I had damaged my phone in the river and Kat helped me and explained all of the options I had. She was very well educated on all areas and set me up with a new phone in under 10 minutes. I had a great experience and will definitely recommend this store to a friend.

I Have been a customer of att for over 10 years and I have been coming to this store for the last 4 years. This team is so nice anytime I have a question or issue with my phone, Chuck, Frank, Bobby are always glad to help. I was there yesterday and just wanted to let people know they should come to this store, the other post they got yesterday was so mean and not true at all. I was there they tried to help the gentleman and his girlfriend as best they could but the guy got upset and left. So its false that they didnt try to help him. they are always friendly and have personally helped me many times. Im old so I dont understand phones much but they are always friendly with a smile and help answer any of my questions
The whole team at this location was excellent! We had a hard task for them to complete. I had my phone line switched to an account that was a βrear accountβ aka an out of market account. Very confusing for me and a lot of steps we had to go through to get everything lined up. Also I upgraded to an iPhone 12. ....Frank the store manager knew all the steps we had to take. He was very professional and intelligent with the process. This was a multiple day process and he was there to explain every step of the way. Him and his team members that helped us were great! I highly recommend going to see them for all your phone needs!

This place should not be listed as an AT&T Store. It is not. Took in brand new, freshly delivered iphones from Apple (bought unlocked version) and only after being grilled as to whether or not we owned the phones and asked why they were bought online, we were finaly told to go to the real AT&T store at Creekside. Avoid.
Frank was super nice and extremely helpful he got all my information transferred and also got me att internet which is way cheaper then what I was paying for spectrum. Kat was also really nice and helpful. she helped set my wife up with firstnet because she is a nurse and no one had ever told her she qualified for that program and discount...Totally recommend you go see Frank or Kat at New Braunfels att they will take great care of you

Horrible customer service and horrible experience. I just wanted to add my fiancΓ© to my plan they said i could only do it by phone which was false. The agent on the phone said it could happen in store and couldβve been done online. Also I wanted to get a phone and they were zero help. Absolutely a joke this branch needs to be shut down.

Please do yourself a favor and go to Creekside or another corporate store. This is a franchise store and they lack the knowledge, direct communication, and consumer respect to provide the best customer service and cellular experience. This location caused me to be on the phone with AT&T corporate for over 3 hours correcting errors that this store made. Then, I had to go to the Creekside store in order to verify all corrections and get the personal customer experience I lacked from this store.
Had a frustrating and complicated issue to address. Frank, Bobby, and Chuck were super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful in coming up with a solution. They took the time to really understand the issue and help address it. Thank you!

It shouldve been a simple upgrade purchase, weve done it multiple times. After more than an hour of in store assistance my old phone-to new phone transfer was not completed and I was given verbal DIY instructions. So I left the store, but had to return because the new phone wasnt functional. The SIM card had not been transferred. I specifically go into a store because Im technically challenged. This time I learned its not worth going to a store for expert support on an upgrade.
If you go to the New Braunfels store, ask for Chuck! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The transfer of phones went by quickly and we had no issues.
Frank and Charles did an amazing job getting internet in my home as fast as possible. The previous resident hadnβt cancelled their plan so I was stuck without internet. They stayed on top of it and it was sorted within days. I greatly appreciate them both.
Do not let Pete tell you that he can save you money by changing your plan! We have a business account, and he convinced me that he could give me unlimited data and save $100 per month on my bill. I let him make the changes and he ended up adding a phone line I did not need. Also we got unlimited data (collaboratively we did not use over 50 gigs per month, so unlimited is nice, but really not necessary). We lost our hot spot capability. My bill went from $500 to over $800 the next month. Ive spent hours on the phone with AT&T customer service which is a whole other story, but in order to get my bill down close to the original $500, I had to enroll in autopay. Pete never informed me of proration charges or that I needed to enroll in autopay. Worst scam ever and has cost me hours of time to straighten everything out. And even now, Im not convinced Ive gotten it straightened out.
By far the best customer support at this store. Frank went above and beyond to resolve the Issues with my bill.

We went to ATT store on Hwy 46 and Loop337Area. Customer service was excellent; there was no wait and we got what we needed in a timely fashion. Staff was professional and knowledgeable; probably the most pleasant visit Iβve ever had in an ATT store! Thank you Charlene!!!!

Went in to add a line to my current account. For some reason they downgraded my plan to one that does not include a hot spot, even though I didnt ask them to do that, I simply asked to add a line to my current account. We called to have them fix it and they said that I didnt tell them I wanted a hot spot. Again I simply asked to add a line to my account, I didnt think I needed to explain that I wanted to keep the same features I already have. Giving 2 stars since they helped us quickly, but their customer service could use some work and their listening skills are non-existent.
Today I had a couple questions on making a claim on my phone and upon entering the store I was happily greeted by the employees. Landon West quickly assisted me and answered every question I had with a positive attitude. He had great customer skills and assured me he was going to do everything to help. He even gave me a couple of alternate options in case anything went wrong with my claim. I am glad it was a smooth process. Landon was AWESOME!!!!!

