Alright place the phone number they put on door is full of voicemail cant leave a message plus place open at 8 am and not 7am receiving door is around corner toward left side of building. Other wise good place and workers got me unloaded and out.also had to find office to building to get my paperwork which was on the opposite side of the building.

Too bad google dont have zero stars, take long time to get offloaded(hours) forklift drivers just walking around. Do yourself a favor (owner of BMC) DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO REPLY SAYING THAT YOU SORRY TO ALL THE GOOGLE REVIEWS ISNTEAD, take the time to make your company more competitive and offer a better customer service.

Awesome people

Paid for out swinging French doors with blinds between the panes. The blinds came dented. I didn’t make a big fuss because it was only one dent, although it was annoying. Less than a year later both blinds are broken. I can’t open the blinds on either door now which defeats the purpose of having French doors. I called and they said a man (George, I think) would come out to fix it. Never heard from them or him again. Absolute waste of money.

Safety is a part of service!! I am writing this because too many times I have seen work trucks zooming in and out of neighborhoods. I witnessed a BMC West driver in our neighborhood who showed concern for the safety of our children by slowing down to below 10mph, putting his lights on and inspecting his mirrors as our children were released from school. This was an excellent representation of the companys values!! Way to implement safety on the job and behind the wheel!!

Over 2 hours to get unloaded guys just driving around on the forklift guy at the office rude

Very easy to get here a very spacious place.

Wow. Nothing but illegals working. Can’t communicate. Don’t speak Spanish. When asked for someone who spoke better English was treated rude after that.

Called and they had someone at my house within a week! (We live an hour and 15 minutes from NB) Furman came to work on the doors and he was so kind, pleasant, and knowledgable. Excellent customer service by BMC!

Its very friendly especially the people who work on the fork lifts.

There is everything that is needed to build a house, you just order your order, cancel it and they take it to your land where you are going to build your house, thanks BMC for your attention, excellent professionals 👍
