Jeremy was absolutely amazing! Had my phone screen replaced in about 2 hours. He was super quick, very attentive and my screen looks like it was never even broken. Where do I begin?. I dropped off 3 iPhones to get fixed, two needed screen replacement the other one the home button. I used to repair phones and I know sometimes once the home button goes out it’s very difficult to fix unless sent directly to Apple. The phone was working perfectly fine except the home button which is no biggie because you can just use the digital home button. I decided to let them try it and I did let them know if it couldn’t be fixed it would be ok. My two other phones were repaired (sort of) we were charged close to $500 for the repairs. I didn’t complain simply paid, however my 3rd phone wasn’t finished... I was told it would continue to get worked on, it had been 2 months at this point but I let it be as I had purchased a new phone by this time. Several weeks went by when one of my recently repaired phones went out, I drove 45 mins to drop it off. At this time my phone was STILL not ready (during one of the times I called they claimed the screen needed to get replaced trying to trick me into giving them more money when I KNEW there was nothing wrong with the screen at all). I was told I would get a call or “emails” letting me know when the phone is ready. Months ... I MEAN MONTHS went by when I finally came back in town they could not find my device, people had moved, at some point it looked like someone from Austin worked on it but they claim that was weird because this person hadn’t been around the area. I come back several months after that and guess what? My phone had been taken apart and sold, they claimed they had tried getting a hold of me (not true) I had been. The one after them trying to get my $900 device back. They knew what they had done so I was told they will put my phone back together and return it. I would say like another 3 months went by before I called them again. They tried to say they called me several times and left voicemails ( lmao I purposely have my voicemail full to avoid unwanted voicemails so I know FOR A FACT they NEVER called) the day is finally here, 7 months later my phone is ready to get picked up. (They tried to charge me lmao) claiming the home button is finally working but they will wipe the debt. These people had 7 months to fix a home button and they return my phone in terrible working condition. I can’t even sell or trade it because it turns off and on by itself. If you don’t have the ability to fix something leave it alone don’t make it worse, now I’d appreciate it if you all found a way to either pay for the phone or get me another one otherwise I will take it further. Could be just a phone, but some of us have to work very hard to have these things. Y’all better fix this mess.

The guys in New Braunfels were awesome today. My iPhone 10 had to always be put on speakerphone in order for me to hear the phone call. They cleaned it in less than a minute for FREE. Now I can hear again! Thought I would have to buy a new phone but they fixed it immediately! Love you guys

I lived in Austin for over 20 years and MPG on Lamar n 9th St. helped me numerous times. Since moving to NB in March of 2020 I found MPG of NB and they’ve already saved the day for me 3 different times. Wow if you haven’t heard of them yet but have problems with any electronic devices give them a call and find out what great service they offer. Jeremy and his crew are the best!

Alex was awesome. Went in for a battery replacement and was able to get a cracked glass repair also for under $80. He was quick, efficient and personable. Hope I am able to get his customer service next time I return to this store. Great experience and affordable.

Came here and got my iPhone 6 screen replaced and the screen was so cheap and brittle the adhesive in the glass was disconnecting from the touch panel. Then my screen began to glitch out. At this point, I called and was told I needed to replace it again, and it would cost me. I remember they gave me a ridiculously low discount offering. It’s wrong on them for this because they could easily return the defective screen, but you know, money talks. Thanks for influencing me to fix my own devices!

In a bind after driving 1.5hrs to another repair shop that couldnt fix my phone. Called Geeks and the guy scoured the shop looking for a special order part to help me. Ended up finding what I needed and got me fixed in 45 mins. Life saver.

I am very impressed! I seem to have awful luck with phones so I’ve had my phone repaired other places before but the service here was beyond all the others!My phone screen was absolutely shattered, so badly it messed with the LED and wouldn’t even light up. I hadn’t gotten it repaired in months afraid of how much it’d cost. Turns out it was less than a hundred dollars and it only took them an hour! I paid $250 elsewhere, just for the glass without the LED troubles!When the screen started acting funky two weeks later, it wasn’t reacting to touch at the top third of my screen, I took it in again and they replaced it no charge.Additionally, when they had my phone apart, apparently my battery broke which I knew it was having problems even before hand and mentioned it to the girl who helped me. Yet, they still replaced the battery, free of charge!Plus, the girl who helped me was very nice!They all seemed to actually know what they were doing, unlike other places I’ve been to.To summarize, highly impressed, definitely recommend!

Switched from at&t to Verizon this week. Ordered new phone thru website. Had no idea how to convert old phone to new one. After spending several hours on phone trying to talk to a Verizon tech I went to a Verizon store. They told me they dont do that any longer. A friend told me about this store. within 15 minutes they had my new phone setup exactly like the old one. . Great setvice

IPhone 6 Plus screen repair 💯My charging port would only charge on certain chargers, now it charges on all iPhone chargers. He said he didnt have to replace it. So he must have tweaked it. Bless that sweet man!For sure would recommend to anyone needing Apple or Android repairs!

