The associate was more than helpful. We were looking for a few specific games they didnt have and he then looked them up and told us the closest store to our home that carried both games that he didnt have. He was nice and very helpful. Service here was exceptional. We ended up buying her third choice of her game list. We will be going to the other place he suggested that has the other two games. Tyvm

The lady employee was very short with me and my son. She basically refused to answer questions that she had the answer to. They posted a sign about wearing masks upon entering the store. Its sad to see almost all businesses in Texas lift the requirements to wear masks and this place is obviously very afraid and still demand you wear one. Maybe I received poor service because we didnt wear masks in there... either way I will never do business with them again. Its sad how one person can help a dying business even lose more customers because of her apathy and poor attitude.

Stopped by the new store today to trade some games in & check out what they had. Very clean, everything well sorted, staff greeted me as soon as I entered the store & were very friendly. Got more than I expected on my trade in aswell which was a great thing!

Brittany is the worst at customer service. Every time she will shove pre orders down your throat and changes the rules all the time. The other staff is just so depressing. Sad to see a brand new store with such a toxic environment and a toxic “leader” the only way she is still employed by GameStop is because the shoved pre orders. That store will not thrive until she is fired.
Their hardware items IE. headsets, ECT. Are not well stocked. Surprisingly only 5 humans (age 5 to 80) can be masked and in store at the same time. 😥

Staff here is very rude and unfriendly!!!First time I came this lady had a very poor attitude. Then my boyfriend and I were looking at some games on the shelves, an employee comes to grab something and says word for word “can you get out of the way?”. That is definitely not a way to speak to your customers.Second time we go in there to ask for an item, the man didn’t even look up to acknowledge us and replies back “no” that’s it. Not even trying to offer us any other help.Worst game stop I’ve ever been to.
The staff here are completely rude! Especially that Brittany woman, she definitely needs to be fired. She is disrespectful and does NOT care about the customers at all. It is so sad because we used to be loyal Gamestop customers at this particular location but it seems since this Brittany lady has become manager, the store has went downhill. They dont even deserve the 1 star that I gave. Dont go to this store! Order online yourself or choose another local Gamestop. A trip to this GameStop and to deal with all their rudeness and poor customer service isnt worth it.

Don’t like this location. Every time I go in someone at the register is rude to me. I had a controller shipped there and they didn’t even tell me were my package was until I went to the store and asked. Turns out it was delivered Saturday. And it’s not even at the store I asked it to be shipped too .Smh
Most horrible GameStop ever! The staff are so unfriendly and have the worst attitude.They never want to help you with anything or answer your questions. They also hide information from you that you need to know. I’ve been scammed for my money. They don’t tell you what you need to know about returns and online orders. I tried to confront them through phone call and a lady had me on hold forever then hung up on me.
It seems a little cluttered for the size of the store but the clerks at the front desk are always very engaging and help me out whenever I have questions about games or consoles. The two switch controllers that I picked up there are still working fine and even though they were used. I will definitely be going back for any of my game needs.
This GameStop has improved a lot over the years. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable; they do a great job at keeping their store clean, organized, and well-stocked. This location also has a great selection of pre-owned items which are kept in like-new condition.In particular, Britt was very understanding and patient with an issue I had, and she provided excellent customer service to make sure I left satisfied.
By far the worst GameStop I’ve been to. The staff is horrible they look like they hate their jobs, always rude, and very condescending. The red haired lady, I think her name is Brittany needs to be fired. She rolled her eyes when I asked for help on a trade in and tried to get me out of the store as fast as possible. She made me feel bad for bothering her and asking her to do her job. Every time I come to this location it’s like pulling teeth to get help. If I could rate this store with negative stars I would.

