Had a couple of gremlins on my bike. Aaron knocked em off so I could enjoy my ride with no worries.

She was towed in on a trailer. I hadn’t rode her in 4 years. I had so many questions. Aaron and his staff were so professional, kind and understanding. They got her back to 100%. They went far and beyond just fixing my bike. They answered all my questions and got me back on the road. Highly recommend.

I talked to the owner, good guy, I liked him. We talked about my 96 FL he is working on several right now. When we get moved back to Texas I will take my bike to him to work on.

Went to 4 other bike shops and an industrial bearing store looking for seals for the front forks of my bike... nobody had any idea. Then I heard about Blue Collar... when I got there dude had the part number down to 2 possibilities in 5 minutes. Another 30 sec and a quick measurement, got it down to 1. This place is solid and Im likely to be back for future parts and services.

Im a weekend warrior that let too much time pass between service visits. My 02 Deuce was running rough, I called Aaron based on a friends recommendation. We chatted over the phone and then I dropped my bike off. In addition to the excellent work that was done (the bike runs great), the best thing about this experience was Aarons communication. He answered the phone or returned every call, left detailed messages as well as texts when needed. He let me know my options, and was willing to work with me to minimize the damage to my wallet. He offered advice but was not pushy, Ive found my go-to bike shop, totally worth the drive for me.

So far, my experience here has been fantastic. Aaron, whom I assume is the owner, is a consummate professional. I just recieved an estimate that is very reasonable, and Ive been given updates at every step of the way. If you need work done on your bike and youre in New Braunfels, bring it to Blue Collar.Update, work came in slightly over initial estimate, but this is no surprise with the Frankenstein bike i brought them. Forks are rebuilt, and shredded wiring is replaced. Nice! Would highly recommend.

Im 74 years old. I purchased my Heritage in 92 when my first Grandson was born. I gave him this Scooter for his 30th Birthday. The bike needed the forks gone over and a Stator, Stator Receiver, and a wire was put over the wire to the Stator to hold wire from pulling out. This work at the Bandito Shop would run $350.00. And at Skips Cycle Repair $400.00 Maximum. This Character wearing a sidearm Charged my Grandson $950.00 Cash and NO RECEIPT. We just Heard this Outrageous B.S. from Ryan sitting around the Cycle Shop... A Refund is Expected Immediately. Bottom Line:The Fat Lady Hasnt Sung

Aaron is a really down to earth and knowledgeable guy. He even helped arrange my bike to be picked up from my house and towed to his shop. If your looking for dealership quality without the dealership prices,this is the place.

Had a great experience! Brought in a bike taken apart/kinda put together and a box with a lot o parts. He got it all back together and running in his quoted time and is super accurate on pricing quotes. He even is very helpful after I got it back with any problems or questions I might’ve had and following up with me if I need any help with anything.

Aaron hooked me up with some new tires at a very reasonable price, gave me some good advice on some other issues. Good businessman, Good tech. Very helpful. 5 stars and will do business with him again.

Aaron is great. He has worked on my bike multiple times and took care of problems that I didnt know were there such as changing light bulbs and rerouting cables that made more sense. He even gave me a discount for having a Concealed Handgun License! The first time I used Blue Collar Bike Werks, I had a house fire the day before that put my truck out of commission and Aaron quickly changed the tires on my bike so that I could have a running vehicle.

Aaron and his team are top notch professionals who will talk you thru any and all repairs that need to be made. Also, gives military discount and not only that he offers the discount up instead of making you have to ask. Much cheaper than the stealership and definitely more personable.

Have done a couple things with Aaron and been a good expierence everytime and gets my bike back to me sooner than expected. Not to mention that he has also met me up at the shop twice to pick up my bike on his day off.

When I am told by others that my bike needs all kinds of expensive repairs, I go right to BCBW. I know I will get an honest assessment, professional work and a fair price. The other place told me I needed over a $1000 of repairs to be safe riding.Funny...BCBW found all of that to be untrue and bike only needed some carb work. So decided to upgrade grips and have new LED Adaptive headlight installed. I have been stopping by BCBWs over the years and have never had a complaint or issue. Always had great service and advice. Very responsive to Facebook messenger messages. Today, just sealed the deal that when I am not on the road, BCBW is getting all my business.Oh...and being a girl, you can worry about people taking advantage of you when you have a bike. I always feel very comfortable and Aaron explains everything that I need and dont and takes the time to explain when I might need to bring my bike back. Really respect that.