I have 0 phone records & no email correspondence of them trying to reach out to me to tell me my phone was going to be sold. Do NOT trust your personal devices to Mobile Phone Geeks. They are unscrupulous and make feeble attempts (if any) to run a business. Quite frankly, its not a business its a scam to get your phone to resell. My Note 8 is worth $600 dollars. Thankfully I have another 9 in my hands, nevertheless, they are crooked.

First time I ever needed to replace my Note 8 glass cover and it was easy. This place is fantastic and very reasonable in pricing. I wasnt expecting cheap but I didnt expect cheap. Only paid $300 for the replacement but thought it would have been in the $500 range since it is a newer phone. Great craftsmanship, I actually think it looks better than before.

Well I went in to get a quote the first time and the guy said it will be 65 plus tax and then I went again for the second time it was 75 plus tax so I was thinking it was gonna a little less since I was happy with the first quote but other than that Ive have gotten an iPhone fixed there and I was okay with it. Hopefully once they fix my phone Im satisfied with it.

They fix electronics specializing in phones and tablets. They have fixed several of my electronics even going as far as to fix them with my parts and just charging labor. Once they fixed my phone in less then a hour. Was very pleased. They even answer tech questions and even pointed me to a website to self repair if I so chose to want to go that route.

So I go to this location to get my phone fixed it has water damage I show up about 10 minutes before they open the employee shows up unlocks the door and goes in I proceeded to walk up to the door and knock on the door to see if she would let me go ahead and drop my phone off she refused to come to the door and then when it was time to open knowing that I was out there waiting She proceeded to open five minutes late. When I went in she said it would take 3 to 5 days to fix my phone you guys should really post that on your window right next to liquid damage repair it should say liquid damage repair repaired in 3 to 5 days I understand businesses dont open until they open but true customer service wouldve came out and asked me what my issue was with my phone so that I didnt sit there and wait for 30 minutes and then be told it would take 3 to 5 days I will not be using the services again

Nice guys. Brought my iPad 2 in because screen not working. They did diagnostic and determined that it was just a loose connection - fixed it quick. Since it did not require new parts, just reconnected and did not charge. Have used them for iPhone diagnostic/ repair in the past and have bought used phones from them as well. Would definitely recommend.

Sometime last year my phone had suddenly stopped charging, I took it here and the tech fixed it within a few minutes for free. Recently my phone had a similar issue and once again they fixed it quickly for no charge.

Friendly staff & very knowledgeable. Helped open my phone so I could get my SD card which was stuck inside for free. From now on if I have any problems with my phone they will be the first place I go to.

I dropped my phone and broke the front. They didnt have one but called the other store and had it sent over. I left my phone with them and by the next morning mine was fixed like new. Such a great group work here.

We took my wifes IPhone 6 in to have the charge port replaced, we explained to Ray that the battery only charges on certain lightning chargers from apple, and that the battery drained super fast.. we were told that they were going to replace the charge port and they would call us when they were done, should take about 2 hours...We called and spoke to Alex and went to pick up the phone and it still did not charge correctly (the port might not be the issue). Ray told us they could change it out again with another one and see if that works..We took his suggestion to change the port out again, it still did not work, so there is obviously another problem with the phone. Alex said that they checked the battery and it was fine, most likely a problem with the motherboard...They went above and beyond trying to figure out the problem, checking multiple areas on phone. They were super knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. No charge was a bonus!This is the place to take your electronic devices for repair..Thanks you Ray and Alex!

Jerramy ordered me a genuine purple back glass for my S9 in December and I came back in January to have it put on and the lady that helped me apparently broke the back glass and had to order another one. I came back in February to have it put on and the same lady that helped me put it on successfully this time but when I picked it up it was just plain black and not genuine. No writing on the replacement glass at all. I tried to explain to her and she just kept saying it was what was ordered.... she did offer another glass finally but I was put off by her defensiveness and I said piss on it dont order keep your money. Third time here already trying to get this resolved....

I was not happy with my visit. I took my iphone 5 here to see about getting a new battery and I wanted them to diagnose it for me just to be sure. They come back and tell me I need a new battery and a screen. THE SCREEN IS FINE.....Then I ask them how much they will buy from me for and they say 5 dollars...These people use car salesmen tactics to take you for all the money they can get. I have over 10+ years experience as a computer engineer, but they still tried to rip me off. And when I returned to get the phone only a girl was at the desk, all the guy techs were GONE.....Everyone taking lunch at the same time? No. They do that so you cant talk to them or ask any tech related questions - what does that girl know? not much because she is NOT a tech. Shes the cashier. Places like this just make you want to learn how to do it yourself. I manage to get the phone fixed by a friend who SHOWED ME the battery just needed to be replaced - the SCREEN WAS PERFECTLY FINE! I hate to say this but Mobile Phone Geeks are liars and thieves. Either that or they dont know what their doing over there....Never again will I go there for anything.

