In November of 2020 I saw an advertisement for Window World and I called to get some information on their 8 windows for $3,500 dollars. A lady named Hillary came out and looked at my existing windows and I was able to decide to take advantage of their sale. If you choose to pay with cash or check they give you a discount and they offer a military discount as well! I received a call from Alexis in January that my windows were being manufactured at the warehouse and that I would be called when they were ready for installation. At the end of February I received another phone call from Alexis that my windows were ready and we scheduled a day for them to come out and complete the installation. Today March 3, 2021 two gentlemen showed up at my door step at 8 am as agreed upon and were ready to get to work. As a busy mom and teacher I appreciate that these two gentlemen were on time as promised. They got straight to work at finished all 8 of my brand new beautiful windows!!! I cannot tell you how much I love these new windows, they are beautiful and really give my house a much needed face lift! Within an hour of the completed installation my house was already cool without having to turn on my AC or fans. I cannot wait for summer to get here so that I can start seeing my low CPS bill. Thank you Hillary, Alexis and the two gentlemen that installed the windows. This was the best service. I loved the product so much that I recommend Window World to my father for his windows which we are expecting to be installed next week. If you are in need of windows please do not hesitate to call window world and give your house some brand new efficient windows.

Do not purchase anything from them. The reviews are true they dont call you with updates or follow up just common courtesy. My aunt put a deposit of half of the cost of 2 doors. During the initial signing of the application she was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks. It is now 17 weeks and counting they called her today and said they dont when it will be in. One door is ready and the second is still being made. She told them just install the one they have and forget the 2nd one. They could not do that or refund her money. The application she singed said they basically can take however long they want. Do not ever use them. I would never refer a company like them. You have been warned!!!!!!

May of 2020 I called window world to get new windows for my house. I only have about 6 windows to complete. The paper work states it may take about 90 days. They just finished. its been 10 months. They never called with any updates about where my windows were or when i could expect to have them installed. I just started calling monthly to see if there was an update. after 6 months they finally said they were in. I was ecstatic to finally get them installed! When the installers showed up they told me did they tell you we couldnt find one of your windows? My response no they didnt. so after getting all but one installed i then waited another 4 months for the last window. I called to ask them about it and the response was yes its in our warehouse. No one reached out to me to schedule it or let me know it was in. It was finally installed. The windows are good quality but as someone who works in manufacturing the communication with the customers was not there, they need a system where they can track the progress of the windows from construction to instillation.

I referred my daughter and son-in law and they purchased windows from them. As I had windows from Window World in Houston. I have no problem with the company itself, but I never received the referral fee that I was promised and when they did my daughters home they did not measure several windows correctly so delayed the install and then on the one window in their bathroom they did not measure to leave room for the windowsile that they were going to install and they refused to correct it. As far as Window World the windows are fine and they do stand behind their product. Just very disappointed in the service that was received and the fact that the promise of referral fee was never received even after my daughter asked this location about it.

Window World was amazing to work with! We had 4 large picture windows installed whichabsolutely “brought the outside into our home”. We could not have been more pleased withour salesperson, Jordan Locke. He kept in touch with us during every step of the process.The installers were friendly, professional and on time. They did an outstanding job of installingour windows. After comparing other companies Window World was by far the best in termsof product and price. We would highly recommend Window World to anyone!

You should expect to have to reach out for updates consistently to get your project completed in a timely manner as a customer. I was never told when my order or a missing piece from my door was in until I reached out and found out. They will not contact you proactively to let you know that your items have arrived. I had asked to get scheduled for install on May 22nd, and had to reach out again on May 28th as there was still no update at all from my sales contact. Just call the office and they can get you on the schedule right away. Make sure you verify that things are ordered. A whole door was missing from my order in addition to the missing piece. I would like to suggest that this business makes a visual inspection of the orders when they are received. When I reached out to get an updated eta on May 5th, my order had actually arrived and was not scheduled for install until the end of June. At this point I am hoping that the order I placed in January will be complete in September, a timeline that could have been shortened if a quality check was done upon arrival of the order and before the install at least six weeks later. Unfortunately the front door was a key component to getting our investment property up to standards and we are now missing the whole summer season for an order placed in January that arrived on or earlier than May 5th.I would not recommend this business at this time specifically due to the pattern of lack of follow up and the lack of quality checks at critical stages in the process.Edited to update and revise star rating: I reached out to follow up with some quality concerns privately and to thank them for replying my review. They set up some time to come back and do some rework and then no call no showed me. I had to reach out yet again to follow up four hours after they had committed to being here. I was also expecting an update on the door in early August and have had no update as of August 15th.

We just finished having all of our windows replaced! This is the 2nd home that we have replaced all of our windows with Window World! The quality of the windows is great and totally changes the curb appeal of your home!We were able to do our 2nd home (23 windows) in phases which helped with our budget.I feel we obtained a great value for the money. You can feel the difference with the heat and the cold...it’s not just a “pane of glass”, but very well insulating.From start to finish you are kept informed, and installers were very nice to deal with and punctual each time!During our last phase we decided to have a new door installed! There was a small hiccup with installation..I called our salesman, Rocky Deem, at 9 o’clock in the morning, and he was here by 12 noon. He solved our problem, personally, taking care of it right away!Highly recommend Window World and highly recommend Rocky, our salesman, for initial quote!He’s awesome!Great all around service! 5 Stars!
