Great place to take your car. One of the mechanics took our car for a spin. Came back with the correct diagnosis and showed us what was needed. He was friendly and helpful. I trusted him.

The wind grabbed my car door and bent the hinges at 8am. I got used hinges and they got me in the same day and installed them. Door was working by 1p at a very reasonable cost! Best of the best right here!

Awesome place!! Very nice they keep you well informed. Very quick at getting things done. Went on a Monday for plow,dropped my truck off Tuesday 4 pm and got it back Wednesday before 2pm other places told me it would be week before Id get it done. Will do business with them again

Been dealing with Rick and his crew for years, they have serviced my vehicles over the years from minor to major stuff and have always been very fairly priced and the quality of work is second to none! Unbelievable knowledge especially diagnosing aggravating issues that some of the big dealers couldnt even find! You wont find a more honest and professional shop! Not sure where to start except to say strike 3 guys your out! I know I know, your sorry for the way I feel, and you thank me for my repeat business, right? So three times now I have given your business a chance to earn my business with not only my personal vehicles, but also the dealership I run. So on the good side of things, friendly and pleasant, never been rude or disrespectful. However I feel the labor times they have used on my repairs are not only unethical, but overly inflated grossly! All of my last three repairs with RJP have been higher than three of their local competitors by several hundred dollars, and for what? Why? Same service, same treatment, same quality technicians, in fact two of the other places were rated at having much higher qualified technicians! I was shocked at the initial quote of $850. dollars for the install of a starter for my 2008 BMW 328xi, but after speaking to their technician he assured me that it was on the high side, and he would not charge me that amount if apparently it did not take him that long. I guess not doubting their ability to complete the task, or to properly fix the problem, but to see if this was on the high side I decided to call three local very reputable shops. So as follows for install of one starter on a 2008 BMW 328xi : Whitney Motor Werkes $565. mind you one of the best Euro techs in the region, KRG Motorsports $595. another amazing Euro shop, and last Chicione Automotive $545. So due to being greatly over charged for this repair, I also asked for quotes on the last two jobs that RJP completed for me on the BMW, and low and behold all three jobs where quoted/charged two to three hundred dollars more than the local competition. Now mind you they all use one of three maybe four guides to find these labor rates for these basic repairs and not just BMW, but all makes and models, and yes I understand some add for diagnostic time even though I specified exactly what was wrong, and what I wanted done! Yet RJP has managed to somehow quote a much higher rate by several hundred dollars! Shame on me for allowing it to happen not once, not twice, but three times! You say why not ask them why its so high, well I have been in sales long enough to know that you will never get an answer that you are satisfied with so suck it up, pay the bill and take your business elsewhere. I am sorry and have always been one to support a local establishment, but I do not feel I should be paying for someones glamorous fancy building, vacation or snowmobile trips. I could understand maybe fifty to even a hundred dollars higher perhaps,but by no mean several hundred dollars higher! In the end it was a lesson learned, and I am not knocking a business for trying to make a living, but just looking for a honest competitive repair shop, and you will not get it at RJP Auto folks sorry!