I already had an incident with another phone repair place so I was a little scared to dish out money again without the part there but they reassured me it would come in. The only thing is that is took almost 2 weeks to get my screen in which was not their fault. They called me when it came in and replaced the screen in less than 2 hours. Thanks!!

I showed up 30 minutes to close and they were kind enough to stay late to diagnose an issue I was having with my phone. They ordered the necessary part, notified me when it was at the store, and then did the repair within just a few hours after I dropped my phone off. I wasnt completely satisfied with the result, so they continued to work on it until I was. Very up-front and honest service.

Needed phone tape and these guys were the only ones in town who i called that had it on hand, it was 5 mins til closing and they offered to stay open an additional 5 mins so i could pick up. Made it there with time to spare, and they had me in and out quickly. This will be my go to phone place from now on. Love the staff at mobile phone geeks, yall made my night. Highly recommended :)

These people are more than accommodating. My family has been taking our phones here for three years and they have always been able to solve the problem and are reasonably priced.

My phone (HTC One) stopped charging - it slowly worked less and less over time until it just quit altogether. Took it in when they opened, and they had it done in 2.5hrs!! The guys were super friendly and nice. This phone is a nightmare to work on, you cant even access the battery without completely disassembling, so I assumed it would take at least a day to get it back. Only cost $50.When I asked the Verizon store about fixing it (before I knew about mobile geeks) they were like eh no one fixes phones and totally unhelpful (no surprise).So yeah skip going anywhere else or buying a new phone, just take yours to Mobile Phone Geeks!!!

Hi...I’m Rossi I went Monday morning to let them fix the iPad Air...so the first they tell me about the price $83 something to fix that!!!.and I don’t say yes or no and then they said they will try to fix that!..however they can (and they said they will call when we done but they never call and I’m waiting all day !!)I thought should be cheaper and they never ask me or called me first if it’s ok if we can’t fix that would you like to pay this price!!!..but anyway I really thank you for them to fix that!!! But one think they don’t call me or let me know if they want to keep my iPad overnight at least they should call and ask me first but the girls there today so she’s say sorry and apologized for me...but I still Love the place...just feeling a little

Literally one of the worst experiences I have had. I ordered a screen to fix my phone and they said it was coming in Wednesday so I show up Thursday to get my phone repaired when I get there the guy working the front desk says it came in and he doesnt know where it is but instead of looking for it or calling anyone that might know where it was he tells me to come an hour later without even offering an apology. I then show up sunday but the lady working that day was busy with to many phones so i get it. Monday comes and they finally rapair my phone and as far as I can tell they did a great job however they forgot to put my stylus back it my phone forcing me to go to store for the 6th time and normally i would have looked past something small like that because the repairman seemed nice but to show up to the store 5 times to try to get my phone fixed and when I finally get it fixed i drive all the way home to notice that im missing my stylus and have to drive back was incredibly frustrating.

Im a loyal customer, been here multiple times throughout the years, ALWAYS friendly and attentive service! Prices have always been comparable so my trust and business stay! Thanks for taking care of me!

Unfortunately, Ive had a bad experience here. Not only did they never call after theyre latest day to have my device ready by (which was 7 days). I walked in a week and a half after, to see a battery that had beenordered but nobody to service my device, Due to new store opening and low staff. I am also a business owner and I hate to disappoint my customers, therefore I wish for these guys to step up there game and give better customer service. Even if that means working late hours or over the weekend to COMPLETE everyones devices we paid a pretty dollar for. Besides the fact that theres always a line when we walk in and everyone is always upset about the lack of employees working the front.NOT okay guys.Id rather drive to San Antonio or Austin to get it done in one day.