My boyfriend and I arrived at the store, but there was a line ahead of us and only one employee working, Landon. He was very polite with us while we waited and once it was our turn he kept the store open after hours to help us with our questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure our needs were met. He informed us of all possible discounts and was super friendly. Fantastic customer service! Give this guy a raise!
Sabrina the store manager here went above and beyond to help me get all of my billing questions answered, she took her time and went over each line item explaining the bill and what I can expect going forward. She was so kind and patient with me. Where there are great managers, there are usually great teams, and her employees were also very helpful when I spoke with them also! I will only take my business to this location from now on.
The staff at this store is amazing. We had problems filing a warranty claim on our iPad pro, so we went in the store and they handled it immediately. We upgraded our phones and the gentleman that helped us went out of his way to make sure we got all the discounts we could and were completely happy with our upgrades. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this store to anyone!

I was a customer with another company for 14 years. Decided to switch to AT&T from a referral. At the time AT&T was offering to give me 2 new phones if I brought over 4 lines of new business. The only caveat is the phones needed to be paid for on a two year term. As a business owner I needed a phone with two line capability. Landon assured me I could do this with two new S10 phones. Landon who help me buy two Samsung S10 phones failed to inform me that AT&T cannot sell me a two sim card phone. I did not find this out until I went back to set up my second line. I was informed by the new sales clerk that Samsung does make a dual sim card phone, but; AT&T does not and cannot sell them in the United States. So Landon lied to me!!! AT&T was all to eager to sell me phones that do not as promoted by the sales clerk. Buyer beware...I will never use AT&T again. Yes AT&T would not correct the issue created by their sales person Landon. AT&T is not a reputable company by any stretch of the imagination. Yesterday I paid in full for both phones. I will move all my business to T-Mobile as AT&T not only lies to customers, their customer service literary and figuratively SUCKS
Sabrina was absolutely fantastic! She works at the AT & T store in New Braunfels Westpointe Village. She was extremely knowledgeable about the iPhone I was considering as well as all the details of switching cell provider services. Sabrinas Customer Service was simply outstanding! Her infectious smile and no problem attitude made me decide to make a purchase right then & there! I will be back! I wish all service people could be like Sabrina! Thank You!
Dont fall for all the gimmicks. Its all a lie. #1 We were promised 150 channels. Of those three area only 10 that arent shopping channels or thee like. #2 we were promised a $400 reward card, and it turned out to be for 200. They just want the sale, theyll lie to get that sales. Go somewhere else and bee happier with the service your paying for.

I was sent here on a work errand to return a piece of equipment for someone. The guy I was running the errand for called ahead and let the manager/sales person know I would be coming. When I got there I waiting for about 30 minutes...which is fine. I dont think Im above others and shouldnt have to wait... The problem is when I did get help...from the very person that was called ahead, I was told I couldnt return and it was fine to just come back. When I tried to find a way to get the problem solved then I was basically told that they were too busy to deal with it. I stated that it was a problem to have to come back again after waiting forever for nothing. I want even being rude. I was dismissed and the employee just walked away.

Our family and I are from California visiting family out here in New Braunfels. We decided that since weβre all together that we could finally upgrade and switch over to a different wireless provider after so many years with sprint. As soon as we walked in we got help from the manager Sabrina. She is very chill, very laidback, and very helpful. I told her what I wanted, what I needed and she did just that and more in such a timely manner. I had some questions and concerns and she immidietly took care of that. We got an awesome deal on 2 iPhone XS Maxβs, an iPhone XS, and an IPhone XR. I am very happy with the customer service we received and very happy with how smoothly our transaction went. I dont recommend doing business with this location. They ran a promotion for a iPad with the purchase of a new iPhone. We went into the location specifically because of this promotion. I can order a phone from home so there was no other reason to visit the storefront. The promotion required we purchase certain accessories for the phone which we did. I am the account holder and was not present at the time when my wife made the phone purchase and she was told I would have to call ATT or visit the location to authorize the new line in order for the iPad to be activated. Chris Jackson told her he would hold it for her and for us to ask for him when we returned to pick it up. There was no mention during her visit that he could only hold it for that day and when I returned on Monday afternoon I was told they sold out and the promotion had ended. Obviously I was extremely frustrated and without my wife present and all the specific facts I left. When I called Chris today to discuss he acknowledged that he did not communicate a deadline to my wife. In fact he told her the iPad would be hers after adding the line and activating it. He acknowledges that all conditions of the promotion were met at the time the phone was purchased however he refuses to honor the promotion stating there is nothing he can do to fix the problem. That he cannot provide another iPad and there is nothing he can do. Obviously if we knew it had to be the same day we would have made arrangements. When I suggested my next course of action would be to inform the public via reviews on Google, Facebook, etc he proceeded to hang up on me.

Tried to pay in cash for my phone bill but the guy said the payment already went through my bank account. It didnt. I had to pay an extra $40 because the guy was wrong. He also walked in the back when I walked in and complained about it. I regret not making him come back from hiding. Mind you, I had my baby with me and I was told I was gonna get a $7 credit for my next phone bill. Yeah, the single mom getting a stunt pulled like that on her.
Great service I did not sign a contract with them but they still treated me very well.