Smaller store but has all your gaming needs and collections to get your geek on like I have. Not all the staff are great but there are 2 people who every time i go in have been over the top amazing customer service. They are reason I go back. They take time to explain show and really help you find what your looking for or want.
My local store. I love the employees here, always informative. I got my Xbox One here, preowned and they had a white one, I was going to settle for black but it was a blessing that they spotted it just behind the counter. I come in from time to time to get a game or two or an accessory. Always a sweet little spot to find out whats new and to rack up rewards points.
Such a great staff at this location. We came in minutes before closing and the gentleman, whose name slips my mind, who helped us was still happy to see us, knowledgeable about the games we asked, and even recommended we purchase some items on sale. He was awesome!
This store does not deserve to be prestige. The staff looks like they dont even want to be there. Arent helpful rather you Just destory the store instead of asking you if you need a hand. Never pick up the phone. And if they do they always make it as short as they can. This place is supposedly for gamers. But it really doesnt feel like it.

Went in to pick up a game, not all to familiar with game systems yet. CJ is a very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly person. I see so many people at their jobs who dont have any interest this guy loves his job and is excellent at helping people find what they need even with a store full of people, give that man a raise
Great place but you need to be knowledgeable about what youre looking for. They will help but remember they want sales. Ask a stranger his or her thoughts gamers like to explain dos and donts.

If youre an avid gamer but never been to gamestop, you must locate nearest location to you yourself and then youll love them as much as I do. Great product selection, lowest prices, monthly promotions, and every location has the most helpful friendliest staff. Its truly a perrfect place for you to shop for personal game items or items for family and friends.

GameStop has a lot of things that you need for the gamer. They are a little pricey however they do have used discounted things that are ata very good price. If youre looking for older gaming games or even gaming systems this would be the place to go. They can also order things for you.
I literally stopped going in for games because I kept getting rude and uncomfortable experiences. This past time was a breath of fresh air, I don’t know if management has changed or if it’s just the overall employees. I got my questions answered very honestly and didn’t just get upsaled. I got treated like a friend and it is was so refreshing I am definitely going to be back again. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me out but he recommend, based on wants and listening to the games I’ve played and enjoyed, instead of this just came out play it. Every employee helped with a giant smile and answered any questions. I really wish I could remember that guys name, he needs a promotion.
I was shocked that used games at Game stop were being marked as used but marked as NEW prices and New games were $10 to $15 more expensive then anywhere online or in stores that, I asked why and was told that its corporate decision to mark up the games even about normal retail 🙄STAY AWAY and buy somewhere elseExample Super Mario Brothers U Deluxe retails $49 New but at Game stop its marked as $49 used and new $59 🤦♂️
They actually sold me a disc that was sold to them from a Redbox !!!!!!!!!!! They should not allow people to resell stolen Redbox games !!! My PS4 does not start the application at all. If anyone has this problem let me know,this is a sale discrepancy they are not informing us of!

Service has gone downhill the last few years... Store also looks very messy and unorganized. Only reason I stop in is to take advantage of certain deals they do on trade ins,which is few and far between. Usually I just go to best buy and use their gamers club service,or Amazon.

Typical game stop. The worker looked at me and as our eyes met he knew I didnt have to tell him I was just letting my 9 year old get his razzle dazzle on with all the video games and would likely not purchase anything. We nodded in agreement and I shepherded my boy around and made sure he didnt make a mess or get in anyones way. After 15 minutes it was time to move on and as we walked out my boy looked at the worker and said, Hey man, you have the most kick a$$ job ever. You smiled and waved because regardless of all the dumb things that happen you get to manage video games and the systems that run them. I hope you do enjoy it because we did!

My husband and I were planning on buying a switch and as we were looking at what games to buy. The girl that was working, I believe her name is Brittany. She was trying to fix the shelves for the switch game displays and she was so negative about it and ripping things off the wall. This is the 2nd bad experience we had while she was working every time weve gone in. The 1st experience we had was when we went onto the store with our 2 year old and she had a toy that she had grabbed. we were gonna put back before we checked out and she rudely said you know she has that toy right? We told her yes we did and we were gonna put it back. She made it sound like we were gonna let our 2 year old steal a little $3 toy. It made us feel really uncomfortable. Its sad to say we wont be shopping at this location as long as she is working a the store.