My Little cousin and her room mate both had broken i phones that i thought were irreparable. Come to find out they could be repaired but every where i went they wanted way more than i could afford. Then i was referred by a friend to the guys at mobile phone geeks thank god. They fixed both i phones (4 and 4s) new screens, some buttons who knows all they did. Got the phones back looking better than new and for a cheaper price than every one else wanted just to fix one. Not to mention gave me screen protectors and a case for both for next to nothing and this was all on a Saturday after noon. James was a wealth of knowledge on all my electronic repair and protection questions, And Jerramy did a awesome job making the phones look like new again. I brought my iphone 6 in to be repaired in March 2016 for cracked screen. Brandon replaced the screen for $180. When receiving the phone back I had told Brandon that it doesnt feel right...the button is hard to push, it takes a few tries to swipe on the screen, the camera is fuzzy, the button doesnt take the finger print, etc. Brandon said it was because I bent the frame and that is the best he could do. It was either he puts the cracked screen back on or I deal with the repair and pay, so I paid and went on my way. 2 months later in May, the screen went out and had lines on it. I took it back up here and asked if they could see if the glass was pressing on the screen causing it to do this and when the took off the glass and put on a new one it worked fine. They said since the 30 days had passed the best they could do is charge me half, $90, I said ok. After they were finished the phone was perfect, like new, everything worked and felt perfect. I told them that the first job was not done correctly and I should have to pay but they made me pay anyway. If the frame was bent then how did the 2nd repair make the phone perfect? Why even give a warranty if you make people think the job is the best that can be done. In the end I paid twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time. They should have listened to me and tried to fix the job the first time instead of making me pay twice. I feel scammed and now Im out almost $300 for their mistake and they dont care.

They take your money and your tablet and promise it will be done in a week. They do no call with updates. I called, they said the part had been shipped and they should get it and fix it the next day. The next day I call to see if I could pick it up. No it either didnt get ordered or it was sent to San Marcos instead and they used it. They reodered the part.. I asked if they next day shipped it? No it would just be another week.. One week later I called to see if it was done. Nope unfortunately they ordered the wrong part and so they reordered again. Again, I asked did you have it next day shipped? He wasnt sure, he would check and call me back. No call. I had to leave town with out it. My wife stopped in 5 days later on her way out of town. They said they had received the part but had not installed it yet. 4 days later when I got back in town I came in to pick it up and talk to the manager about his poor business practices and lack of interest. There was no manager there and then was told that my part just came in today and they had not fixed it yet. They seemed surprised that I was upset. I was told they had piles of other work and out of site is out of mind how could they remember to call.They also said that my tablet could have 1 of 7 possible screens and it wasnt their fault they could order the right one. I was told once the opened the back they would know which part to order. Did they expect me to wait 7 week as they rotated through the 7 possibilities? I told them it was their business to figure it out. it is not an excuse.They just couldnt believe I should be upset and a jerk about it. I have only been lied to and had excuses made for 3 1/2 weeks. How long do you go before becoming a jerk? They said they had the part and could fix it and I said no I dont trust you. They refunded my money and gave me my broken tablet back> You can pay $100 for the promise of a new screen or you can buy a new table for $199 at Best Buy. Still no call from a manager.

Horrific service. Just cause they look like nerds dont mean theyre smart. If youre gonna drop an item off, say good bye to it for at least a month. Long story short.....they suck a** badly. Poor bastards lol

If you absolutely need a fast repair or are very technically challenged they will get the job done at a moderate cost. The upcharge I paid for a S4 screen replacement was about 70% more than the cost of the part through Amazon once you add in all of the fees at the end. I settled for it partially not knowing it would cost about $20 more than the quote in other costs and partially because I was on my way out of town the next day for a week. However, the screen I received was inferior in make as the touch buttons on the bottom of it were barely responsive with no screen cover and unusable with a screen cover. The warranty they offer is actually non existent as the glass slightly cracked in my pocket the second day I was on the trip, something the old one never did in the 2 years I owned it (back to inferior) and thus the warranty was denied. When the cheap screen finally broke again after 3 months, (inferior) I bought a replacement screen online, followed the simple 12 1/2 minute youtube video I found, and had it replaced by the end of my 30 minute lunch break for about half the cost. And amazingly all the buttons actually work.

I have been to the New Braunfels, Tx location multiple times for various cell phone issues--these guys rock! They offer repairs (had my glass repaired twice,plus they fixed a button and missing chip issue) & they have a few quality refurbished phones in stock (my phone--Verizon GSIII is one from them). Their prices are fair, they are super knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to help you if they can. I highly recommend you go see them before you pay your carrier or insurance for a new phone!

Came into mobile geeks because I kepted hearing gteat things, so I decided to give them a try rather than the Verizon store, and I am very well impressed on everything! They provided great cusome service and knew what they were talking about on my broken phone, got it fixed in no time! Thank you guys!!!

Awhile back I went to fix my cracked ipad screen, said it would be done in about 3-4 days..took them 3 weeks, guy said he would add a case for about 50 and screen protector to prevent it from ever cracking again. Once I got the I pad back with a screen protector on and a case I saw that there were bubbles all alone the screen. My mother, who picked it up for me said the person working said that was normal but then later stated if he wanted me to take it off that would be fine, I decided to leave it on fearing that taking it off would require them having it for another week. Just today I realized my iPad has cracks all along the screen from my phone being dropped no more than aboht 6 inches above it. Not only was it a piece of s*** case, but I was overcharged for the labor cost and parts needed to fix it.

I am glad that we went to them there customer service was great every time i need something fixed i come to them for a good price
