable and professional he arrived exactly when he said he would be there went through everything that we needed to know making sure we were OK and happy before he left. When he came to take down I was blown away by how fast he got it down and again just a pleasure to work with

We had used Playtime Bounce House at a school event recently. They were always available when you called the store and extremely helpful. They showed up on time and were ready before the event. We rented gelly balls, Wild West shootout and the bungee run. The kids had a blast. Everyone involved with set up and games were so nice. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