So I dont care for this location too much because I went there a couple weeks ago and let me tell you I know absolutely nothing about video games and my kids have been wanting this fortnite game and I was asking the employees about it and if I needed Xbox Live and they told me no you just need an internet connection and if you can download it then you can play so I got excited because I didnt think I needed Xbox Live and come to find out you actually do for that game and like I was really disappointed because I specifically asked do I have to have Xbox Live for fortnite and they said no so I went ahead and bought some stupid expansion pack because I thought that I could just come home download it and my kids would be able to play and thats not how it worked out I ended up having to purchase the Xbox Live which I really didnt have the money for but I had already told my kids that hey guess what we can play fortnite look what I got so I just kind of wish that their employees wouldnt say stuff unless they know for a fact thats the correct answer because there are people like me who know absolutely nothing about video games or anything like that that are asking them for help and if theyre given the wrong information I mean come on now like I buy an expansion pack for a game that I thought I didnt have to play nothing else for you know what I mean so instead of just paying the 60 bucks for the expansion pack or whatever I end up having to Fork out almost $100 that day cuz if I would have known you had to have Xbox Live I would have waited and we would have waited until the next week where it was more financially sound

This GameStop used to be awesome a few years ago. Nowadays the employees act like they haven’t even played a video game before, can’t even answer simple questions. I was Told there was no DLC for a game(Spider-Man Ps4) but they had already announced it. Basically they’re all incompetent.
We will not be returning to this location if I could give this place a negative star I would and so far because of the Manager Britney. She is very rude, looks and acts like she hates her job, as well if very short when you ask questions about anything. I believe in second chances but by the third time if your still the same way the second and third time we go in. Sorry, but because of her we will be going to a different location.

Its improved some in the customer service department. Im not bombarded with 20 questions on all the different magazine subscriptions and gamestop pro services like its a early 90s website begging me to download the latest spyware and viruses. Now its only the disc insurance. The only peddling done now is on their online store. Its the same b.s. though when trading games in. Store credit gets you actual value of the game and cash payout is an insult. Gamestop still peddles old broken refurbished xbox 360s for way over market value.But that is all the company itself and not the individual store. The store itself is alright. Displays are cluttered about and walking in the store feels like a living documentary of Hoarders Gone Wild. The staff is fairly attentive, making sure to great you as you enter and trying to awnser all questions as honestly as possible. They do have a fair selection of current and last gen consoles and games. Preorders can be done in store with ease. I wont get into how much I dislike preorders and the bonus content you get for shelling out $5 upon who knows whatever edition of the game you get... All you need to know is that for whatever reason you still shop at this particular Gamestop, it will suffice. There are better options (anywhere else), but you can shop here with ease.

Ive been going there for a long time and they have great gaming suggestions. Daniel has been working there for as long as I could remember and he is gets along with all the customers.
My husband and I love going to gamestop and this location is awesome, however, the manager here is quite unfriendly. While the midnight release of Destiny 2 was going on, she left the only other staff member at the time to handle the store on her own, while she went to the back to answer the phone. Wee refrained from posting a review at the time but then a week later we went in and the same manager was there. She offered her help to us by rushing our purchase when we had not yet decided what we wanted. When we then decided to purchase and she find out we also had a trade in and a few questions, she turned us over to another worker and again went to the back of the store so she could close up her shift and leave. The staff there is amazing however the manager has no respect or team effort to offer them in return for their great jobs done. She doesnt seem to want to be there or really care about the customer needs or her employees. This is a huge factor in deciding if we went to go back to any GameStop location if this is the management they employ.

Bought a used Wii U from them last year for 150 for my daughter she didn’t play it much so I thought why don’t I resell it back and get something else for her so I called them fools only offered me 30 bucks lmao they do crackhead prices never will I buy from them again I’ll just by New from now on.
