Needed a notary and was given the name of a local notary that met me at the store. Was able to get documents in overnight and sent as needed! Great service, thanks.

I had a couple packages that I needed to get shipped out and wasnt aware of the sizing differences and whatnot about getting the packages to their destination without costing a fortune. During the transaction Jesus recommended a different box and packaging ideas that would bring the cost down significantly so I said sure lets do that. So in my head I thought that hed point me in the direction of the boxes and tape, give me some instructions and go on back to other customers, nope not at all what happened. He grabbed a couple boxes, the tape and took care of everything for me without any hesitation. I was blown away at his helpfulness to not just save me nearly $100 but to repackage everything I brought in the store. Great service and integrity was displayed there that morning so I wanted to share it and tell Jesus thank you again sir!

Ive had a problem with the employees at the establishment for awhile now. Every once in awhile I am greeted by someone who genuinely wants to help me when I have questions. But there are two girls who act like I am stomping on their toes when I ask for help. I was not greeted when I walked in the door. Fine, no big deal. Im there to get in and get out. But I ended up needing assistance and I got a snippy response and a HUFF of annoyance. When I needed assistance again, I was helped and then the employee walked away without a word. Back to the computer that both of them were so fascinated with. When another customer walked in he was greeted, asked if he needed assistance AND they printed his stuff out for him at the counter. I dont expect special treatment, but I was a little offended that they had no trouble assisting him, but I was an annoyance. Theyre lucky its cheaper to print here than on my home computer, or I wouldnt be back.

We paid for overnight delivery on May 1, 2015 but the package never arrived the next day. We called Monday May 4, 2015 roughly 8:10 AM. We were reassured that they would reach out to the driver and see what his/her ETA would be at that time we would get a call back. It is now 4:00 PM and we never received a call back. We called twice and was told the same thing. In my opinion this is unprofessional and the driver should be handle accountable for his/her actions. I had to tell all my clients as I own my business that I would not be in today, I lost money from my clients and my clients may lose trust in me. Please know that this is not acceptable and we as the consumer should not have to be lied to by our local business. We choice to have FedEx help us but there are other places that would be willing to except our business and money. We will not use FedEx again.
