Fast and friendly service...great job ladies!!! My scoop of ice cream with extra Oreo cookies was DOUBLE STUFFED with cookies. Soooo worth the price...my cookies and cream fantasy was fully fulfilled for the day🖤🤘🏼I will critique the elote and say it didnt have much flavor tbh...it needed to be way spicier, little less creaminess, and maybe a queso fresco. I only had 2 items so thats all I can say on the eats.

Ice cream is good. The AC has not been working the last few times of going so its too hot to eat in. Other than that its good.

I just ordered nachos and they were completely stale!!! They also gave me a smidge of cheese and like 5 jalapeño slices. Not worth the $5 I paid and also not worth going back to complain. The ice cream is good but way overpriced!

I usually love coming to this place because their food is delicious. But, today I went to order and I waited patiently while the customers before me were being taken care of and while I waited a family came through which I didnt thought much about it until it was my turn to order, but the girl there today instead of asking who was next went ahead and helped the family that had just walked in whom could of show a least a little courtesy to tell the girl that I was here before them, at least now I know how that family was raised. I work at a pharmacy and I know what customer service is and its for sure not the way the girl proceeded, since I also work in customer service I know how rude customers can be, so I didnt say anything even another lady had to stand up for me and told the girl that I was next, but the girl still choose to ignore me and continue to help out the family. I wasnt about to become that rude customer and start yelling or proceed to forget my uprisings, and give a show. The only reason I was there was to buy my mother an agua Fresca thats it if it werent because I was there for my mother I would had walked out the second the girl decided to go on and help whoever she saw without properly asking, I instantly thought of my job where the line we would get at the pharmacy can be quite long, imagine if I had made eye contact with the person on the back of the line and proceeded to say, oh you might be next, come how can I help you. I dont think Ill be setting my foot into that establishment anytime soon. La Paleteria La Reina should perhaps consider retraining their employees in the art of asking instead of assuming, or getting employees with some customer service experience in their resume.

Please dont get me started. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get a Aqua Fresca, the one that looks like milk but is extremely satisfying as it rolls across your tongue. Tastes like coconut and vanilla. The perfect sugar rush. They have the Coffee Cupachino milk pop, a great pick me up for your sleeping tongue and caffine rush for your brain.

Youve got to try the different flavored Horchata drinks. Dorinachos (nachos using Doritos chips) smothered in cheese and cheese. Out of this world delicious.

Seriusly addicted to the agua de piña, Im lucky I live and work close by so I can stop by several times a week. BTW Im kind of a germaphobe so this place is very clean.Staff is very polite and friendly.

Pathetic customer service. I walked in and waited in line for 10 min. 2 employees ignored us and decided to help the customers behind us and the ones before them.
