Johnny T. had the MOST amazing patience with me while he had to notarize some papers for closing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable! I really appreciated the fact he didnt mind answering my crazy questions...

All of the reviews are awesome for this store except for one and it cant be a real customer. This place is one of the best UPS stores in the State and I have offices in 3 cities. We come here for efficiency, professional service. I have never had a problem and would go 20 miles OUT of my way to come here! The BEST!

Great store! Haley and Charles were so helpful! They helped me get 10 heavy boxes from my car and brought them in for me. Then proceeded to help me ship the boxes with great customer service!

What a delightful way to end my day today! The last thing I wanted to do at 5:50 this evening was to hassle rushing to make a 6:00 close while needing to get a package to my son.I was greeted by a delightful young lady named Kathrynn who couldnt do enough to help my task go easier. I have been coming to this UPS store for years and have always had a great experience. Today I had many things I needed to do and there were two amazing team members Kathryne and Haley that stepped right in to help with every step. Both worked on it to get me out quickly. I highly recommend this store for a 5 star customer experience.

I had to visit a few weeks back to send a large package across the US. I was worried about ensuring my package arrived on time as well as having the ability to track it along the way. The staff was exceedingly helpful specially a worker named Jade! She was a delight to talk to, and worked very efficiently in making positive all my needs and requests were met. Great experience overall, would recommend this store above others due to the above and beyond customer service!

Had a great experience shipping and packing 20+ boxes here for a move. The staff were very helpful and everything they packed arrived intact on exactly the day they projected.

I wanted to give them a good review since they are always helpful. I have been going here for a couple of years and the store has gotten a lot better since they gotten new employees. But I noticed their last review and it was incredibly inaccurate. I know with covid they can only have so many people in the store. Even knowing this I almost never see a line there and always people going in and out. Haley, Kathryn and Jade are always polite when I go in to mail things and get to me always in a timely fashion. I have been there enough that they even greet me with my name when I come in. They also like to ask me how my day has been and ask about my family while they work with me. So I dont know what those posts about them being slow and inefficient is coming from. Maybe they got the wrong store.

This location is great. Called Haley one day and asked for a rush print job for me. Not only did she get the job done on time but went out and sourced the materials need that she did not have in stock. If you are looking for a rock star to help you with printing and shipping look no further go see Haley and her staff they are all great.

I love this store my favorite ups store ever!! Jade, Haley, Kathrynn are the sweets hardest workers ever.

The employee helping me. Walked off to the back and left me stand waiting. When he got to the back of the store. I heard him say he is going to lunch. I stood there for a good 10mins looking around waiting on someone to help me. All the employees except for one older women was in the back of the store. They had 3 more people that walked into the store and was waiting also. This store needs some serious training on how to better handle their customers. You should always make sure you hand the customer off to another employee before walking away. If you absolutely have to go to lunch. learn how to take care of your customers.

The girls there are fantastic they always make my amazon returns quick and easy!! I appreciate how they come out doors to assist me!! Always so sweet and kind. Way to go ladies!!

I was dropping off a package and was pointed out by the one girl in the store for not having a mask. I just wanted to set it down and leave, took me 7 seconds. She said, next time you’re going to have to wear a mask.How about next time you have a secure box to leave drop off’s. Or maybe have a car service where you can get them from people’s car. I feel like if I did decide to come back next time, I would not be appreciated as a customer any more than I was today. I am very concerned about keeping those safe around me and myself, but I was literally dropping off a package for a friend who is unable to make it to a UPS store.

The staff here provides excellent service which I have not experienced at other locations in other cites. Highly recommended!

I have been using the same post office for 8 years for my postal box, all our mailings, notary, and that is just to name a few. The ladies that work there are wonderful and always helpful.

Employees are great, but to find out the owner made a policy to refuse any customer that is shipping anything to do with a gun. Sorry this is texas, not new york. They told me to go to ups to ship 2 california compliant magazines. UPS sotre fronts are not ups? Looks like the post office has officially become better than ups.

Very helpful..but confused I had a return to Amazon and it said it was free but was charged a free.....hummm

This store has been my point of contact for a lost package and they dont return calls and they seem bothered by me calling to get an update. The staff is very quick to pass the buck to someone else and blame everyone else!

I have been to this location multiple times and have never had a pleasant experience. Today was the last time I will use them! I mailed a package in one of their bright birthday mailers they sale (so it would stand out) an hour later I realized I had sent the wrong item so I call and Cindy (the rude older woman) answered. I asked if there was any way that she could hold that or open it for me so I could bring her the right item and she huffed and said I have too many packages here to find yours, what did you mail it in? I told her I bought one of the packs they sold in the store and I sent it USPS and she quickly said they had already picked up. So I asked what time and she says Im not sure what time they picked up today. WHAT??? I was in there an hour ago now all of the sudden the mail has picked up but you dont know what time it was? What a joke I cannot believe this is the representation they are giving their customers because it is piss poor. Stay away from this place, use the one downtown it will be worth the drive!
